Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.

I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

Excellent customer service, emails are answered within the hour, clothes are great and sizes are perfect. Couldn't fault a thing, delivery took exactly 7 days to the UK. Extremely happy.

Love yoins, ordered multiple times and never had an issue. The wsit is around 2 weeks for arrival and im more than happy with that, quality and pricing is great.

I ordered a playsuit on the 2nd June, I was tracking my item and on the 7th June it was in the Netherlands and I was told it would be delivered within 10 days. We are now nearly into July and I have still not yet received my item, chances are I will never receive this item and after contacting customer service I have been refused a refund and told to continue to wait for my item. DO NOT use this site, they have taken my money without providing me with anything in return. This website is just a money making scam.

Loved the 2 dresses I purchased, but unfortunately one didn't fit, but the return process I had so many options, and they made it so easy to return! Will be making another purchase soon

Dont go near it with a barge pole the stuff looks good but it is rubbish and the sizing is a joke and whats this about when you try to return your items you have to send them a photo they are cheats

After receiving their response, I did everything they said and STILL am unable to make contact with a live person. I still get AUTOBOT responses. There is no way they will allow me to return their JUNKY clothing.

I tried to return an order of junky clothing. I put in the order number in my account to fill out the return application and it only says there is NO DATA. I emailed customer service and only get a response over and over that says AUTOBOT. I called the number on the website and it said the number was NOT IN SERVICE. I would give them zero stars if I could.

The orderinformation is a bit confusing, but every time I had a question I just write to Them on Instagram and they respons comes within 24 hours.
The dresses I recieved were both beautiful and fit perfectly. Now im waiting for my shoes and lingeri and im very hopefull

I Will definitly shop here again.

My friend and I ordered 7 dresses memorial day weekend... we waited and heard nothing from the company after a week. We checked the order and it showed still processing for another week. That's when we tried to contact the company, couldn't find a phone number, so we chatted, emailed and even went the social media route. Finally, we here via email that ALL our dresses were out of stock... and our choices. Seriously?!? Why we were not told when purchasing they were out of stock? We were not emailed to let us know. We have wasted so much time just trying to figure things out. The marketing on shipping was it would go out with in a day or ship within a day... and that is NOT TRUE! This company has been awful to deal with... and even worse no one will help, its just the generic response for any situation. This company is just a scam from the beginning with the promise to ship quickly to now, when we can't even get our order or even anyone to help! I want to talk to someone with an US phone number!

Sorry for your order has been delayed due to the stocking problems.

Due to the hot sale time period, many of the items were ordered and paid at the same time by several customers what caused stock limitation. In order to improve this issue, we show the expected dispatch date on each item page and the payment completed page. So that customer can calculate the estimated date of the restock and process their order reasonably. And we also will provide several options for costumers: wait for restock, change the out of stock item to another similar one or refund the our of stock item. It was a long wait to receive my order and when it finally arrived all the sizes were wrong, I have order all in medium size yet all sizes sent to me wa Xtra Large! Please tell me how to correct this

Be aware! Terrible service. I been waiting for 3 Weeks and the status of my order was the same "Processing" so I been waiting also to start a chat for so long, after a 20 minutes wait I asked what was going out with my order and they said that my items were out of stock. (I never received an email about it) I asked what ones because I had ordered 7 and then they list a completely different items that the ones that I ordered. After asking again and giving again the number of my order I been told that also mines were out of stock that is so weird or fishy to me to believe it and if I wanted to wait for it to come back into stock (but they didn't know for sure when they will be available) or have a refund. I asked for a refund. I was told I had to wait 2-3 weeks for a refund which is ridiculous! Sadly I never read the reviews before which say they use the cheapest material and were awful quality and even the items have a holes, etc... I hope no one else has to deal with this company as I cannot believe they would behave in such way and hold funds which are not theirs! Will NEVER Be using this company again! I also talking with a Lawyer because is not possible to be full in this way.
