I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

Many people has complained about their leadtime but my delivery was ok. It took more or less 10 days to receive my goods. The overall quality is low. The fabric is not the problem but the finishing. I feel all the pieces I have received has some kind of defect and there is no customer service. There is no information about how to return the goods only an email address. I have purchased 4 pieces of clothes and two I asked to return/exchange. One - a long sleeve shirt - has a defect on the sleeve. The 'long' sleeve is shorter than expected. The other piece is a blazer that came with stain. The problem is not to be dirt but it not be removed after the wash and I thing those stains will not be. There are lots of grease marks and other that seems rust stain. I sent an email and instead of give the instruction to return it, they asked me to send pictures. I have the pictures but I will not send to them, instead I will share it on site reviews and alert people about this company. This is not how I do business and nobody should accept this treatment. I've read the reviews and everybody is saying they do everything to make you give up to return things. I don't have time for this. Yoins, you lost at least a customer. Period. No need to contact me.

I had ordered a dress which didn't fit me well and they offered to send me the same dress with a different size for free! Very grateful didn't expect this. Also they reply immediately to emails.
I ordered three separate orders. Quality was poor, I could not communicate with a live person, I could not return and items were not natural to the size. I will never order from them again.

Stay away. They are scam artist in China. The clothes I ordered never made it to me. They claim that customs denied the items. GTFOH, They are an international company why would customs deny sending ME my paid for items. BS, I demanded a refund immediately. Also, had I not checked up on "where's my delivery" these bastards would have never told me that the package was denied in customs. Liars, they tried to keep my money without delivering the clothes I ordered. I waited over a month to just track the freaking order. Smh, go with Amazon. Beware of overseas merchants! Prolly the worst customer service experience I had with an online shop.
With my other online orders I didnt even have to go to customer services as they are really good. BUT THIS ONE! OMG! Had my blood boiling.
While you're ordering your items, it will not show if the item is out of-stock. You'll only get to know about it after waiting for a week after your order date (that is if you initiate on calling them because they NEVER inform). And then they will offer you to split your things.at first I decided to go on split (I ordered 5 items and only 1 is currently available) but then I thought why not wait for another 3 days (as they said) and get all my items at once. Then the problem started, I was so pissed off with whom I talked to in their messenger chat. I asked him to arrange a call because he basically cannot understand what I'm trying to say. I was even told "hello we will send all items together, then what is your concern now?" THE NERVE! Then 10 minutes after that message I was informed that my items will arrive by split. So I sent that message back and virtually slapped whom ever I'm talking to. Then again got reassured that my Items will come together. I was promised 16 days for my items to be delivered. 2 days down. Will update when they arrive (if they arrive). PS. The failed item reviews here scared me.

This company is a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 1 item and paid extra for expedited shipping and did not receive my order for over a month. I constantly tried contacting customer service and never would get a response. When I finally did get a response, I had received my item (terrible quality btw) but I asked for a refund for the expedited shipping fee. The girl told me that DELAYS HAPPEN and can I just enjoy my item because I was lucky to have even received it in the first place! I'm still waiting for the refund I'm sure I will never get. I received an item which was far worse quality than shown on the website and very poorly tailored. There was no way I could wear it, and I was pretty annoyed that I waited 2 weeks to receive the item, for it to be nothing like shown online.
So I contacted Yoins re. Returns, since I couldn't find any information about this on the website. Rather than give me the requested returns address and guidelines, they ask me to send them a photo?! Very weird - no normal retailer does this. I had to persist several times to get the returns address and then they said I would have to pay return shipping even though the item is not as shown, which makes them liable. They clearly don't care - they have my money and I wouldn't trust them to refund it even after I've returned the item. Seems like they are based in China, hence the very long delivery times.
Conclusion: Definitely not recommended. Poor quality (material and fit). No returns. Poor customer service. Cheap, but now I've paid $30 for an item I cannot wear...

I received the completely wrong order from this site and instead of trying to make it right they want me to keep the wrong swim suit and buy Another at half price. When I sent them pictures of the swimsuit I ordered from this site and pictures of what I received they asked for a picture of my shipping label and I sent it to them AGAIN asking for an address I could return the merchandise to and have gotten ZERO response.
