I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

One of the items was not sent to me at all which I have still not been refunded for and the items that were sent arrived in such a terrible condition and were of such poor quality that they could not be worn. Before I ordered I spoke to a customer representative who assured me that if I did not want these products I could return them without trouble at any time, this has not been the case I have been sent poor quality creased and unwarable items that I do not want I am happy to send these items back if I am sent a paid returns label, I should not be out of pocket for this as they did not send what they had advertised, I order from companies all the time and have never received such poor quality items that have arrived in the state these did or been treated in such an unprofessional way when wanting to return them.

Waste of time! The clothes did not fit, I am an size 10 and the clothes were a size two! They didn't want to send me a refund! They wanted me take a picture in the clothes and send to them, how can I get in them! The customer service was horrible, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Their customer service is always there to provide you with an answer. The quality of the clothes is what you really are looking for. And, you can't beat the price.
I bought a dress from this site but is too short. They told me that I can keep it as a gift and they will send me a bigger size. They were very kind. I hope that the dress arrives as soon.
I received a defective item. I emailed the company, and they responded that they'll give me a refund of $5 if I go purchase a zipper my own and put it on. I emailed back that I wanted a refund and a label to mail back. I got a response back stating that they will not pay for mailing the package back. I emailed stating that I received a defective item. I did my part in pay for the item. They did not do their part in mailing me a quality item. I will not pay for shipping for the item. It's outrageous how cheap and bad customer service they have. I am never purchasing from them again. What a was of money.
In recent contact with them, they asked me again to keep their product for which I have already told them I've wanted to return four times. I state to them YET AGAIN I want to return the item. Now they want me to "please contact your local post office and ask them how much to return the package to China? And inform us? And then we will decide to return the package back or not." How ridiculous?!
We will refund to you later, would it be acceptable?" How ridiculous is that?!
The resolution: After threatening to report them to the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network, two people contacted me though. One allowed me to get a refund. One yet again asked me to pay for shipping again. They allowed me to keep the item and receive a full refund. I received a refund a day later.
***Yoins asked me multiple times to remove this bad review, but I believe people deserve to know about ALL experiences with Yoins, whether good or bad.

First time ordering from Yoins, they failed to send me an item that I had ordered. I contacted them twice before they responded to me. They had gave me two options. The first was to get the item resent to me and second was to get a refund. I had explained to the gentleman that I am going on vacation in two weeks and I wanted this particular item for my vacation and had asked the item to be expressed to me. He then goes on to say that the item is not in stock anymore and they don't know when it would be in stock so he suggest I take the refund. The item is clearly in stock as when I go to the website I can order it again. So I had asked him if I can get another color sent me to expressed. The answer was no. Clearly expressing the item to me was a big issue for them. They were at fault and did not try to accommodate but instead lied about it and try take an easy route out. I will not be purchasing from Yoins again and I don't recommend anyone buying anything from there. From quality to customer service a big no no.

Do not order from Yoins (upon investigation they are also part of Banggood which has equally awful reviews/forums). The policy they share when enquiring about returns The return address depends on the delivery country, so please contact us via email. This is highly suspicious and they tell me that if you are in the UK returns have to go to China (the most expensive place to return from UK to discourage returns) whereas they have other returns addresss that would be cheaper to send to however they will not share these addresss. When questioning this with their Customer Care Team they seem rude and confused, also banned my email address from using their Live Chat for asking some simple returns questions and explaining that I wasnt happy. Also, the returns address on the actual parcel is in the UK so its unclear why they would put this on their packaging and not allow customers to use it. When investigating more about this UK returns address I see that its for let so even more reason not to have this on their parcels. Dont waste your money, total scam.

I ordered from here in the beginning of October under the assumption that if you buy $100 of stuff, you get speedy and free delivery. I asked my bank to rescind my money after two weeks had gone by, as well as after questionably authentic e-mails were sent back and forth that asked me to "wait a few more days". The day after I got my money returned to me, their mailing service showed up late at night on my doorstep. I rejected the package and thought it was over. On December 20th, my money was taken from me after "proof of acceptance" was made.
