Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!
Yoins straightened everything out and I returned what was too big and tried again with them and really was very happy with the tops I got. I will buy from them again.
Was promised to receive my order within 5-7 business days. After 2 weeks I finally got an email that one of the items I ordered was not in stock, and was not going to come back, so they hadn't send my order yet (by the way, this item in this size is still online now, more than a month after I have ordered it) I send them an email back that I should have had the close already, and really needed it as soon as possible as I was going to leave the country. Only got a short reply that it would still take 5-7 working days. Finally got it 4 weeks after I placed the order. All shirts are way to short and look horrible! (And no, I am not that tall, about 1.64m/5'4) and the earrings are broken. So went online, says I need to ask them for the return address, can be done via the chat. I am currently speaking to one of the employees, but he tells me he does not know the return address and I have to try again tomorrow. He works for the company and doesn't know the return address, excuse me?! I explained to him that my order arrived late and I was out of the country, so only have a few days left to send it back within the 14 days, but only got the reply that his colleague isn't here now and I will have to speak to him, and to see if it will reach them in time I have to contact my local post office, even though they send it so late! Good on you Yoins, waste of money and definitely not ordering again.

Use this website if you plan to buy clothes and never return them. I bought two dresses. I used the size chart to make sure I got the right fit. I paid almost $30 in shipping to have two $30 dresses sent to me within 8 business days. One fit, the other was much larger than the sizing chart said it was.
It was quite easy to get an exchange approved. All I had to do was email them and ask for a medium in place of a large, and they sent me a return label. I asked for the return shipping to be paid for by them, no reply. Sent it back anyway (for $15, so now were at $45 in shipping for a $30 dress). AFTER I sent it back and emailed them proof of my return reciept, they emailed back and said "A refund for $34.95 has been processed, you should see it in 2-3 days". I replied and said that is not what we agreed upon, and I would have just sold the dress on my own if they weren't going to send me a new one. I have been emailing them for two weeks about this problem and every single email I get in reply just comes with "the dress is out of stock but will be back in a few days, here's a 15% off coupon". I keep saying cancel the refund and send me a dress when it is in stock, but for some reason they can't do that, and keep sending me the same stupid coupon.
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. Which is unfortunate because I actually like the clothing.

I went and looked at reviews before I ordered and I saw some good reviews but mostly bad but I still took the chance. BUT DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! I ordered a black top and a skirt. It took 2 months to get to me ( I live in the USA) and both items were low quality and way too small. I even ordered a size up from what I usually wear and it was still too small. I emailed yoins just asking for an exchange ( when I really would have preferred to return) they answered my emails twice which very broken English emails and not answering my emails. I emailed them three times in a row after they emailed me twice. No answer. Pretty much they aren't going to let me exchange and they didn't even bother to say no! AWFUL COMPANY! SAVE YOUR MONEY

So I bought a few items from this company and got an email a week or so later saying one item was out of stock and if I wanted to wait for it to come back into stock or have a refund. I asked for a refund. I was told I had to wait 2 weeks for a refund which is ridiculous but I said ok. 2 weeks came and went and still no refund for the one item. I had to send numerous emails to get it but eventually I did. Then received the items which were the cheapest material and were awful quality and one even had a hole in the top so I asked to return the items. I then posted them back which cost me £8.50 and waited two weeks with no email acknowledging receipt of the items. I emailed numerous times asking when my refund will be issued and they repeatedly told me they have not received the package with the items. I then told them I had spoken to the courier company who confirmed the parcel HAD been delivered, once I told them this they then said oh yes we have received it now and will process your full refund (£55). Again, I had to wait two weeks, just as before two weeks came and went and stil no refund. I had to email again and again and again to find out what was going on and was fed a load of rubbish about the bank taking ANOTHER WEEK! By this point I'm completely fed up and want nothing more to do with this company. Eventually got my refund after three weeks of waiting so all in all this process took months to get my money back. I hope no one else has to deal with this company as I cannot believe they would behave in such way and hold funds which are not theirs! Will NEVER Be using this company again!

I want to say that I have never written a review about a company online ever!
I ordered almost $800 in clothing of which many items were on back order. Unlike reputable companies they take all of the funds immediately even though I finally received the last of my items on August 1 that I ordered in May. They do not inform you if the item is out of stock before you purchase... very unethical company.
Needless to say out of approximately 30 items 3 were acceptable... I actually like one dress. The rest were poor quality. One romper was even made backwards. One small is not to be treated as an equal to another small for a different piece of clothing. I am 5'7" 120 lbs and I couldn't even fit many items over my hips.
Returns:
I got on to the website to request my returns to realize I need to take and upload pictures. At the time the clothes were at my house and I was at work. It seems that every time I thought about it I was at work. Long story short I missed the 30 day return deadline by 1 day and was unable to return anything from the initial delivery.
Since the items are sent over an extended period of time I find it absurd that there is no exception to the 30 day return policy. I was out of town for a while when some of the items came in. Those items came in months after I ordered. I guess I am supposed to plan around their delivery time.
I am convinced they do because it is such a pain that many people just won't follow through or miss the deadline.
In the end I basically paid $800 for the one dress I liked.

I ordered three items on 8/8/16. One of the three items were pending for a pretty long time especially since the status of my other items said "shipped", so I messaged the company and then they finally informed me that the one item was sold out and refunded me. I asked one of the reps how can I track m order and she directed me to a website called "17Track". I go on that tracking website and it seemed very sketchy to me because I tracking my order on a website that 1. Can't give me any detailed information because they don't feel its their responsibility & 2. The website isn't a shipping company. The website claimed that my order was delivered on 8/24/16 by USPS but could not provide me a USPS tracking number to even know which to go to since I was home all day and did not get a delivery. I contacted Yoins and asked if they could provide me a tracking number for usps and they couldnt. They wanted me to go check out over 20 delivery offices in my area to figure it out knowing I need a tracking number. I documented all of the conversations and let the reps know and the all of a sudden I tracked my order the next day o 17Track and te stats went from "delivered" to "undeliverable and returning items to sender". I'm escalating this situation but to future customers BEWARE!
