Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

I bought a jumper from yoins when I got the product the material was very bad and cheap and sleeves were far to short. I message the company many times asking to exchange it for a bigger size and they didnt reply at the beginning. Took me over a week to get a answer and they insisted I would check the size before purchasing it, I would need to make sure what I have ordered was what I got and so on. After all this email I decided I had enough and asked for refund. Then things got worse they told me I would need to check the size again, so I told them the sleeve size is the same from size small to extra large and the product would not be suitable for me. They kept sending mail telling me to take foto, to measure the product and so on. After almost a month they told me to send it back to China via normal post office and it would need to be tracked parcel and I would not be allowed to use a carrier as such DHL, DPD and so on. The price to send it over post office is three times the price of the product. So I asked for a pre paid envelope to post it back which they denied. Up to now I havent got my money back. I havent received any apologies from yoins and also they havent publish the review I wrote about the product. This company is absolutely rubbish. Do not purchase from them unless you want to waste money.

Due to the hot sale time period, many of the items were ordered and paid at the same time by several customers what caused stock limitation. I ordered what looked like lovely jumpers. I received creased jumpers that looked like they had been worn. The material is very flimsy. The fit is very poor. One size fits all! One top is so tiny it just fits my sister who is a size 8. I'm a size 12 and the size 14 jumpers ordered don't fit. They are tight and massively to short.

I ordered items almost a month ago now. After 2 weeks i asked in the chat why they havent been sent. The perso replied saying they couldnt send it because one item was in nack order however the item will be in, in 4days. I was give options to split my order but my shipping on the last item wouldnt be priority. So i figured whats 4more days. Sure enough 5 days later i get an email saying now that its goingto be longer and now another shirt is out of stock now. They couldnr give me an answer why the date changed and why items they said they jad before are now going out of stock. When i purchases and went through checkout no where did it say these items were out of stock. Now they have split my order but nothing still hasnt been shipped. I would rather spend my $80 something dollars somewhere else and know i am actually going to be sent my items. Will not purchase again.

3 dresses ordered, one of the size 6 dresses is more like a size 10 with the waist upward being baggy, i cant get a smaller size because that is the smallest size, the guide said it fits a smaller bust than mine which n real life is huge. Another dress fits ok, but the material is bad quality and gathers around the waist. The final one, i loved how it looked on the website but when i looked at the size guide it suggested a 6, yet when i looked at the guide of the specific dress the size 6 seemed too small, so i ordered a size 10 which had the same bust and waist guide as mine, i was shocked to see how big it was when it came, it was big enough to fit my mum (which isnt her style) and shes a few sizes bigger than me. DONT ORDER FROM IT, THE GUIDE IS TERRIBLE.
I've ordered some clothes for my holiday but then I realised that the orderd is not gonna come before my holiday so I've decided to cancel it, I've wrote an email and I had email back with 24hours saying that my order is cancel and I'll get my money back :)

My worst experience! I ordered 4 dresses on 8th December; after few days I saw that two of the dresses I ordered were out of stock so I emailed yoins and they told me there will be a re-stock on the 24th December. When I checked again one of the articles was different from the one I ordered! The pic on the website changed and they substitute the dress that I ordered with a similar one with the same code! RIDICULOUS! At that point the items were already shipped and I could not do anything about it. I finally received the 4 items the 2nd week of January. None of them looks like the pictures on the website. The quality is DISGUSTING, the white dress is transparent and another dress is size M instead of S which means I should be double me to fit in. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY AT YOINS AGAIN. It's a big joke of false thieves and I have never felt more angry and disappointed about an order online. AVOID!
