Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.

I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

They do not offer returns. They tried to get me to buy more and pay for 50 percent of something I don't want.

My order never arrived and they said. I can get a 60 percent refund. Or pay an extra 40 percent to get it refunded. Terrible company

I ordered 4 sweaters from yoins.com and paid expedited shipping so I could receive them for my save the date pictures. I purchased them October 8th, as of October 31st, still no items received. The items had to be restocked but when I purchased them, there was nothing signaling they were out of stock. Oh and if only half of your order is out of stock, don't expect them to ship your stuff separately unless you request it. Even then they will keep your expedited shipping! I paid $26 for expedited shipping on 4 sweaters. I will only receive 2 of them because I cancelled the rest of the order due to frustration. They informed me I will not be refunded the expedited shipping because they shipped it expedited on October 26th! Expedited shipping is 5-8 business days! What's to keep them from claiming everything is out of stock just to keep your entire expedited shipping fee? They say it's based on the weight of the products, well I'm only receiving half of the order, the weight was decreased and still nothing! How convenient! I wish I could give them 0 stars! I will not order from here again.

The system will inform you that about the date of predicted restock, so that you can process your order reasonably. Moreover, we describe the predicted date of the needs time to process the data, so that we can not inform you at the purchase time.

In addition, we cannot modify the status of customer’s order at will until we get the permission.Or the system will split the available items and refund the out-stock items automatically if the shipping date which we promised was delayed.

To start off. Do not believe any review you read on the Yoins official website. They review and only post ones that make them look good. I posted a very honest review of how terrible it is and it was never posted and I got a notification saying it will be posted when it has been reviewed and approved.

Lets start with the date I placed my order: April 11th.
# of business days for delivery (as advertised): 7-20
Day my order said that it had shipped: April 15th.
# of days it has been: It will be 20 days today (May 15th)

Now this would all be fine if my order didn't say it was still in CHINA! The status of my delivery has not been updated on the tracking site since April 19th. It says it has arrived in Ghanzou, China and low and behold... has not moved in 4 weeks.

The only answer I can get from Yoins customer service is that my order is in transit and not to worry. Well I placed this order for a trip I am taking on May 18th and I still have no idea where or when it will arrive.

I will absolutely never be ordering from yoins again... and I advise you do not waste your money either.

The delivery time depends on the country you live in and the shipping method you choose for your order. After the package shipped, it will usually take 7-25 business days in standard shipping, 7-20 business days ship to US, 7-12 business days in priority air mail, 3-7 business days in expedited shipping service. Sometimes, the logistic information may not be updated after it exported until it arrives in your local post office. We suggest you contact your local post office if you have not receive the package within the estimated time, we will investigate it for you and will offer you a refund or resend if the address is correct, we promise we will help you solve the problem.

I purchased an items from YOINS on April 19th then I received a bogus tracking number first and sent an email to customer service. Then they sent me another email attached with again bogus (cannot find) tracking number for the 2nd time. The third time they sent me an email they stated that I should be receiving my items BEFORE MAY 15TH. I waited patiently, apparently it's nearly a month now and I still haven't recieved my items. Then I received the last email prior to May 15th asking to be patiently wait again for ANOTHER 20-25 days! You kidding me? JUST PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I WANT A FULL REFUND SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS AND PAID IT FULL.
THIS IS GOING TO BE THE VERY FIRST AND LAST TO ORDER AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, PERIOD!
