Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!
The money got taken out of my account and no items turned up over 3 weeks after, worst website to order from.

I placed an order on the 18th August, paid £2.41 shipping fee, "expect ship 18/8/17 - 5/9/17" - they took the money from my account on the 18th August - very quick - however, had an online chat with them on the 5th Sept to find out where my order was, to be told it was sent via standard shipping on the 22nd August and would take 7-25 days to receive from the date it was shipped. Still no sign of my order, so 14/9/17 I emailed them asking where my order was, they replied 15/9/17 to check the delivery address, it was correct, and to check with my local post office as to the whereabouts of my order - rang the local post office, who said it's impossible to locate a package without a ref./tracking number, so... emailed Yoins back again, same day, to ask for the tracking details, got no reply. Re-sent the email again today (18th Sept) still no reply. Have also raised a dispute via PayPal, asking for a refund for the goods I've not received, to which they've not responded to either... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THE DAY YOU ORDER, DELIVERY LEAD TIMES A MONTH WHICH IS RIDICULOUSLY LENGTHY (ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE PAYING FOR DELIVERY, IT'S NOT LIKE IT'S FREE!) & THEN THEY DON'T REPLY TO YOU WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO FIND OUT WHERE YOUR GOODS ARE OR WHEN YOU ASK FOR A REFUND.! SO, IF YOU WANT TO HAND OVER YOUR MONEY & GET NOTHING... I'D RECOMMEND A DONATION TO A UK CHARITY INSTEAD:-/

I received my order about two weeks after the event I needed it for had passed. Items were not as described at all - they're very cheap material and ill-fitting.
Updated review: I also took the time to take photos of everything wrong with the dress I ordered to post a review to the website. It was never moderated, and when I went to read the rest of the reviews on the dress, they were all badly-written, glowing 5-star reviews. There is no doubt in my mind that these were posted by Yoins themselves. I also emailed Yoins' customer service to tell them about this and I was ignored.
Never order from here. It's a scam.
My message to Yoins following their response to my review:

Thank you for your response to my review. Unfortunately it made no sense as all you did was ask me if I "noticed" the material of what I ordered. This was downright insulting, as you are implying I did not check what the dress was made of before buying. This issue is entirely your fault and you can not deflect the blame on to me. I also should have mentioned in my review that I posted a review to the webpage with the dress I ordered, including photos that I went to the trouble of taking, detailing the awful stitching and the poor, cheap, rough quality of the dress you sent me. I waited for moderation for weeks before realising it would never be posted. The rest of the reviews are poorly-written, 5 -star reviews that were no doubt written by you to trick people into buying your products. I'm sure this is due to the fact that your scam of a business would fail if people were allowed to post honest reviews. I will be updating my review on this site to include this information - if you would have posted my review on your own website as any decent company would, I wouldn't have to.
I also emailed your company telling you about the problems I had and that my review was not posted, and my email was completely ignored. This was further confirmation that I was deliberately censored so that you could make more sales based on false reviews.
Unless you can offer me a refund for the stress you've caused me and the rags you sent, your response to my review was completely useless.

I ordered several items, planning to try them on and keep one or two. They were horrible quality and looked extremely different from the photos. Honestly, I can't blame them too much for that because they are cheap and that's a risk for buying online. I decided to keep one and return the rest...
OH MY GOD! I cannot even begin to explain the amount of hurdles you have to jump through to return something. They REFUSE to give you an address. I had to Chat with them and they told me I had to email and kept saying couldn't I change my mind... NO! They were the ugliest dresses I've seen and the total cost me $150 worth of clothes. Then they told me to email customer service. Still no address...
I emailed. Two days later they responded with a condescending email about properly picking a size, like I'm a child who doesn't know my own size.
It wasn't the size! They were the weirdest fit and style ever!
I had to email back detailed information about which ones I was sending back and the SKU number, etc...
STILL NO ADDRESS!
After two days I email again and chat again. The girl finally gave me and address but this is what she said I needed to do.
1. A distinct photo for the returning package
2. Inform us to record that which product you have sent and the quantity.
3. Take a photo to the post receipt and send us.
4. If possible, Please attach a note, including:
-Your order number
-The items SKU number
-Total quantity
-Return reason
WHAT?!?! UGH!
Plus the address is in China which means it's going to cost me SO MUCH to return. Never ever EVER am I buying a single stitch from this store again.
Sticking with Amazon Prime and those wonderful easy to print and usually free return labels.
