Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.

I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

I have had nothing but great customer service from Yoins, the cloths quality have been great and when my shipment was lost in the mail they were able to resolve the issue quickly...
I would recommend this app store to anyone

I received an email about an order! I never visited their website and ordered anything from them but they sent me an order confirmation! Then I received another email that the transaction with Paypal was incomplete and there is an icon in the email for completing the payment! Then the third email came and showed that the order has been successfully processed! Do NOT click any links in these emails! Be careful with this website! I actually don't have a Paypal account associated with the email.

I ordered my package ages ago... still waiting for it to be shipped much less received. Tried using their chat service online and it doesn't work. Tried calling and that was useless. Gave these guys a try as I thought they could be similar to Wish. I can understand it taking a while to get here once it's been shipped, but to take a month to even package the item? Never again. Wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. Luckily I didn't spend a whole lot so it's not worth the hassle of trying to get a refund.

Ordered 7 items from Yoins. They took my money but everything was on back-order. Ordered April 4th and finally received 2 items may 14th. Quality is terrible, neither top looked anything like the tops they show on their website. Luckily, I was able to cancel my remaining order and received a refund. I guess I'll just keep the two tops I already received because from what I am hearing, it's almost impossible to return anything. I don't understand why they can't just sell quality product. The clothes on their website are really cute and I would even be willing to pay more if they sent what they advertise. OH well, lesson learned. I will NEVER buy anything from them again.

Got to say all these sites are rubbish. I sent an item back and it cost a fortune. I have never received a refund. All they say is have you a tracking no? To get it tracked would have cost even more (not even sure if it was an option now). So the dress cost £35 and I spent another £7.00 sending it back. Quality nothing to write home about and £35.00 is not a small amount really for a little dress. Also took long time to arrive.

Terrible experience with this company.
Sizes are no where near accurate. Ordered a size 4 and what arrived was more like a size 14/16.
They then proceeded refuse to give a refund and finally agreed after a couple of weeks of fighting.

This is a scam company. Do not use!

I placed order received email that said shipped on 12/15 followed tracking number and they had no record of it till 12/18 now although i paid for priority air mail delivery and tracking nothing shows up, I have no idea where my package is, iit is a christmas gift and they can't even tell me if i will receive it time. Very disappointed!

This place is a joke my cousin and I both ordered things from here we said we will take a chance and see... well we placed the order in early Nov. 2016 till this day I still haven't received anything and they have no idea where the shipment is!?! My cousin did receive hers February 2017! And it was garbage omg! Nothing was wearable and they stunk of fish! Like as if the clothing material was made from fish skin or something (leather jacket!) disgusting the clothes went right in the garbage... ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I've never ordered any item online before, it was a risk, mostly because I'm from Italy and I needed a dress for a very important evening. The package arrived in time and the dress is very beautiful. Prices are low and quality so good

I accidently ordered the wrong size initially for 3 pieces of clothing, I emailed them on the day and got a response within the next 24 hours where they politely changed it over to the correct clothing size. Very happy with the customer service.

Ordered 3 things, 1st came ok, other 2 were cancelled. New order at additional cost, 1st things came then 2nd cancelled again even after I'd already spoke to Yoins NOT to cancel.
The people on live chat are not very helpful either, just dont read what you're writing, just say the same thing like they're a bot. Now I have to write a review on here just to get some discount!

Due to the hot sale time period, many of the items were ordered and paid at the same time by several customers what caused stock limitation. And we also will provide several options for customers: wait for restock, change the out of stock item to another similar one or refund the our of stock item. I love the styles on YOINS site. I think I order from them at least 2x/month. Items arrive so much faster than expected. 99% of the items I receive fit incredibly perfect and look great on. If I need to return or exchange anything the process is relatively easy. If it seems a return application is not being processed The Chat feature is super helpful. I did wait 7 days for a return response but when I went to the Chat to check the status they helped finish the process right then. Otherwise, from order to delivery the email correspondence is timely and thorough. I'm definitely hooked.

I ordered 8 dresses, one went out of stock but I got my refund fast. After 10 days my parcel with 7 dresses arrived at my doorstep. (I live in Norway) Two of the dresses became instantly my favorites :) The other dresses was totally fine too. Size was perfect - same as I always use. Thank so much to Customer Services for kind and fast email contact and to Vanilla who was one of them :)) I have read so many bad reviews, especially money back problems. Never got my dresses. I get they're from China very far away, but I've ordered things before from other sites and have gotten them. So angry asked them and theyou told me they sent it but never have I ever received it. Tomorrow morning I am calling Canada's fraud reporting agency. I hope no one else has fallen victim to these guys.

Ordered 7 items on October 6th and paid for expedited shipping. How is it possible that every item is SOLD OUT and yet it is still being sold today? Why are you selling items that clearly are not available and taking immediate payment for items you are unable to deliver when promised? How long can a Chinese holiday be? I doubt this is a new holiday and should not be used as an excuse for poor service.

First off didn't do my homework on reviews, went ahead ordered $152.00 of clothes took over 3weeks to receipt tracking number& the whole time was trying to contact them, second finally got the package opened it and was so disappointed after waiting over 1 month, so I emailed them asking what address to send it back no reply till days later let me add that you have a certain amount of days to return the items, since no reply I went ahead and shipped it back to the address that was on there (another $25)to shop back.ive been emailing them they said that was not the correct address so I won't be getting my money back.

My original order was from the website and it was extremely difficult to navigate and did not work properly. It would not allow me to choose my destination of choice, which was Singapore so instead I sent it to my USAA address. However then, it would not let me choose my home state of Oregon. I somehow managed to get an address in that worked but only later did I see that the app worked perfectly. I contacted customer service several times. I still have to. I'm very happy. I look forward to many more purchases. Once again let me stress do not use the website, I went back and visited it and it's still not working properly and it's not very well put together. However, the app is extremely streamlined and easy to use with the fall catalog being able to view

My first order from Yoins went ok. I kept two out of the three items. I was not aware items were being shipped from China. Took several weeks to receive, and return process was frustrating. You have to request to return item with a picture of item, which I thought was odd. Then they email back telling you can send item back. Emailed return postage and again have to take a picture. Then wait... for credit. Probably will not use them again, even thou they have cute products.

This Site Is BS! The items they advertise are not the items you receive when ordering them. They are of much lower/poorer quality in material and style. The dresses I bought didn't even come close to the advertised items I thought I was purchasing. And mind you I contacted them before hand to confirm that the items I'm ordering are the same as the items advertised and they lied by saying yes 100%. I then contacted them via email several times regarding returning the products with no replied or response of any sort... These people/site do not care they take your money and ignore the rest. It's false advertising and they are fake and phony!

Yes the prices are cheap but that's exactly what you are getting. Material was horrible. My shirt sleeves are supposed to be long but they are 3 quarter length (they must've ran out of fabric). I ordered a size 6 bikini and they sent me a Large that is wayyyyyyy too big for me. Their size 6 on the size chart is considered a small, so why did I get a large? Not even gonna bother to return it. Not going to waste my time with Yoins ever again!

First, the clothes took 1 month to arrive, they send their products from China after receiving the order. I asked to cancel it but they insist to send to my place. Second, after I received them, the clothes quality is not good and I made return. It's been 2-3 days, YOINS costumer service haven't contact me yet, and the phone on the internet is also failed, too. The management of the company is weird and loose, I am afraid that they are going to close or something else. And really regret to buy things on this website.

Two weeks ago I ordered items, as of today nothing has shipped. They were happy to take my money, but seem unable to ship my items. I have sent 2 emails and also tried to contact them via their online chat, but each chat session ended stating there was a problem with the chat. I want my items to be shipped. If items are NOT available or on backorder, their website should clearly indicate that.

Due to the hot sale time period, many of the items were ordered and paid at the same time by several customers what caused stock limitation. In order to improve this issue, we show the expected dispatch date on each item page and the payment completed page. So that customer can calculate the estimated date of the restock and process their order reasonably.And we also will provide several options for costumers: wait for restock, change the out of stock item to another similar one or refund the our of stock item. If we didn't receive any response form customer in a certain time, we will cancel the order and arrange a full refund. Sorry again for your inconvenience caused by the stocking problems.

In addition, we are also upgrading customer service to reduce the misunderstanding caused by this case. The customer will check the estimated shipping date on their account after the order is successful.
