My package never arrived to Mexico City, it took more than 30 business days to give me a proper response. Of course that the company never gave me a tracking number or something, they told me to ask in my local post office. It was a terrible experience.

I have been shopping at yoins for the last few months and I have to say that the staff there is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of suits, jeans and t-shirts that would fit any man. The sales staff are always willing to help you find what you need and they are very friendly through out all their interactions with me.
I found a dress that was a copy very similar to a signed one I wanted (retail € 260) for €23 I decided to buy with paypal and try this website. It took 3 weeks to arrive to Italy, not so much time for a standard shipping and everything was well packed and as described. I got that dress (very very beautiful, fits very well) and other 2 dresses. I am very happy, I spent a little but got good quality stuff I could never had a bigger bargain. I cant get Gayna to send me the return address for the incorrectly product that was sent to me. I have 6 emails from her trying to get me to keep what they sent me and they'll compensate me $21 USD and wants me to pay shipping cost for an wrong order. I ordered 4 short outfits and didn't revive any of them. This is the most worst experience I've ever had buying clothing. I sent them pictures of the product received and let them know how disappointing their service is. This place has no customer satisfaction when they wont acknowledge the mess up and fix it. Hopeless case. Took a month and a half for order to arrive with no help at all from customer service. Once arrived the clothes looked nothing like they did in the photos so dissapoiting. Sent back and had to pay 10 shipping myself even though I waited so long for them to arrive- no form of compensation, horrible service. Horrible site. Stay away.

Hello, I emailed you over the weekend regarding my packages and have not heard anything back. I was told that once my packages were sent I would receive a confirmation email. I did not. I checked online and the status says that they are shipped but I have no way of confirming that. I paid extra to have my items shipped faster since my event is coming up. Please get back to me ASAP!

I have been looking at the ads on facebook for a while and loved the style of the clothes for my size. I was hesitant on ordering because of getting the right size and not knowing the company. I found that delivery took so long so if you really want to wear something it may not come in time for an event. Also my tracking order stressed me out because it said delivered before it was delivered to the customer. I just received it this morning and part of me was glad the driver left it in the door but another part of me was worried that they did that because anyone could have taken the package that took so long to come. Overall the shirt is beautiful and i will most likely order again but for the experience, if delivery time can be faster that would be significant.
I tried to use the chat feature and I was trying to tell them the online tracker was saying I got the package and it was signed for. They kept just telling me that the package could be at the post office, I was asking for the company that was delivering ie..If it was fedex or post office but they wouldn't answer and if they could have given me the information to call to check why the package said it was signed for I would have had more confidence it was coming. I was getting scared that it wouldn't arrive and that I had been scammed. Then I got an email after I spoke with them saying how was the delivery, so I emailed a little more upset saying I just called to say I didn't get a delivery. No one offered to call and track down the package which I thought was odd. I think if they had of said they would look into it and gave me a good answer about why the package said it was delivered to me I would have felt better.
I was nervous and am nervous on online shopping. I dont have a lot of money to waste if the size isnt right. The adverting is amazing... the women models were my size and i could see myself in the clothes. I find when you get to be a large to extra large to 1x (depending where you buy i range from these 3 sizes) the clothes are frumpy and not designed nicely to complement the shape of you. The ads show beautiful clothes made just right to complement my size.

Worst company EVER!. Charged and waited for product. Months passed, emails sent, a week later was told dress out of stock and would I prefer something else or to wait longer?. Chose another product as I live in the tropics and won't be able to wear the dress for another six months. Heard no reply, another month passed and I get the first order.? WTF? So so appalled at the poor customer service, the fact there is no contact number, the quality and size of the dress is also two sizes too small. Do yourself a favour and just don't!

Not only their costumer service was extremely unhelpful and rude, but they messed up my order and didn't even bother telling me about it. I spent over $200 and got expedite shipping because I needed the dress for an event and all I got for that was a frustrating conversation with their costumer service!

This is the first time I've used Yoins and I received my products later than the booked time. My products were also larger than I expected. Initially I was frustrated but after making my complaint I was meat with polite, efficient and effective service. My delivery charge was partially refunded due to the late arrival and the products were sent again in a smaller size free of charge. Can not complain about the returns service!
A very reliable shop. I have ordered several times now. Twice I needed a refund due to fact they were out of stock (this could me made more clear in advance) Once my package never arrived, they replied very quick and took care of the problem right away. The order came quickly but one of the dresses was not as advertised, the material was see through so the dress is basically unwearable. The other dress is way too big, according to the size chart it should have fit perfectly. When I tried to contact them about returning the dresses I've had no response and it's been a week. Extremely poor service and quality. I would not purchase from them ever again.

I decided to use this company as I liked the look of the clothes. I knew the quality would be a risk and as it was cheap thought it would be worth the risk. I wanted some bits for my boyfriends birthday and also a little additional present for my friend. It had told me that I would receive my clothes in 10 days time. On the day it was meant to arrive I got an email saying that 1 of the pieces were out of stock. And did I want to get a refund or a store credit. Annoying as I have to wait about 2 more weeks for the other teams I ordered. So thats a month in total to have to wait for a clothes delivery. Personally I think thats pretty ridiculous. NO impressed and not sure I'll be using this service again.
This is by far the worst costumer service I've had to deal with. The clothes was super low quality, everything was see through, and it did not fit right. The delivery took way longer than it should of, I waited almost 2 months... Also my parcels delivery was split, so I was receiving different parcels on different days. Don't waster your time with this site.

I ordered several items, luckily through PayPal, that said they were in stock. Four weeks later, still haven't received any items, and they have not been shipped because they are ALL on "backorder".
