Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!
Ordered items and paid extra to get fast delivery. They arrived late! And they were awful quality and not stitched correctly and broken zip. The sizing is way off. Think i can get gold on someone to get a refund? They are so bad. Their replys dont make sense. All i want is to send them back for a refund.
They have caused so much stress and hassle! They owe me £50 im £50 short now...
I was worried about ordering from a website like YOINS, but I ordered stuff anyway and used PayPal to pay for it. I got emails right away saying that my order was confirmed, and then that it was shipped. I paid extra for fast shipping and received two different tracking numbers for the two different packages that my order would be shipped in. Now neither tracking number provides any useful information, both say that my order is still being processed by the seller (even though I should have received them days ago), and I feel like I should have known better than to order from a website like this!

I ordered to dresses from yoins and paid a lot of money for the quickest delivery option. The dresses did not turn up in the time stated on the delivery page and as a result I had to spend even more money as I had to buy another dress as it was for an important event. When I contacted yoins about the problem they was not apologetic about the situation which has made me very annoyed. I would never buy another item from yoins again as they are crap!

I am very satisfied with the clothes I received, good quality, looked just like the pictures and fit perfectly, after less than two weeks I received the clothes ordered. I needed customer service and they helped me a lot, fast replies and very kind. Would definitely recommend it to anyone

I ordered two items. It turned out after few days that one of them is out of stock. Firstly i was talking with one of the girls from Yoins that I think was working for her first week. Then after 3 weeks (!) I wrote in support window on the website and finally I got conected with Ada who is somebody informed and competent! I hope my order will get as soon as possible to me! And thank you Ada for solving my problem in 3 minutes! You rock!

I paid for express delivery and I am still waiting for it over three weeks later I have asked to be refunded for the extra I paid for delivery but no one gives me a straight answer and keeps fobbing me off. Would never use this company again. Very unsatisfied
I ordered 3 dresses received 1 just 2days after eta. Dress fits perfectly really thin material but I expected that when ordering from the site I know that's what you get when ordering from China. Especially with the price so can't complain. Just waiting on other two.
My item arrived promptly and well packaged. I loved the skirt but it was a slightly too small in size. Perhaps Yoins sizing is more for a petite frame. However, the quality and style were great. As the item did not fit I returned it and they refunded my money in full. It was a great experience and I will happily shop again.
Do not shop here. Do not waste your time. I ordered 5 things and after three weeks of no shipping notification I reached out to them. They stated some of the items were no longer available and would only give me credit to pick other items and no refund for their error. I have yet to actually receive the items that were available.

I accidentally order a size smaller than the one I need. I messaged customer service right away and they were able to resolve my problem with no hesitation. They were very polite and efficient. I hope the quality of my purchase is as nice as their customer service. If it is I will defiantly order from the site again. Thanks for the help!
It took me a while until i am able to reach out to them. They never informed me which post office - courier company are using to ship the clothes. They claimed that the shipment never reached me even though it was shipped. However, they made me pay and they offered a 15% discount from my next purchase that will never reach me...

Do not use this company! I have been waiting for my parcel for over 6 weeks, and have been in contact with the company. They refuse to give me a refund and keep making different excuses as to where they think my parcel is- any real company would track their parcels so this is appalling. After reading reviews I have realised this is a reoccurring theme of the company and therefore will be taking this further! Please save yourself from getting trapped in a scam like I have, and wasting your time and money!

I ordered 5 swimsuits and none of them fit! The sizes on the bottom or top was either too small or too big. They charged me before notifying me that one of the items were out of stock and the shipping date took longer than usual. I regret buying things on here.

I ordered something in September 2022 and paid an extra fast delivery, aprox. 7 days. It should be at my adress on Sept 29 2022. And to this day (Dec 12 2022) it still hasn't arrived. I contacted the company too many times and nobody answered me. I am very angry and I want my money back! On the app it is shown that my order is still in the "processing" file, but of course the same day I ordered, my money was taken from my bank account.

I ordered 6 items from Yoins, 3 swimming suits, 2 dresses and 1 top.
First of all, the swimming suits I got were not my size for all of them even if I checked at their size chart before I ordered, they came out way bigger and smaller.
Secondly, the first dress was bad design, didn't look like in the pictures they post, could'n cover my breast all the way. The other dress was too big again I checked the size chart before.
Finally, the top that I ordered was the only item I could wear so I email them to ask for returning those items that didn't fit me and they refused to do it with a rude conversation that I capture all of them. They acted like it was my fault that the clothes didn't fit. But the thing is they are laying about the size of their products!

Nothing wrong with the experience I bought the clothes they were dispatched to me. Disappointment on quality if I had of seen it in a shop no way would have purchased but at they end of the day they are cheap clothes so can't really complain. Of something is cheap just expect it to look cheap. I just hope I can get a refund as no return details on the parcel. I'm pretty sure I'll get charged to return the items in which case a further review will be issued. If not then I shipped on line I received goods they just weren't for me.

Do not bother ordering anything from this company because they won't be bothered to send it. I have been waiting nearly 2 months now for 2 orders and when I asked, I was told they were out of stock and could take another 30 days to arrive. After waiting this time, I have chased my orders again now and have been told they could take another 2 weeks. Not worth the money at all for all the trouble incurred and the staff I found to be very unsympathetic and blunt.
