Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.

I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

I ordered a swimsuit and the fit was atrocious! It seems to not be made for a human being. I referenced the size chart, but when it arrived it was too small in the bust, too large in the waist, and too short in the torso, despite me already having a very short torso. When I contacted customer service they said they would be happy to exchange it for another size but not for another product due to hygiene reasons. So how are they able to exchange for another size? Do not shop here unless you enjoy throwing out your money.

I ordered some goods on November 3rd, writing several times after 5 weeks awaiting, they ask to check... at the local postal office... After 7 weeks I sent the message that I am not any longer interested in the item I ordered and asked to be reimbursed., again they are asking me to check with my local postal office. Bad... really disappointing.
I would never recommend this store.

Total scammers you can't return items. My order didn't fit but in order to receive a return form you have to submit images of the item so i sent a screen grab of my order obviously i'm not going to take a picture of me in an order that doesn't fit. They refused my request for a returns form! No explanation! $50 spend and no help from them! Total scam

Be warned, to return goods you need To send them a photo of your receipt, the packaging and the product then email them for approval before they will agree to give you your money back and send you the return address!, Talk about making it too hard!, Very poor service!,

The quality is AWFUL. So cheap. I tried returning my items that didn't fit and was told that their sizing information is clearly stated so I couldn't return my items. This website is a scam, there are so many better places to get clothes - don't bother shopping here.

This company is horrible with shipping and even a simple response, from what should be customer service. I never received an order i was making purchases for a vacation from, its been over two weeks and i dont even get a response on their live chat feature, i will NEVER shop here again, and be reluctant with other online stores

I placed my order for a while and knowing that one item is out of stock so I patiently waited but eventually run out of patient so I decided to chat online with the customer service. There is nothing new in your reply, I still takes at least a week to get accept to return items after several hours of correspondence and it still costs at least $65 for the return in shipping for what Yoins will accept instead of returning to where the items were shipped from.

I bought 4 dresses, one was sold out and I replaced with another one. When I received them, 3 out of 4 were okay, one was damaged but they promptly refunded me. Dresses are really nice, and the customer service is efficient. Will buy again!

I ordered two outfits that I needed by a certain time so I paid extra for shipping. Come to find out its on back order so I emailed customer service twice to cancel my order and get my money back and they have not responded.

Awful quality... horrendous cheap materials and nothing like photos. One dress completely different fabric to one shown. Arrived in a T shirt cotton material and was shown like a satin. Very bad. One dress was so creased when it arrived and is a cheap polyester. Worst internet shopping experience I've ever had.

Placed a substantial order with Yoins. Was waiting for it to be shipped. I reached out to see what the deal was and was notified that it was cancelled due to items being out of stock. Would have liked an option to wait or swap out for in-stock items or at the very least be notified of the cancellation. Will be shopping elsewhere.

Very helpful agent, Ada, came on to live chat and helped me straight away, took me a couple of minutes to sort out my order. My order has now been split as they were waiting for an item that was out of stock. I cant blame then as it was out of stock when i ordered it. I was in no rush for the items so i didn't mind the wait. The delivery has always been quicker when all items have been in stock.

On past orders i have loved the clothing and it has all fitted very well. Unlike some stuff i ordered of wish that all came up to small.

Hi all you online shoppers
Do not purchase from this website.
You spend over a certain amount to get express shipping and you do not receive your order and get told over Live Chat to wait 45 working days.

I purposely purchased the gifts online for a friends birthday spending over the required amount to get express delivery however 3 weeks down the line I still do not have my order and now have had to purchase additional gifts as I did not receive my order in the 3-7 business days as they advertise.

The principal of the matter is that you purchase items and are willing to purchase additional items to get free express delivery and then you have to wait 2 months for your order.

This is not good customer service and the quality of the items is questionable.

Do not buy from this company! You are buying from a tiny back Street company in Guang Zhou in China. The quality is not that great and if you need to return something be prepared to pay for the privilege! Which, in my case, was more than the item item I bought! Was lead to believe p&p would be refunded. Disgusted.

Yoins has the most trendy clothes of the season at very reasonable. If you are on a budget but still want to be in style Yoins is a good online store to try. The quality of the item may not be superb, but for the actual price, and the actual style, it seems to balance out.

I have to say that this is one of the few vendors that actually has sizes that match their size chart (which is extremely rare for clothing making it's way out of China). However, it does take a prolonged period of time to receive the items & once I did, one of the sweaters had multiple holes in it?! I am tired of going through the trouble & expense of ordering & returning. These companies need to provide better quality assurance & better customer care. Anyway, the lower cost they charge ends up costing you more in the long run & as much as I wanted to keep shopping with them, I won't because I can't trust their products. If they aren't thoroughly inspected prior to packaging & shipping - it shouldn't become my hassle to resolve.

If you ever have a problem or heavea change of heart with your order they are more than happy to help you out and give you a refund in a timely fashion! Highly recommend buying from this company. Havent gotten my dress yet but I'm very excited to recieve it!

Ordered 3 dresses, a top and a sweater and they all fit perfectly! They were just as shown online and great quality for the low prices! I def will be ordering more: D
One thing I just didnt like was how I had to wait a bit longer to get my items, and also got refunded for one bc they didnt have it any more. Wish that on their website, they would show the status of their products (ex. "on backorder", or "will be available soon"). So that Im aware when placing the order. But speaking of which, when I contacted customer service via chat, person I dealt with was quick to resolve my issue and yes I received my refund in no time, so I was happy with their service too :)

Avoid these. The cloths smell, look and feel worse than cheap market clothes. I asked the customer service team for a return address and it took them 6 emails later to provide it to me. They said they would not pay the return cost even though I explained the clothes look nothing like they do on the website. They want me to pay the return costs plus taxes which would costs a lot of money. Please do not make the same mistake as I did.

I ordered the gold halter dress as it looked classic and beautiful. I just received it and looks NOTHING like what is advertised. It is very POORLY made, rips and strings everywhere, fabric was not cut properly, colour was not what was shown, and it is lopsided! Extremely poor quality from China. Very disappointed in how deceiving their advertising is and that I didn't do more research into it. If you are deciding whether to order from here, DON'T! Waste of time and of course money!

Honestly, do not touch this company with a barge pole!

Quality of the clothes is terrible. Nothing like the photos. Takes ages to arrive as well... months. One of the items wasn't in stock at the time of order so I cancelled the item. 3 months later it just turns up randomly the same day I received a shipping notification email. It's a battle to try to get customer service to understand. Basically they are saying I'm making it up because they can't find any cancellation emails, I did it via an online portal that their email took me to. They said I can get a refund if I return it but it's frustrating to not only have money taken without authorization but that I have to be out of pocket to return it.

Customer service takes dayyyyyssss to respond and pretty much say the same thing everytime.

Warning again... do not buy anything from this company!

The Clothes they have on the website are what you get in all honesty, they look pretty much the same. The thing You should be aware of is, sometimes they don't give you tracking information so you have NO Idea when your stuff is gonna get to you. On top of that if you email them asking for one I believe they won't give one to you. I ordered 2 items around they end of March and I got them probably a week ago (Being about May 17th or so). I asked twice when My items were shipped and the website and the person answering my email gave me two different answers. When I finally got my items they were too big, on the website they say to pay for return shipping, since it took way too long to get to me, I'm getting the correct sizes now. Some of the clothes are really nice, and the good thing is you can upload pictures of your items so others know what they'll actually get.
