Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

Worst service ever. I ordered goods on 6th December and today is 26th January and I still do not have my goods. When I send them email all I am told is that parcel has landed in my country. I have tried tracing to no avail. I will never use their services again.
I purchase an item a week ago and now a week later I get notified that my order is out of stock? Like really they couldnt tell me that before my payment went through? Like really lets justify the fact that the there should be sometime of notification that there are either no more sizes or the product is out of stock before I even put it on my( BAG)... I ordered 3 items & received within a week. One item was too large (all the same size), 2 of the items fitted perfectly.
My only issue was having to pay for returning the item that didnt fit!
Communication with the company was fantastic & I was able to contact them easily.

I paid 18 euros of shipping costs for arrive between 3-7 days and I have been waiting for more than 1 month. They do not want to refund the money, they only tell me to write on the web and they will give me a 5% discount. It is not equivalent to the 18 euros that I have paid of postage.

I initially bought a dress from yoins in June and was super happy with what I got. I decided to go for it and buy 3 more outfits from their website. The 3 other play suits were rubbish! The quality was horrible and the material was so thin- felt water resistant! I was so disappointed and it was such a waste of my money. Their quality is going down. I can't even return it because they require returns to be sent back to China and I live in the US. Major disappointment and waste of money.

Spent around 300euros on items I never received, sent them email after 45ish days of waiting and not being able to track my parcel (never updated, like it didn't exist), they told me it was sent back to them due to address issue (a lie, everything is fine with the address), then i wanted my refund, they said they would reship it giving me a tracking number that has no updates (not even shipping confirmation) for 5 days already. And I already know what automatic reply I'm gonna get.

I received my ordered after 40 days and I complained them about so differently material between photo in site and real and I put them on and sent photos to them to see how this clothes sit auful in body!
Their answer is ok you can return but you have to pay for return post to China!
And the cost for returning is the same as the price for this horrible top!
At least Yoins have to make me satisfied by changing cloth or free return!
Bad and different quality and color is not my mistake that I have to pay for that!

I places an order in December and received my order along with easy tracking. The shirt/sweater I ordered was the perfect size, adorable and I have received many compliments on it. I was so pleased that I placed another order however my experience the second time around is not so pleasant. I placed the order on 1/3/18 and was charged however have received no response to my inquiries and have not received the items ordered. I would just like to know when I may expect my items. I cannot believe they have been sitting in "preparing shipment" status since the 4th of January with no movement at all.

I received the top that I bought and was so excited to try it on as it looked so pretty but disappointed as it was abit too big. So I sent them an email and told them the matter. Not only they got back to me in no time, they also offered me a free same top in one size smaller which is what I need. What an excellent customer service! I will be buying from this website again. I have bought 2 dresses and received them last week. I really love the dresses and it fits perfectly but unfortunately i think thay the quality of the cloth is not good because i wore the dress only once and in no time, the seam cracked under the arms and at the back.

True to size, looks amazing on! Never thought this would be as nice as it but it looks exactly like it does in the picture. The bottom piece was hard to figure out how to put on but other than that I'm very happy.

I ordered a jumper shown on Pinterest (if I was Pintrest I'd remove this site) looked a lovely colur pink for £15 plus £4.90 postage. It arrived about 2 weeks later. I couldn't believe what I saw when I opened the parcel. To begin with. It was a revolting shade of pink bit like s well boiled prawn, nothing like the photo on their website. Secondly it was so creased I could have never got them out. Thirdly the quality was the lowest grade I have ever experienced the fabric cut EVERYTHING! Primark seemed like Haute Couture in comparison. So I contacted them to return it for full refund. It took several days and I has to send photos of it before they gave me a return address. This turned out to be in China and was going to cost me over £12 to return It! So its gone in the Charity bag and I think they will have a job to sell it for two pounds. I would avoid this company along with another called Floryday they are of the cheapest Far Eastern trash you can ever wish to se!

DONT BUY FROM ANYWHERE IN THE FAR EAST ITS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!

I ordered three dresses and two out of the three were a success. However, I found the third dress' size was much larger than the US measurements had indicated. The colours on the dress were also not accurately advertised in the picture that was used on their website. When I advised them of the above, they stated I would have to pay for the return at my own expense. If I receive a product that contains a large amount of unexpected mustard yellow I would expect them to change the picture on the website to represent the dress more accurately and provide a refund to the customer.
