Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.

I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

Do not buy off this company it's a con. I ordered of here spent over £50 took weeks to get my order when I got my order I wasn't happy with the quality of clothing so I sent them back. It cost over £10 to send the clothes back to China. It's now been about 3month since I sent them back and I'm still waiting on a refund. I have contacted them and they keep saying it's delayed in transport (lies) they just don't want to give me a refund. I will never buy from here again it is terrible! Do not be fooled with their cheap prices

I ordered items months ago and they didn't arrive- when i rang to ask why i didn't receive my items they replied saying your items were out of stock. Why allow me to order something you didn't have in stock! I asked for refund and they send me an email confirmation stating they will refund me however they never did. I email several times but they only got back to me few times and after that they never responded. I still haven't got my refund back and it is way past the 14 day period. I have been ringing for 2 weeks now and they only answered the phone once.

You need to fight really hard to get your money back or not get it at all.

Such a scam.

I already did send photos of all of the items when I originally asked for a refund and sent several emails as well. I followed the directions you gave me for my refund, however, it would have cost me $90.00 to return these items to you.

I placed an order from this company for several items and weeks later they tell me two of the items are no longer available. When I finally received the rest of the items, the quality was absolutely horrible. The material is so cheap and hard. It feels like plastic on your body. I requested a refund (as they state that you can get a refund) and it was a whole procedure of explaining why and taking pictures of the items. They then say they will not give you a refund because the explanation for the return is not acceptable and that they stand by their quality. Finally, after arguing, they gave me directions on how to return. When I attempted to bring the small box to the post office, they wanted to charge me almost $90.00 for shipping to CHINA. (this was the cheapest way possible). Needless to say, I did not ship the items back because of the cost and I am now waiting to hear back from them. I will write a follow-up review once I get this resolved.

The wrong size came (I sent in my mom's measurements instead of choosing a size) - I addressed the issue via e-mail. Although the staff was busy with "chinese new year" celebrations, Vivian was kind enough to send me a new (better fittting piece) and even sent me tracking information to track my order. I got it just in time for my event.

I downloaded the app after seeing advertising on Facebook. After seeing all these bad comments and much to perfect comments on the app, I strongly suspect that they buy clothes at sites like AliExpress or DHgate. Returning products back to these sites often cost more as the product itself. So maybe they function as an intermediary. You better forget about Yoins and just go to these sites if you want the (bad quality) clothes.

So I was excited to order clothes since I was hearing all this great stuff about yoins. But then after checking my order two days after, it comes at "back order" status. Does this mean Im not getting my expedited shipping? It doesnt make sense that you dont even put on the item that it will take longer than "5-7days" to be sent and then offer to pay for "expedited" shipping when its not going to be possible at all. Can someone tell me how long is this "back order" status going to last until my order is shipped? Otherwise I will need to cancel...

I ordered a super cute dress and when it came it was too big :( I sent an email to customer service and they got back to me within the same day and offered to send me the dress in the size that I needed and they didn't even ask me to send it back! Awesome customer service, I will definitely be ordering from them again! Thank you Yoins!

I made an order around five days ago, and ordered a little more so I could get the free expedited shipping "3-7 business days." Two days later I hadn't received a dispatch email so I contacted the team to ask you why and they said there was a delay because an item I ordered was out of stock (I had to contact them to find this out). This package is really important because some garments are for a wedding, october 13th.

In the email they ensured me they'd refund the out of stock item and ship my order asap with the free expedited shipping. Today I received an email saying my order could take up to 25 days or longer to arrive, after they've already said it should be here with in the 3-7 business days.

Please be very careful when ordering from this site unless you don't mind the long wait for your order or receiving your items after the event you initially brought them for. This site does not honour their delivery time frames.

My order was back ordered and I sent a request for more information. I got a reply within 24 hours and given several options for a quicker order. I spoke with Ada and got an exchange on my shirt and new ones ordered. I am hoping to be happy with the clothes as this is my first order.

You get what you pay for, maybe tre quality is'nt the best - but remenber that People's! I'm happy about my clothes - fits perfectly and look fine and like the picture. I will shop again, soon:-)

Be careful with sizing. If you are a regular large size American girl, you need the plus size section. If you are thin and petite the regular will do. Clothing runs small. Customer service is great to talk to and I would talk to them about the items as well.

I have ordered a few thing's at once and already received two packages within a month!
There was a back order for some of the products I ordered and within 4 days of being on the back order list, my other products was shipped and nearly here!

I will definitely be a future customer! My products fit perfectly!

Ads for Yoins kept showing up on my Facebook, for a couple years. I just thought it was another gimmic and ignored them, even though I thought their clothes were very cute. I recently decided to make a purchase, I caved. I'm happy I did! I'm very satisfied all the way around. From the purchase, to the quick delivery, to the product & their extremely quick return turnaround. Everything I received was exactly as it looked online. I did have to return some things due to sizing issues, but I requested the return, they sent me return labels the very next day, I sent them proof of delivery and they immediately refunded my money.
I will definitely continue purchasing from Yoins!

I recently bought a dress for a wedding and thought it was stunning until it came it's was the ugliest thing I've ever seen, material was see through, colour was completely off and was nothing like the picture at all! No return address or return paper, never again will I use this site don't recommend it to any one Honeslty wouldn't waste you time or money!

I was worried after reading reveiws (after I had placed an order) only ordered two items as I wanted to test out size, delivery time etc, was delighted with my buys they were delivered within 10 days to ireland. I am a 12 so ordered medium they were perfect. Have ordered more.

Order was placed on 4th July 2017 and shipped on 14th July 2017. Have waited the full 25 business days and still have not received anything. Live Chat constant just says "please just wait another 6days to see if it arrives!" Utter bull$#*!. Why have time frames if you can't stick to them? Will never order from this site again

I bought an all in one outfit, couldn't wait but when it arrived it was far too short despite checking size guide, and photo of model wearing on website was also misleading. So although outfit decent and want to wear, is far too short to. I decided to return and buy something else but one read of the returns policy shows it would be too much effort to bother and theres a chace of my return request being denied as have to 'prove' the item too short. Also the link for the returns address says it's for billing only?! Go figure. Also other customers here saying return cost will be more than outfit cost. So this company was too good to be true. Oh well plenty more good companies out there to spend my money. MRS K

I'm living in switzerland and I ordered a few times something from Yoins. I think about 6-7 times. I always received it very fast, I'm so thankful! The clothes are wonderful, and the sizes are also perfect. Im very satisfied with the service and also the clothe. In future I will order a lot of more things from yoins!
