Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.

I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

Hello,

I send you an email about my Expedited Shipping Service. I didn't received my tracking number and the time that it has to arrive is in two days! I can't follow my order and the status is: back order. What does that mean?
Can I get my tracking number, I supposed to received my package in two days. I mailed you on Saturday and yesterday and I still didn't get a response.

What a terrible site. At first glance all products looked really nice. I am just a poor student that doesn't have too much to spend. I placed my order in the beginning of June and everything seemed to be okay. I got a confirmation e-mail saying my order would be shipped in 2 sessions, well okay. However, I still haven't received either one of them. The first order contained a dress that I needed for a special occassion, so I decided to cancel that one. After a week of sending e-mails and trying to reach Yoins, I finally was able to cancel it. The second order was more for everyday-use. 40 days later, I still haven't received my order. I am trying to get a refund, but Yoins isn't responding to any of my attempts. After all, it seemed to be the perfect site, however it really was too good to be true.

Ordered a bikini and a dress. Quality fabric for both orders. Was worried that the bikini I ordered was a size 12 but also said XL, but fit perfectly. The dress I ordered fit well just needed a little taking in at the top sides, but I'm good at making that alteration myself. Will use this site again definitely. Love the prices

I ordered a casual sweater. I made sure I checked the measurements to get the right size, however, the sweater that was supposed to be medium, is actually small and all the measurements (bust, length, sleeves) are off- not matching their size guide. In regards to the quality, it has bad stitching, seems coming apart right in the front of the V neck (so its really visible). Also, the V shape is not in the middle, uneven stitching. There was supposed to be an open back in a V shape but the one I received has just an ordinary back. I am super disappointed, I wouldn't have paid $5 for this sweater it is so bad.

If the size of the clothes you actually received is not same with the size information we provided. Would you please sent us some pictures yo show us the difference? And we will responsible for it if there is over 3cm/1.5 inch inaccuracy of size.

In addition, the pictures are necessary. We need to determine the difference, according to the pictures which you provided. So that we can give a reasonable solution about that and solve the issue as soon as possible.

For the quality problem, we will very appreciate if you can send us some pics of the external packaging and the SKU stickers and the problems of the items. After all the information is confirmed, we will provide you a proper solution for you.(anything wrong with the item with sufficient prove, we can arrange refund, resend or return with shipping free)

If there is no problem with the items, you also can prefer to return them, but we are afraid that you maybe need to pay the return postage for personal return. And the cheapest shipping way to send back is OK, please don't worry. And once we receive the parcel we will arrange a full refund for the return items for you immediately.

I would rate a 0 but it's not an option so 1 will have to do. I ordered a Playsuit which arrived in the wrong size. I contacted CS and they said if I wanted to return I am to pay postage. I said it wasn't my fault they posted out wrong item, their response was find a friend to give it to and they'll give 15% off next pride. I won't be ordering from them ever again, rubbish service and not at all helpful. Do not use!

I had ordered a beautiful dress in a very good price. After some days i got informed that it is not available. I asked for the refund which i received earier than i expected. The communication with the office was great and made me feel confident. It would be nicer if i was informed that the dress was not available before i complete my order. However, everything went well. I ordered a jumper a month ago and they took my money straight away and I still havent received my item or arefund and I have emailed over 6 times now and no reply! Avoid at all costs - This company is a scam and needs to be shut down!

One of my tops was out of stock so my order was taking bit long so emailed asked them to remove the top which in one day they replied removed the out of stock top from my order n sent parcel came very quickly after and I was pleased with the service and my items fitted nicely n nice quality will be buying from here again

I purchased from Yoins on the 3rd of June and paid for expedited shipping. They said will be here middle of June. Nothing came. Called and requested a refund since the time past already and was told, NOPE. You are stuck until the package arrive which maybe never. They just want money. DONT DO IT! Cute Clothes but DONT DO IT! They insult you like you are beneath them.

I order my item and didn't receive it almost a month so i check with Yoins customer service on my shipping and they told to me to check with my local post if they have the items. After checking and reverting back to Yoins they decided to ship my items again with tracking number and i received my items in 2 weeks. The items i bought was perfect fit and cute. Thanks to the customer service (Vanilla) she really helped out. Will shop again for sure!

I never got my clothes, got terrible automated answers when trying to get help finding my parcel, and got my parcel sent to the wrong address twice, both times after telling them my new address. Don't buy from this place.

Do not waste your money. I placed an order and after waiting weeks I emailed the company and they said they had lost the order number and that my money would be refunded which never happened even after several emails.

I brought 2 lace dresses off yoins i paid good money for them for my holidays and both frayed down the seam so if you only thinking of wearing it for more than one night don't buy from them i didnt take any pictures of them as i was so upset and angry that i just thrown them in the bin with anger i told voins but not interested so be very careful when buying from them

I purchased a dress and it was delivered very speedily.
Unfortunately it was too big for me and when I contacted customer services they advised me they would send me a smaller size and I could keep the original dress as a gesture of good faith. Will be ordering again! :)

I received an item that was damaged when received. I have been trying to return the item for roughly 30 days now. I have an approval for a return, however, it is impossible to get the final information, to actually return the item. I will not order from Yoins again due to there poor customer service.

I purchased £33 worth of clothes from yoins after nearly a month of waiting I called them for them to tell me my order hadn't gone through even though they had already taken the £33 out of my account when I rang them they refused to give me my money back. I will never purchase anything from them again and have warned many people not to buy from them!

I ordered from this company and unfortunately some of the items were not suitable. They couldn't have been more helpful and gave me a full refund as soon as I returned the items.

I would definitely order from them again but possibly go up a size.

I was expecting alot of the items to run small but they were pretty exact. I had to refund a fair few items for this reason and customer service was so helpful! Fast to reply and refunded my items with ease and without extra charges. :)

First of all they didnt have sufficient stock, they had to edit my order, they charged me twice for one product and all the products that have arrived are the cheapest quality products, would never ever recommend shopping from Yoins. Worst experience ever.

I ordered two sweaters with extra for faster shipping. Of course, they immediately took the money from my account, and when I was tracking my order I found it was canceled.
They NEVER sent me any notification. I have written a bunch of E-mails and have not gotten any answer yet.
I wish they were as quick as they were to take my money

Was I ripped off? Is this company simply a scam?

It's been 2 months today since I ordered from YOIN. My order still isn't here and I have heard nothing about my order. I paid the whole amount and still nothing. At time point I'm feeling as if I was scammed out of money. I emailed YOIN and message them on Facebook nothing. You can't call the number they have on site, I just want my money back. I will never order from here again. If I could give no stars I would definitely!

Tip for consumers:
I wouldn’t recommend anyone order from YOIN. It’s been two months today and my order is still saying “Processing”. I have contacted them and no response on anything( email, messenger). I would like my order or my money back.
