Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.

I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

Purchased a top from this company. Colour different and the material was awful. Sent it back and after spending more money returning it they are messing me about with ridiculous excuses for not refunding me
1.) no refund if item isn't returned within 14 days
2.) Must notify them first before returning item
3.) photographic evidence of parcel you send.
4.) Returning item through post office only, not major couriers i. E. DHL etc
4.) The company won't refund money until I inform Paypal that dispute is resolved
Do yourself a favour. Give this company a miss. Lovely website but basically a bunch of crooks

1) We can not deal with a return after you received you parcel 14 days later. Because the item may be used that will not resell any more. But for some special cases, we will provide a proper solution.

2)The contacting before the return, we need to record some information, then arrange the refund later according to the record. Such as your order number and the items you want to return and the address you should return to. The contacting is necessary for issuing your case better.

3)For providing a better service, we can arrange the refund after you returned and before we receive it with a limited price order.So we need the receipt to confirm the returning situation and then arrange the refund for you.

4)We suggest everyone to return the items back with a post office, which can avoid costumers paying for too much postage. You can choose the others, It is just a suggestions.

They should be ashamed of themselves. Returning 2 items which were sent as a wrong size has taken almost 2 months with no end in sight. They refuse to give a mailing address or return slip. Total fraud company

It has been over 3 months and still no package. I have only been given a random tracking number with no currier connected to it.
I'm starting to think this is a scam site! More people not getting packages all the time?
Please explain where my goods are and why you can't give me real information.

4/6 items defective email, no reply x 6!, telephone no answer, live chat says connecting to agent wait few minutes... waited up to half hour numerous times nothing happens! Just need authorisation (as you insist, to return... at your expense)

Horrible service. Actually will continue to buy from them if they reply to my queries. Wrote to them a few times but never once they replied. Those guys who gave good ratings for their service may just be rated by the staff themselves (at least that's what I thought).

I'm a frequent on line shopper who has shopped from many different sites yet, I have never experienced such an ignorant customer service approach.
I've ordered an item a week ago.My payment was confirmed instantly but I was never informed of its arrival time. I have messaged and tried their live chat services twice, and was ignored at both of my attempts!
I find this very disappointing.As a consumer I feel that they are obliged to update their customers with information on their purchases in order to reassure them that their money was not theft!
I wish I had checked their reviews prior to my purchase as I see now that there are several incidents similar to mine.

DO NOT ORDER! This company is bogus. They sent me items which bore no resemblance whatsoever to the pictures on line in colour, style, size and especially quality. They sent seemingly random articles that looked like they were made by 10 year olds in a learn to see class in Asia. And good luck with returns! These scammers need to be arrested.

I had no clue this site was based / shipping from China... which means any local distance selling laws are meaningless to them. An item was the wrong colour and didn't fit, they wanted me to return via tracked courier to shanghai!

Under UK law the seller must pay return shipping costs.

Don't make the same mistake I did, use a local / in country reseller.

It says 5-7 days and it never happens. My item was delivered almost a month after the online purchase. The company should invest for a better service in that matter. I am always buying online and other companies from far away make it on time or at least let the client know if its gonna take 3 weeks or more.

You can just tell by the website this is something like the Wish App. Poor quality, bad service, uses other "real site's" photos, and tries to match the style, but you will never actually get what you were looking for. Fake advertisement.

Payed extra for getting the dress I ordered faster, never should have! Took 1 month before I got it after a lot of angry mails! They told me that I would get my money back but I never did!
Besides, the dress didn't even fit my little sister at 5 years old, was too short

One of my items arrived with a strap that had snapped and the other two items where printed as a size 10 yet were completely different measurements and did not fit at all, the sizing was all wrong and the quality was absolutely horrendous, worst quality clothing I've ever come across. When I then requested a return I was given no return address and told I would pay to get it shipped which would have cost more than my order in the first place. Scam website, 100% would not order from again and would recommend that no one else does either, nothing like any of the other clothing websites such as boohoo.com, very disappointed and been left out of pocket.

I feel bad for anyone who falls for this joke of a company. The material is so thin it's practically see through. Every dress is 2 sizes too small and you have to pay more than your order coat to ship back to China for exchanges or returns. If you try to give any real feedback on their site about the material or dress fit they won't allow it to be posted.

Unable to ask a question on Yoins. Tells me my case has been closed. Why was I charged international fee of $3.08 after the fact? Also I asked to use a $20 coupon. Money was immediately taken. Three days later I get a response telling me to save in for later? NO. How many more fees? Not happy at all so far.

I have purchased a dress which has arrived and is of very poor quality. I want to return it but am having a terrible job doing so. Why should it be such a problem? I think they do it so people give up in the end! Send a printable returns form with your order confirmation like many other reputable companies. How difficult is it! I will never order from them again.

The package finally came was good quality and nice to look at. As for the company have read mixed reviews some good some bad mine in middle. Biggest gripe was never was notified of the time it was shipped and when contacted them they furnished info and a tracking number that didn't work. The amount of time between emails normal since they are many time zones from where I am. I will give the a positive rating of avg because they did communicate with me otherwise 1 star. The biggest thing they need to do is keep the customer informed that stops problems from arising. Do business with with caution.

Ordered 3 pair overalls that came in cost over $90 Canadian all were too big wanted an exchange sent me this 4 page instruction and had to be at my own cost of $56 cnd decided not worth the extra cost. This might be a sweat shop the return address is not to the company Yoins but to an individual in China. All 3 pairs were made from cheap material and see threw including the dark grey ones. Do not waste your money.

The goods came as seen on the screen but very thin an cheap material. I sent the majority of it back worth about £50 it's been 4 months and still no sign of a refund although my parcel was tracked and says it's been with them for over 3 months. I was offered a refund before the parcel had even reached the warehouse to which I said yes. And this also never happened. I strongly recommend avoiding this site as I have had no contact from yoins since 8/06/16 (almost one month) even tho I have sent numerous emails requesting to know what is going on.

Ordered 4 items and yes they took about 10 days to arrive, but they are coming from China! The sizes were fine but I didn't feel like the actual clothes looked nearly as good as the photos. Not brilliant quality. But then, the prices are low. I returned my items the next day after following instructions on website ( have to pay yourself). All my questions and emails were answered within 24 hours. Very helpful and friendly. Kept me informed about my refund all the way. 3 weeks later I received a full refund. Delighted!

Unfortunately as I have never received my order I cannot comment on the quality or how sizes compare.
I am still waiting almost 6 months later for my refund to be credited into my bank account very annoying, however on a more positive note Customer Service are good at responding to my disastrous experience and are always polite and appear willing to correct the situation (on paper)... I am yet to see these results in reality... forever hopeful.
I will update with a new review once I see the money in my bank (And maybe then upgrade the star rating).

I ordered a dress nearly a month ago now and still no sign of it! It's ridiculous and on top of that I've tried emailing the company twice and for some reason my emails won't even deliver, something to do with the team not accepting my recipient. It's a joke il never order from here again!

I have paid for an item 10 days ago and they still haven't shipped it out. Yes I have read a lot of comments below and Yoins keeps explaining that it's stock issue.
OK I can understand that but I have sent several emails regarding this order but nobody gives me any response. I have sent a note using the question form on the website, I have sent an email to customer service email even but no answer?
What are customers like me supposed to do? You guys took the money immediately, my money has been paid, if you are not able to send the item, just let me know so at least I know what is going on.
I'm willing to review my rating if I receive an appropriate response from you guys.

I bought and paid for 2 jumpers from the yoins website on 9 September... after a couple of weeks i checked in to see how my order was getting on as thought should have been delivered by then... no, item sold out apparently... not that this was mentioned when i paid for them, they took my money quite happily! Items back in stock on 17 October i was told, will be shipped then... i log ion today to see this is still not shipped and saying sold out... will they continue to say sold out will ship soon while keeping my money but never actually sending the items?

I ordered a shirt 3 months ago and yet not revived it, I tried to email them but the section with their "contact us" it's a lie also. I wasted my money and didn't get my purchase. Will never order from this site again.

Just want to give a shout out to Yoins for being the worst clothing store in history. So I ordered some clothes from their website. After it taking one month and 3 days to arrive it turned out to completely different from what they advertised.
Don't buy from these lying, cheating scumbags.
