Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.

I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

Ordered a dress from this site and apparently according to the measurements on the page I am a UK size 0-2, when in fact I am a UK 8-10 so there's the first issue. Upon arrival before I even took the dress out of the plastic packaging I could tell it looked nothing like the online images, the material was shiny and silky and despite ordering a 0-2, I tried it on and it was at least a UK size 12. The sizing is absolutely ridiculous and the quality of the clothing is awful! The images online should be replaced with actual images of the clothing - see then how many people buy the product!

If I could choose zero stars I would chose that. I ordered my item while it was in stock and it took over a week to process it but I received an email telling me it was out of stock when I purchased my item while it was in stock so hopefully I get my refund soon but never buying from that website again :/

I brought a red prom dress and it arrived within the time, even though it was shipped across to England. The dress fitted well although the slit on the skirt if the dress was too high, but nothing a few stitches couldn't fix

I found the jumpsuit that I was looking for, but then realised that it had to be shipped to my country. Just in a few moments I asked in the chat if it was possible and they were very polite and helpfull. Just placed my order and happy that I can try on the jumpsuit very soon!.

Good value, good range and affordable shipping (although it does take a while). I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the goods received, but sizing can be a bit tricky. I'm usually an AU/UK 8-10 and being an asian-based company I selected sizing AU/UK 10-12 as generally asian sizing is smaller, however I found the items too big! Next time I will opt for AU/UK 6-8.

I don't know where the great customer service reviews are coming from. I bought a dress, that two days later was apparently out of stock. After I had already paid for it. So I had to replace the dress with another one, which as soon as I tried it on, was a complete disappointment. The skirt area fit fine, but the breast area barely covered my nipples. The side cutout in the picture was small in comparison to two massive holes that looked as if they ran out of fabric to finish the dress.
I contacted support to get a refund, sent them a pic, and they basically told me the dress looked on me as it did the model (NOT TRUE AT ALL) and now I have to cover return shipping fee.
Seriously ridiculous company. I'm so angry, and never really want to purchase anything from them ever again.

I ordered in a month in advance to ensure this item came here for my prom, my item still has not arrived a month later, my prom 9 days away, the customer service it terrible. Tje refund policy stated that 20 working days and then they would refund me. However after over 5 attempts asking for a refund they would not refund me, they kept telling me to wait "one more week" and here I am still waiting. I really regret ordering from here all it had done is cause me stress. I feel like this is a scam website as they will not even give me a reason as to why they will not refund me.

I got my order on time and I really appreciate them for this because I needed them during that period. Unfortunately the 2 lovely dresses were not looking good on me because size S was too large for me, even if my size is S and rarely XS, so I believe they should have XS sizes as well.
Therefore I had to return the 2 dresses, the only inconvenient is that returning them from UK costed me the price of one dress which wasn't cheap at all but this is it...
I have just received a message that my refund is being processed to my account so I hope to receive it soon enough.
The other products were really nice, 2 lingeries. They have standard sizes and they do fit me really nice. So at least they were good and I kept them. I received a positive feedback from my boyfriend when I was wearing them which was great ;)

The dress I ordered is everything I expected, and more! The quality is womderful!
Ithe did take 2 weeks to receive, and with no tracking, I was concerned it had gotten lost. But the customer service was very polite and helpful!

This is the worst company! Trying to make a return, and the contact phone number doesnt exist or the *******@yoins.com does not workor live chat! They make shopping miserable! Ive llearned my lesson! Still trying to return something! Dont order from them! Venus has great service!

Hello! They are a good page with fantastic clothing samples and photos, just measure by the size chart. The only complain is the lenght and the price in the shipping methods too many days and too expensive. But overall good!

I bought three itens at YOINS in november/17. The itens were dispached soon, however when them arrived in Brazil they were not delivered until april/18. I got in touch with YOINS customer service and them promptly paid me back. However in May I received my parcel (after 6 month). I'd like to highlight here the attention/dignity that the company handled with my request. I am really satisfied with the entire customer service process.

I have ordered a dress from this site and after days of waiting noticed it hadn't been shipped, I spoke to the customer service team who advised its out of stock and would need to wait 5 days... 5 days passed and the item still hadn't shipped, contacted them again and was advised it was out of stock and would need to wait 3 days... There days passed and would you believe, still not shipped. I contacted their customer service team again, still out of stock and was advised I'd need to wait a further two weeks (shock) I have now cancelled this order and am waiting for a refund that I imagine will never come... The whole experience was pathetic, no one was prepared to help or offer any solution. I will never use this website again and have no trust in the company whatso ever.

I ordered my products. They cancelled 2 of them saying that they were out of stock and wouldn't be getting anymore in. They did refund my money right away though. Would have rather had my clothing especially since i had all ready been waiting a while for them. I finally get the rest of my order. One of my items was dirty with a stain on it. I mean who wants to wash a new sweater or any item for that matter before they can wear it? Several of my other items are so wrinkled that i can't even tell if i like them or not. One of the shirts was definitely not the quality i expected it to be. Kind if disappointed not to the point that i wont wear the items though and not so bad that i wont order from them again. I mean the prices aren't bad and they do give a detailed description of the item and its material. My fault i didn't read it. As far as getting a dirty item. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this and don't know if the stain will come out.

I placed an order for a lightweight jacket and scarf. I noticed there was a 14-day return policy and didn't think more about it when placing my order. When I received my package I was happy with the scarf but pretty disappointed with the fabric quality and shedding sewing of the buttonholes. When I investigated more about returning I could not find any RETURN ADDRESS. After a few days of back-&-forth emails I was given an address in China and told I could only use regular postal service and that I had to pay for the return freight cost. Well airmail to China would have been $85-$135.00! Needless to say, I did not return the jacket and I will NEVeR buy from this company again.

Got two tops from them delivery was a long time but to be expected as it's coming from China. The quality was better than I expected bought them to wear to work now I don't want to as it will ruin them will deffinetly order again

I ordered a few pants, a cropped shirt, and a sweater dress. The pants were fine if they had fitted me just a little bit better, the quality was fine. The shirt was a little cheaply made. The sweater dress was paper thin and very cheaply made and looked nothing like the picture online, none of the items I bought did except the shirt. The payment process was unclear and hard to follow. The shipping was terrible, it took forever to deliver and the tracking was absolutely AWFUL. I had pretty much no idea where my package was until it delivered. Then when I wanted to return my items, the process was extremely difficult, unnecessary, and unclear. The shipping fee also costed $33 dollars and my order was only $85! Just dont buy from here because youll regret it.

I ordered 4 jumpers. They are cheap, shoddy horrible bad copies of what I ordered. Not even same colours. Customer service a joke. Want me to send photos, label pics, and pay shipping costs to return them. I just want a refund and to never see these revolting jumpers again. DONT DEAL WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY

Please just save yourself the trouble and dont bother ordering from here. Some people seem to have good experiences. But mine is terrible. My order has been in limbo processing world for a week. I paid for express shipping. And it says my order is back ordered... all 6 items. NOTHING was marked backorder when I was putting things in my cart. Double checked. These items appear to still be available on their website.

To top all this off. I cant get ahold of ANYONE... theres no one who works in customer service apparently, Ive sent emails, live chat, live chat message, message on FB posts, FB messaging, I tried calling a number they give you ( isnt a valid number) and Ive emailed their complaints.

Please please do yourself a favor. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

I placed an order on 29th May which still has not been shipped. I enquired about it and apparently 2 of the items are out of stock until 22nd June which is too late for the event I needed the order for. I would like to be refunded for those 2 items but all the customer service have offered me is to split the order. They also say the remaining in-stock items will be shipped in 7-21 business days - which again will be too late. Could I please have the instock items shipped immediately and the remainder of the order refunded?

I was extremely unhappy and disappointed. It was my first time using YOINS and was so looking forward to my clothes that I ordered 2 months ago. The package didnt arrive and I had to get a refund. Yuri was very helpful in trying to ensure I still have a positive experience with the company; but I remain disappointed in the fact my package didnt arrive and is lost

I buy one skirt and on top. Sadly, I don't take the right size for the skirt, it was very too big. I whrite at yoins about my problem and if it possible to had refund and send my skirt at yoins. Yoins propose to refund half price of my skirt because if I send my skirt to us, it will cost more. So i'm very satisfied about the customer services.

I received something I did not order. Upon emailing their customer service (TWICE) that I was mailed the wrong item, I was told after 3 weeks that YOINS "was sorry I wasn't pleased with the item I ordered. You will have to pay shipping costs to get a refund."

This is the worst retailer I have ever encountered. Not only did they send the wrong item, they won't admit to it, and they won't even cover the international costs to return their item to them. Just awful customer service.

I have taken pictures and sent them to your customer service - that's when they said we will give you 50% refund.
