Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.

I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

I am not one to write reviews but I have never been so disgusted in a product. I ordered a size 12 skirt from Yoins. I checked and tripled checked to measurements. It arrived and I couldn't help but laugh when it arrived. This skirt would be lucky to be a size 8. Material terrible. The postage was almost as much as the skirt so not returning.

Ordered two playsuits and after payment found out they were not in stock, it took two week for them to be available to be shipped and shipping also took two week. So after waiting four weeks my items finally arrived. Im usually a size 8/10 so I ordered both playsuits in a size 10 to be sure they would fit and when they arrived one was a large and the other was a medium. The one in size large did not even fit over my bum and the quality was poor. The other in size medium does however fit but quality is not that good. Overall i would stay clear from this website.

My order was missing and was not delivered to my house. Even though the tracking says it was, it was clearly not and I had checked thoroughly everyday for a week for the package, which did not come. Every day I contacted the customer service they told me to wait. They did not offer to check with the post office or issue a re-order, they simply kept saying wait. It has been 2 weeks since the offical order date that it shouldn't have been, and the customer service representatives did not help me at all.

Some of the pictures are fuzzy for a reason, they don't want you to see how bad the quality is for some of their items. I recently bought a jacket for around $30 that I wouldn't even pay $5 for. The material was cheap and similar to the material you get when you buy a cheap costume. I tried writing a review on the item on the website to warn others, but it has to get "approved" first.

I didn't read that my items may take up to 21 days for delivery and when they hadnt arrived after everything was back to normal following xmas i contacted customer services. I was reassured with a speedy reply and my items arrived the following day.
My items are great, good quality and exactly how they were descibed

I was not satisfied at all with my purchase from this company. I ordered my dress for 15.95 and then when I went to pay the price spiked up to 48.50 and I thought maybe it was a glitch. I also payed for overnight shipping and I never got my dress until the 24 when I ordered it april 11 and was suppose to receive it on april 12 because I had to attend an event on the 13. I ordered a small because I am a small woman but the small was not a small at all infact it was a large/small, according to the tag inside the dress. Instead of it being a bodycon dress it looks like a sheet on me. Think about your decision before shopping here.

SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID!

My items was out of stock and they only told me after I asked a million time why my items haven't arrived yet. And I didn't get my refund and I won't get it. $#*!ing $#*!es. I'm suing them next week with my lawyer. They're in for a good one.

I ordered a dress in a small size. It arrived in a Medium. Yoins was apologetic... and said they would exchange it but the new one I recieved was now a Large instead of a small and had a big black stain on the front.

The package wasn't delivered due to a problem with Canadian Post (not Yoin's fault). They immediately contacted me to offer a full refund or to ship the package out again. Very prompt, professional customer service.

I sent tons of messages for my order that in a magic way disappeared from their e-shop! I got none response. Never got my playsuit, never got my money back. What a same.
In my opinion. Do yourself a favour and avoid that eshop..

I bought a dress for a dance and paid extra for it to be shipped in a few days. I got the dress after the dance. Also the dress was so short I couldn't bend over in it. When I tried to return it the next day after getting it they told me I had to prove it was too short and wanted pictures. Oh and guess what. It was 22.00 to send it back to china. That's more money then what I paid for the dress. This place sucks

I got the wrong size, i orderen 2 sizes smaller then i got. The delivery was fast about 10 days. But i want the good size or i want my money back, because now i have something that is way to big for me.

I ordered a jumpsuit but got a jacket. I wrote to yoins about the error and a few minutes later everything was resolved. The jumsuit first ordered I will receive soon and I didn't have to send the jacket back. Very satisfied!

For a first timer like me, customer service was really bad. I know because I am a customer service representative for 6yrs and I know what excellent or even good customer service means. I was checking wherey item was and I was told: "could you please wait for a few days..."
That is just so rude! Even their Chat service is very bad. I made sure the item will be delivered earlier coz I paid more for faster delivery timeframe but it seems like I am not getting the service I was supposed to get.

What a joke!

Just wanted to return 2 items that I wasn't happy with and there is absolutely no where you can return them to... they make is soooo hard so that you will give you. They take you to a dead end!

If they really cared about their customers they would make it a lot easier to return items just like other online companies do. Everyone else has seedless return procurers but not YOINS

GIrls, do not, I repeat DO NOT buy anything from this cheap $#*! company.
Keep your hard earned $$$ and spend it somewhere else but not here...

the dress i ordered took too long to arrive, i even forgot about it. and when it arrived it was too big. i ordered size S and it looked like XL. also the quality of the material was too bad, i cant even wear it after resizing it. material like that should be cheaper.

Made an order from yoins, the sizes didn't match, the qiality was terrible, the items differ from the ones in the pictures. But when I tried to return those terrible items they didn't want them back, after a few emails of asking why I wanted to return my order they just stop answering your emails, though on the web site it's clearly stated that you can return the items. Impossible! Once you got it you've thrown your money away. Moreover they send you wrong products instead of the ones you ordered and you figure it out when you get it and again you can't get rid of it afterall. There should be a special service who control those fraud vendors! Worst experience ever! May karma get you!

My boyfriend ordered me a playsuit and i read the reviews and i got a bit worried so i went on live chat and asked about my order to then be told my item was out of stock baring in mind they had took the money out the bank, they then told me that i would have to wait another two months on my playsuit! I even paid extra to get fast delivery obviously because i was needing it by a certain date. I then asked for my money back to be told that it would take 2-3 weeks on a refund but they were fast enough to take the money out in one day! This website should come up if the items in stock or not instead of waiting on something for it not to arrive, they shouldn't even be able to take money for a item that is not in stock. I'm so angry and it was my first time ordering something and it will be my LAST time!

I was charged for one item twice and they refuse to refund me. Even when i send in multiple bank statements.
Unhelpful to my situation and not willing to compromise, or give me my money back. Ended up paying for an order that i didnt recieve because i did not get my refund back.
Do not recommend to anyone.

Just received this dress. Tried on and perfect. Good quality. And looks good in picture and in real. I'm normally a size 8-10 depending on makes and fabric. The dress size I had is a 6 it's a M. I ordered on 15th March and taken less than 2wks to return brilliant ready for the wedding. Would perfectly put another order in again ready for my holidays.
