I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!
Just received this dress. Tried on and perfect. Good quality. And looks good in picture and in real. I'm normally a size 8-10 depending on makes and fabric. The dress size I had is a 6 it's a M. I ordered on 15th March and taken less than 2wks to return brilliant ready for the wedding. Would perfectly put another order in again ready for my holidays.

When I tried to return items, it cost me $80 to send it to the address they gave me in China. Then, my parcel WAS REFUSED in China and sent back to me. Frankly speaking I was attracted to this online store because of its logo. It's a great minimalistic logo and I'm fond of minimalism. In my opinion, there is a pretty big assortment wwhich includes various things. I visted this online store because I needed some couple of new t shirts and I noticed that they're pretty cool here. I ordered couple of t shirts and before ordering I asked couple of questions in order to get the respond from the staff of this shop. I have bought a playsuit from yoins on Amazon about 2 months ago. Everything went so smoothly and the playsuit was so pretty that I decided to ignore the bad reviews and buy it directly from yoins website. I regret it so much. I have ordered my things a month ago and it is still saying that the order is processing! It didn't even moved to the shipping bit! It has been a month and according to their status it wasn't even shipped! This is ridiculous. In the meantime I have been sending emails to know what is actually happening and when or if I'm going to receive my parcel and they didn't even bother to answer back. Be good to yourself and don't use this website again!

There's a 13 hour time difference between me and this company so it could get frustrating when I have to wait a whole day until I see they've replied, but the time difference is not their fault. I have wrote review here about couple weeks before. I got response is the delivery is about 7-25 days to Australia. So I am waiting it come. Also I did ask for tracking number to see is it the post officer make mistake. However they kept asking me to wait. No one reply my email from their costumer serivce. 3 months to receive an order is ridiculous
I ordered 5 items on the 20th April, Needless to say Yoins only informed me after payment that there was no stock of 3 of the items. I then opted to split the order. I have been informed that my patience is appreciated and that my item should probably arrive on the 7th July.

I placed my first ever order on the 24th of May. Part of my order was dispatched (due to a few items being out of stock) on 6th June and much to my delight received by me on 14th June. The out of stock items were quickly re-stocked and received less than a week later. I am super impressed with the way the split order was handled, being kept updated on the status of the order regularly and the very fast and efficient way everything was dealt with. I was so pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received the order as well. Also the sizes are spot on which is awesome! I am a very happy customer and will definitely be ordering again soon!

I had an issue with back order for about 3 weeks and have contacted and emailed yoins.
For weeks I was frustrated there was no response or solution, yoins kept using the automatic messages letting me know that a staff would review the issue. But I still have not gotten anything.
I wasn't sure what else do to but to keep contacting yoins, I wanted to cancel the items but i felt since I've already waited this long, I might as well keep waiting. Plus getting a hold of an actual staff was impossible... until I got a hold of Sunny. Sunny was very helpful and it only took 5 minutes to help me. I ended up not canceling the items (as I reallly reallly wanted it). Addition to that, I was given a discount code for the inconvenience. Thank you for the great service Sunny.

I ordered a play suit in march 2016 and it has now only just arrived today in January 2017! 10 months to deliver? Especially when you have to pay that much for delivery too for it too arrive 10 MONTHS LATER! I ordered a cape coat from here and I expected the quality to be ok but I was delighted when it arrived to see it was actually great quality!
Shipping wise it took about a month to come, but I live in Canada so I'm used to orders taking awhile, plus Canada Post is having a strike right now.
I'm not joking when I actually say DONT ORDER FROM HERE!
Waiting over 3 weeks for my clothes, for them to them be delivered with 10 of, y item missing, 4 of which was not in stock, absolutely terrible communication with the people on 'live chat, waiting a further 18 days for restock with I was told happens every 6-9 days. Literally just a rip off.
I expect my order to come with ALL items.
This company is an absolute $#*!ing shambles!

I ordered items at the start of January. Still haven't arrived. If I had read the reviews I wouldn't have ordered from them. My emails arnt being read or replied to. There quick enough to take your money but not send out the goods. Very disappointed. £80 defintatly not well spent. Angry dosnt even cut it.

I was very happy with the customer service they wer very helpful and kind and got back to me very quick, took about two weeks to get my dress and I live in Ireland so I found that very good, very good price range and dress fit perfectly with good material
I ordered a playsuit and two dresses from this site. The long dress was perfect, but the short dress was a little on the large side and the playsuit a bit too short for me (I'm 5ft8 and bought a 10 in all items) I was really happy with the quality of all items but the playsuit is white and I was worried it might be a bit see through, so I emailed yoins to ask about returning the two items and exchanging the dress for a smaller size and the playsuit for a darker colour and bigger size. Their response was quick and for being a new customer they've sent me the two new items at no extra cost and told me I do not have to worry about returning the old ones. Great, hassle-free customer service and good quality clothes especially for the price. Will definitely shop again!
When initially placing my order, I had great support from the Yoins team and this continued through the entire process till item was delivered.
I was very concerned at first as to whether my item would be delivered in time due to past reviews and complaints seen on some sites.
I chose expedited shipping to Cape Town, ZA as I needed this item for an event end January. My order was placed 11 January. Payment and order was processed the day after and got confirmation of shipping on the 18th of January. My item was due for delivery the 23rd and had arrived on the 23rd as expected.
The item was also as expected. Exactly as shown on the site and I might be lucky - but the size was perfect.
All-in-all, I am very pleased with Yoins and will be ordering from them again soon in all hopes that I will get the same service as before.

The clothes arrived in good time, and I like the styles available and the price point. However, upon receiving the items, I found the sizes to be extremely small. I usually wear a size XL, but ordered 2XL in all items to ensure they would fit. For 3 of the items I ordered, I would need at least 4XL for them to fit properly, and as a result I cannot wear these items. I don't mind what size I order, but I think the website should have better tools or services to assist with sizing before purchase. Or maybe there is a mistake, as the items are very, very small?

I spoke to a member of staff online through live chat who was very helpful and efficient in cancelling the part of my order that I didn't need, I've just received the refund a lot sooner than I expected as I was told it could take 2-3 weeks to show in my account, very happy, can't wait to receive my other items!
I placed an order for £50 worth of items in August as I was going on a winter holiday in October, I was assured this was plenty of time for the items to be delivered. Despite several attempts to contact them the order hadnt arrived by late September so I contact them, I was advised that they thought the items had been lost could I check with post office etc this was done and no order. I was then advised that I could have a refund or the items would be resent, as my holiday was approaching and I realised they wouldnt arrive I asked for a refund.
Upon returning from holiday the packages had been sent and held at the post office, I returned these to a cost of £15.
Its now December and I still havent had a refund and get an offer of £28.

I am so mad because I am waiting for my order to much long, on the webside it said that I will wait from 3-7 days and I still don't have a clue where are the things that I ordered. I ordered items on the 12th of Feb and some still haven't arrived now it's the 20th of May. I just keep getting told their re stocking and it will be shipped in two days. Two days turns into weeks. They split my order and the items that did arrive were wrong sizes or faulty. I was sent a swim suit two sizes bigger than the description and sown faulty at the front so the suit tangled and couldn't be worn properly. I was sent a dress 3 sizes bigger than the one I ordered and sown wrong at the front leaving you completely exposed. Lastly a 'jacket' payed £15 for, turned up with two holes down the seem where it just hadn't been sown together, the material was translucent and terrible quality.
I have had no communication from yoins about why my order was backed so many times, and have had to go to painful efforts to get them to communicate with me at all. I'm still waiting for half my order and they've stopped replying to my emails!
