I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!
Ordered my dress for my graduation on the 6th of June. It is June 16th and I still haven't gotten it. My graduation is in a few days. I had to go out and buy another dress. Very disappointed. If I knew it would take this long I wouldn't have ordered a dress from your website.
Everything i bout was too big for me even though i had ordered the smallest size and i am not that small myself. I am a uk size 8 and they all were too big. The quality of the items is disappointing and they all arrived with this wierd smell of chemicals to them which was very off putting. Defenitely not worth the price and will never purchase from them ever again. A total Waste of money and you have to pay for the shipping if you return them. I made an order to the website back in April 2015 and had trouble with access to my mailbox. Needless to say I never received my order. Fast forward to August 2015, I realized that I never did get my order, so I called YOINS and explained; they were so customer oriented. They gave me the option of a refund or re-ship, I opted for a re-ship if my size was still available. They kept in contact with me via email to ensure I received my order and it I did. As soon as i placed my order, they took the money right out of my account, my order is still in processing, and now they are saying its backorder. I cant get ahold of anyone to get a refund. So its safe to say i got got! $#*! yoins!

We ordered 5 items. Of the 5,3 were extremely small, 1 was made with material so thin that it could not be worn in public (bathing suit) and one was small but acceptable. I requested a return authorization for the items that were not usable and was promptly denied. This is a poor business practice for an online company to condone. I believe they are fully aware of the sizing and quality issues of their inferior products and would go out of business if they refunded 75% of their orders. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Never again will I try to buy anything from this company! Way to make a huge inconvenience in my short schedule. I was suppose to receive everything before Oct 12th, but because of a back order I wouldnt get it till around 0ct 20th. Cancelled my order very unhappy that the company cant maintained product in their warehouse. Will never recommend to anyone!

Terrible customer service!
I received a defective product, without symmetry and wrong stitches. I had to pay my shipment to return the product, and when I asked for my refund they mentioned that I was going to be a partial payment. I ordered the product for my Birthday with a month on anticipation and the product didnt arrived on time. I have tried different online clothing store but Yoins was my worst buying experience.

I have ordered 5 dresses 3 of them were out of stock so I don't know why they took money from my account without having the clothes, they didn't even emailed to say it was out of stock until I emailed them asking for the dresses after one month! They have now refound the money, but instead of giving me the money for the dresses the didn't send they divided the final price for 5 ( because I bought 5 dresses) and multiplied the price by 3 ( because of the 3 dresses out of stock) at the end they gave me less them what they should! I don't know why they didn't just give my money back for the stuff they didn't have! It makes no sense! After a month and one week they finally sended the dresses they had in stock which they could of sended a long time ago if they had in stock! I don't know about the quality but is probably $#*! like their service!

Overall I am extremely pleased with my experience from YOINS. The delivery was very speedy as I didn't have to wait very long at all for my tshirt to arrive through the post. My tshirt cost me about 65% less than it would have at asos. I will definitely use YOINS as my first choice next time I shop online.
First time i ordered about about 40 they were wrong sise, well i gues it was my fault for not reading good the instructions. An secent time around 100 and everything came in good condition and good material as well. Exept one it was poorly made i just putt it on and it brock off. Now for the third time i ordered 200 after 2 weeks of ordering still waiting for the stuff to come the delivery time takes forever to come its too slow at least for Switzerland otherwise i am happy with this website ore app ore whatever you call it.

The app have a very bad service, it doesnt give you any real information about your order. Yoins take your money, before knowing if the item you aks for exist in stock. But at the end of it, they send emails with the details of your orden, so thats fine i guess. I haent received my orden but I hope it will be ok.

This is the 1st time I order from this store and all I can say is SUPER FAST DELIVERY. I ordered on the 3rd and I received my package on the 13th. I am totally impressed with how fast their delivery service is being that it was shipped from overseas. I read many negative reviews here pertaining to how bad the qualities are and how they don't look anything like the pictures... BUT all i can say is, I got exaclty what I purchased. The sweaters were Super cute and the material is not top notch but it's better than what I expected. They have such great style and the cutting is just awesome. I really suggest when people placing order, they should remember they are only paying a friction of the price for what retailers outside are selling... same style or similar style but you pay so much less if you buy from this website. Don't EVER buy anything from there crooks. I bought 3 items sized XL and my size 6 sister could SORT OF wear them. I returned them at a cost of $30 and waiting 2 months, followed up and re sent tracking numbers and photos 6 times and they still claim they haven't received them when Aust Post tracking shows they have been received. Criminals. And the clothes quality is $#*!. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered my items 11 business days before the event I would like to wear them to and have now been told that my item will indeed not arrive within the 7-10 business days I paid for. This company is fraudulent and should accurately display on their website the CORRECT shipping times instead of lying to paying customers and not giving refunds

Well... I placed an order with yioins and thought of checking the reviews after I proceeded with the payment... After reading all the negative reviews I immediately thought of cancelling my order before it's too late... I found the phone number and called to proceed with the cancellation. Because of all the negative reviews and the comments stating that no one responds to the emails or phone calls I did not have any expectations that someone would pick up the phone. Surprisingly after the first ring a customer service representative answered the phone and guided me through the cancellation process... He was so kind and helpful to the point that I felt bad for cancelling the order! Which I eventually did. Well unsure of if we should really relly to all the negative experiences and not the possitive ones...

So I had some questions about two of my orders and went to the site to see if I could find some information. They got a little chat for questions that will pop up on your scream if you're on a computer. I Asked my questions and got answers and help in maximum two minutes from Bradley. My question was answerd right away and he also helped me cancle one of my orders. And it all took just a few minutes and I didn't have to do anything at all but sit there and wait. I read all the bad reviews but decided to take the risk as it was so cheap and figured I could pay to alter I required
Took a while to send out and when I enquired they said one of the items was not available for another month so they were holding back the whole order. I said to cancel that item and please send but their communication wasn't proactive song would have been sitting waiting for a month without knowing why
3 out of the 7 items were wearable but the others were massively too big, weird cuts, one where they had tried to copy the item from the website but it looked nothing like the picture, awful material etc
Customer service was helpful though and they refunded the items I was unhappy with after I sent pics to prove my point

I ordered a backpack purse because I thrown out my back and everything else hurt. Where can i order the purse I got an email asking how appeared as it was but I got the purse quickly because they're running low on stock I told them that it was very important and they sent it out immediately one part of the person to a little unglued but I was able to fix it I get compliments on it everywhere I go
Recently bought a roll neck jumper from Yoins. When it arrived it was really nice except I couldn't wear it because of the itchyness of the wool. When I emailed for a returnes address and explained my reason for returning the jumper I was told to wear a top underneath it!. I was also asked to provide proof of postage and then had to chase them up 5 days after they'd received it for my refund. The nail in the coffin is that I didn't get all the money refunded that I paid as they deducted their postage from the amount. So all in all it looks like if you're exchanging goods its all fine and dandy but the refund process is utter RUBBISH!.
