Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.

I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

My first package didn't arrive. But they sent me another out and was hear in 2 weeks. Very nice and good quality can't wait to wear it on my holidays :)

Absolute crap. Poor quality, nothing like the picture at all. Sizing is out too! Now I need to return the 2 items, if it's not too pricey? Might be stuck with them? Would never use them again.

No correspondence whatsoever! They took my money, failed to inform me of it being on back order and will not even cancel and refund, email or anything back.

Both items arrived and very well fitted! I was a bit nervous using them due to the reviews however my two items came faster than expected and will definitely be using Yoins again clothes are lovely

Sadly the item I received was too large. Customer service was wonderful and gave me many options on how to return. My dress was gorgeous and arrived in just under two weeks. I'll be ordering again!

Poor quality materials used, doesn't look anything like the glam photos shown on-line, put all 3 jumpers I received in a charity bag! I suppose if you pay peanuts you get rubbish! All made in China, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

THE WORST QUALITY OF CLOTHING I HAVE EVER SEEN. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE DESCRIBED OR PICTURED.

I ordered something from Yoins which failed to arrive before Christmas thought it was delayed in Xmas post but still not arrived in January I contacted them by email and was most impressed with how prompt they were with there reply they also gave me a refund I will definitely shop there in the future.

I recieved a item wich was not what I aspected of it and looked different then the photo. When I contacted the costumer service about it I got very good help. They first wanted to know a couple of thinks but they replied very quick so I got a solution in just a couple of days. I don't have to return the item and I get my money back. I'm sure ordering here again some time!

So my first order was one of their bikinis, it didn't take long coming to my front door, about a week it took and I live in the U. K. So VERY impressed!

Cuality of the bikini was far much better than expected as the prices are very low your expecting it to come nothing like what it looks like in the photo, I was so wrong. So thumbs up for that.

Customer service isn't bad they have managed to answer all my questions within the 24hr period they say they would.

BEST ADVICE I COULD GIVE,
They don't do refund, as I've brought the wrong size with one of my orders and I can't cancel it 2days after purchasing it. Also My last item I brought which was the bikini didn't come with any invoice inside the parcel.
SO when your ordering, be 110% sure you've got the right size before you press that buy button =D

Over all I do feel comfortable buying from them in the future!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
My order took weeks to come. Then when finally receiving my order I was so disappointed! Terrible quality and material is so thin, ordered 3 items and all were bad quality. Looks nothing like the photos on the website. Then when wanting to send them back you have to send back using your own expenses?!?! What sort of clothing site doesn't have a returns set up!
WILL NOT BE USING THIS SITE EVER AGAIN!
I never write reviews either, but seeing how bad and terrible the customer service is I feel like I had too

1st time buyer on this site and will not be returning ordered an item checked sizing chart ect it came and is not correct size marked up as corrected but looks like it would fit a child! Contacted them there useless... SIZING CRAP! QUALITY CRAP! SERVICE CRAP!
