Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

To spoil the moral of the story first, DO NOT PURCHASE from them!
I purchased three items last Halloween. The package arrived later than expected, 12 business days instead of 8-10 days as claimed. When it arrived, I realized the dress was not true to size. The "Small" was way to small for me (5'4'', 118lbs). Maybe it meant to be a junior size? The sweater was ok in style, but not very good quality.
The most painful part was to return. As an international business, Yoins does not have a warehouse in the US. I had to pay USPS to return to China, which cost me ~$20! Yoins asked me to take a picture of the receipt, which I did. But they didn't want to refund since there were no tracking number. Well, they didn't specify to return with a tracking number (which would cost more).
After 3 months of struggle, I had to mention Better Business Bureau in order for them to process the refund--and they didn't even refund the full amount!
Finally, I would like to recognize the friendliness of the customer service.

I ordered a garment for my daughter, it had a fault in the material and Yoins refunded the purchase price and appoligised immediately. You can shop with confidence with this company!
They have great unique clothes. They sent me the wrong colored item and they resent the correct item with no additional cost and let me keep the other one as a gift.

I ordered two items, and had issues with both. The first ordered was half way shipped but with the wrong size due to them saying "my size was not available." When under the purchased it showed the size item available. The second order was COMPLETELY out of stock. However, it showed IN STOCK under the item. They seem to have great clothes HOWEVER the structure of the site is not up to date with bad structure. DISAPPOINTED bc they seem to have great clothing.

This site had such cute stuff, so I ordered a dress. After a month went by, I told them I never received it. They did refund me and told me to let them know if I receive it. I never did.
