Since 2015 when I opened the account with Your Best Address I had only good experiences. In the beginning I was not familiar with procedures in obtaining the car registration and title and I was guided through the process very professionally. The plates and car registration was promptly mailed to me. Since then I also inquired about the procedure in obtaining a drivers license which was thoroughly explained. We are full time RVers and have been using Your Best Address mail forwarding service for several years. We notify them every week or two where we would like our mail sent and it always arrives in two or three days! Easy and efficient! The experience is always positive! I have been using "Your Best Address" at [ http://yourbestaddress.com] for over 5 years now. I am extremely pleased with the quality of their service, especially for the VERY reasonable fee of $10.00 per month.

One of the features that I particularly appreciate is their "On demand forwarding. I receive VERY little mail to my box, so I only have it forwarded a few times per year (or as needed). When I DO need my mail sent to me, they remove all of the unwanted "junk mail" (as per my request) and forward the remainder by the most economical package available, with only a nominal handling charge and NO inflation of the actual postage!

I also really like their personalized service - if I need to check on an item of mail, I need only to call, and they are very helpful to accommodate my request. All that I can say is, "Keep Providing Your Outstanding Service and I Will Keep Providing the Patronage"!

I am still waiting for the closing of my account mail after 13 days from January 6th, 2022 and YBA claims it could be that the mail is slow. I checked again with the post office and they said that the mail is not slow. I have asked YBA what they have sent besides a check on my balance of postage. This company makes fun of and is rude to customers behind their backs, blames everything on their employees, and the manager is a cranky old psycho who has trust issues.

I couldn't get insured in SD without an official RV (although I didn't know this at first); I cancelled my request for a mail forwarding address (with YBA) and asked for confirmation all the personal information I sent them would be shredded. I did not get a response back from either Bill or Evan (even though I told them this was important to me due to past fraud).
