If a customer is not satisfied with the product they have to pay shipping to ship it back and pay for a new item. That's terrible. I'll never be back and I'll tell everyone how terrible my experience was with the return policy when my son wasn't satisfied with his pillow. They stretched my sons head to look like Harold from Hey Arnold. I felt so bad. He said "why does my head look like that?" He's 6 I was hoping he wouldn't notice but oh boy he was so sad. Tried to tell them I wasn't happy and they wanted me to pay to ship the item back to China. Then pay to buy a new one. Like huh? What kind of customer service is that? I get it it's personable and can't use again but he looked like cyclops. Oh well looks like I'll be buying a new one elsewhere.
