YouTube has become my go-to destination for entertainment, education, and inspiration. The platform's vast library of videos covers every imaginable topic, from music and gaming to cooking and DIY projects. I appreciate the diversity of content creators on YouTube, each offering their unique perspective and expertise. Whether I'm looking for a quick laugh, learning a new skill, or discovering new music, YouTube never fails to deliver. The user-friendly interface, personalized recommendations, and seamless streaming experience make it easy to lose myself in hours of endless entertainment. With YouTube, there's always something new to discover, and I'm grateful for the endless source of inspiration it provides.
YouTube is a nauseating platform! Does anybody remember a video from 2011 of a girl in a red hoody tossing puppies in a river? Yah YouTube still has her video up on the platform! YouTube also allows dog meat videos on there too 🤢🤮 Along with people doing yoga butt naked and blurred porn even though they have a no nudity policy! I'm switching to Rumble! Rumble isn't full of disgusting and vulgar videos or users stealing YouTubers videos and channel names! People and parents do yourself and your children a favor and switch to Rumble because YouTube is not taking down this crap!
Youtube is great for everything number 1 thing is WATCHING reviews, a good place to go if you are looking for reviews on a site bsides sitejabber is youtube. That way u get to see what they got and they will show and tell any faults:)

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from Alloy, Shirts I've ordered are of poor quality, so now I only order pants. Recently ordered a couple pairs of jeans, they fit so I washed them of course, and the 3rd time I wore the one pair, and I know that because they are a 37" inseam and I wear them with heels, the button that is attached with a rivet, came out of the hole. Called CS, they told me since I washed and wore them that they would not exchange them. Asked to speak to a supervisor, was placed on eternal hold, and after 40 minutes waiting, I hung up. Horrible policy, to rip off the consumer that only wanted them replaced, not refunded, is wrong. BUYER BEWARE!

YouTube needs severe fines and their CEO needs to be jailed for the disgusting things they do. Threatening to ban me because I reported someone bullying and threatening me. What a disgusting site with DISGUSTING moderators who need to spend the rest of their sad lives in prison.

YouTube pulling down videos in relation to the Governor DeSantis in Florida. Does YouTube and all these cancel culture companies have any idea that they are going to be losing money in the long run because 75 million people are going to stop being members if they continue this? Well, I am. BOYCOTT YOUTUBE!

It's a great website, but it's just not usable without an adblock or something. It's really a shame.:(
Also, the google plus integration is pretty annoying!

This site was incredibly useful prior to 2010...
Now Youtube virtually has no competition and chooses to ruin everybody's experience.
WHY IS THERE A GOD DAMN AD EVERY TIME I PLAY A VIDEO? AS IF I CARE ABOUT AMAZON'S ALEXA ADDING "CLEAN UNDER THE SOFA" TO ALLISON'S TO-DO LIST!
WHO THE $#*! CARES?
NOBODY, THAT'S WHO!
Take your ad's and monopolistic b. S. and shove it where the sun doesn't shine.
If you care about your business, don't hire people to write false reviews for $50.00
ACTUALLY DEVELOP A SITE THAT DOESN'T REQUIRE A MEMBERSHIP TO DO WHAT YOU COULD FOR FREE A FEW YEARS AGO.
$#*!s.

I've been on YouTube for a good 4 years or so now. When i first joined it was a great way to show your videos that you worked hard on. But of course, Google had bought YouTube, and things started to go downhill.
I am probably the millionth person to complain about these new changes to YouTube, but I still would like to share my opinion.
As much as YouTube is still a video sharing site, the idea of the 'YouTuber' has drifted into the background. TV companies have now partnered up with YouTube. This means that rather than just us average YouTuber's videos appearing on the front page, it's nothing but media companies promoting their new shows! It's irritating!
Copyright never used to be an issue before, but suddenly thousands of videos that people have worked so hard on are being dragged off because of copyright issues! They mute videos even if there is music playing in the background of someone talking, it's rediculous!
But something that really gets on my nerves about these new features are the error which reads 'This video has been blocked in your country'! Do I need to explain this! Blocking videos because of the country you live in? To me, that's borderline censorship, and there is no need for it at all!
So i'd stick to Vimeo or DailyMotion, unless Google buys them too, then we are in trouble!

I've never seen a company be so greedy I don't want to watch ads so you're gonna basically try to break my phone over and over again taking minutes on minutes to load a video trying it's hardest to make me watch an ad all this service is is an ad bot you're much better off using twitch, hulu, Netflix, Disney+, paramount+, peacock, HBO max literally anything. Their premium service is 16 dollars so you don't have to watch ads pick any of the other ones I named and you could get 2 subscriptions to actual cable tv that is asked to be made and paid for, rather than dinky videos done by people at home, that barely get paid anything unless they're huge I think YouTube is scummier than twitch I think YouTube is the scummiest platform on earth I've never been more let down by a service consistently
Tip for consumers:
Literally please use anything else even if you have to pay for it they ask way too much like are you telling me I have to watch 8 ads to see a video someone made in their basement $#*! you

I placed an order with Alloy two weeks ago and received an order confirmation that same day. I have yet to receive any shipping information after TWO WEEKS. The shipping costs $18 and is estimated for a time of 7 to 10 business days. What the hell?! A few nights ago, I sat on hold with customer service for OVER an hour and finally selected the option to leave a callback number. After doing so, the hold music kept playing for another 20 minutes before I hung up out of frustration. The following night I tried again and actually got through to a disinterested, unhelpful customer service rep. She gave me the run-around and said my order couldn't be processed because I paid with PayPal. Why would your company even offer PayPal as a payment option if you can't process such orders?! She said to call back the next day. I told her I would not do that, and she said she'd leave my number with a supervisor who would call in the morning. Twenty-four hours later... no call. I'm not shocked after reading the other TrustPilot reviews. Should any Alloy bigwigs take a gander at my review (not likely since they think customers can go screw themselves), you better get your sh*t together before you end up bankrupt like many catalog-happy, teen-clothing companies like yourself. It's absolutely outrageous that you'd treat your customers in such a way.

Run away whilst clutching your money tighty.

It turned into an absolute trash as now instead of fixing the frickin servers so videos would LOAD AT LEAST, they do a lot of censorship and ban and demonitize EVERYONE who doesn't agree with mods.
And they also beg money for Premium for THAT?!

I used to love YouTube but now they have a bunch of glitches and it doesn't keep track of me with my Premium account
They want to charge $18.99 now from $15.99 and I've had nothing but glitches!
Tip for consumers:
Also, there is no way to contact them regarding all the glitches and problems I’m having with my Premium account
It shouldn’t be like this for $18.99 per month

The site is an EXCELLENT video sharing site, and signing up is free. If that isn't enough, you can even make money off your videos. The player allows you to load a video and then continue to watch it offline (the last time I checked) as long as you remain on the page. Some copyright companies have certain detection and ad system so you can to upload their content and they can continue to generate revenue off it.
However, there are a few things that keep me from giving the site a 5/5. One thing is their constantly changing site. The staff don't seem to get the phrase "If it ain't broke don't fix it", and almost consistently make their site even worse. In the past 2 years I can only think of a few good changes, which are overshadowed by changes for the worse. They make their site slower, their designs worse.
Now let me get to the worst part of it: The user comments. The comments are the cesspool of stupidity, racism, homophobia, sexism and trolling (the unfunny and offensive type). I have seen so many genocidal comments on YouTube that had so many thumbs up. It has become a haven for racists worldwide. Seeing these comments make me lose brain cells, make me insecure about my race and lose faith in humanity altogether.
However, there is an option to hide objectionable comments, and you can report them. The staff are helpful and will answer your questions. They also will remove comments that violate their ToS (which includes hate speech) as long as you report them with an elusive tool.

Youtube is constantly demonetizing content on youtube, such as when they added a new 8 second rule in which you essentially need to keep the first 8 seconds of your video PG (no swearing or violence) or you'll get demonetized. This is very frustrating for those content creators that have made content over the years and monetized, only to one day get punished for a new rule that every old video is required to follow for monetization. Not only are content creators constantly getting demonetized, but the ads that youtube displays are weird asf. I'll be watching and enjoying some youtube video and then I see sexualized ads display in the corner...like REALLY? You demonetize videos just for saying a swear word during the first 8 seconds of a video yet post questionable ads on the corner? Dissapointing. I would give youtube 0 stars if I could
