Ordered many boxes and I'm never disappointed: Love the cute and kawaii goods everytime, not that expensive although the shipping can be a bit expensive but pretty fast for my experience: very good experience I recommend!
I signed up because I wanted a Ghibli extra they advertised. The box showed up, and it didn't contain any of the extras. It took a complaint and a "courtesy" from their customer service to get what I had already paid for. Most of the boxes went straight into the trash, with some items being able to be donated at least, most of it was simply cheap, unusable trinkets. When I thought I was finally done, they charged my card without authorization and then could only give me an equivalent store credit. WAT? Terrible customer service, fine little knick knacks. Save yourself the trouble and go to the dollar store.
Really great service with amazing items. I loved that despite all the COVID issues they came through and still delivered

I just got my first box and I'm happy to report it is adorable. Came with everything promised, it has cute packaging and even though it took long to arrive, it is so worth it!

There are giveaways for a free box every month, go check it out as that's how I got this one (you have to still pay shipping though)
