Amazing product,
Ever since purchasing their subscription box, I have had an increase of rare plushies.

Its like getting a small taste of japan at my doorstop.
They deliver very quickly.

I got my first yumetwins box for a Christmas present. I just loved it because not only was the stuff really cute especially the pompompurin plushie and shiba inu chopstick rest, but it had a lot of personal meaning to me as well. My dog is not doing well and for some reason a lot of the box was filled with dog stuff with one item being the plate saying "I will stay with you!" It just made me feel so happy. So I honestly would recommend this box because it's definitely worth the price and everything is really useful and I had just a great personal connection to it.

Every month is my birthday, cause I never know what Im gonna get when i open de beautifull green/purple box. And it never dissapoint. Cute and sometimes even usefull stuff that everyone would love <3

So I only wanted one box and I forgot to cancel and it went on for 4 months... it's not easy to cancel either. But the stuff is very nice, but not worth $35 at all

All the items in the YumeTwins Box are so Kawaii (Cute) & Special! The booklet look very nice & cute too! The booklet describes the things u get, which i find it special & cute too. The bath bomb is Kawaii (cute) & fun when u put into the water, but the bath bomb toy is too small, hope that the bath bomb toy can be bigger if there are any future bath bomb toys. The Cinnamoroll Devil Pouch Plushie is very cute, soft & special. The moving Ears/wings hats are very fun & cute too! I think dolls are very cute. Hope that YumeTwins Box can include some Dolls in the box. Arigato/Thank U.

YumeTwins abo Box is very cute, every month gave us a surprise. My daughter love it very much. Just the shipment and custom costs too high. Still we love it very much.

Every item I got was so cute! And the box arrived earlier than expected, taking into account the covid issues. It was the first time I get a box and I can't be more happy I will repeat for sure!

I'm excited every month for this box. Very cute and useful things and me and my daughter loves it! The most fun part of the box is that it has themes and you get quality things inside.

I ordered my first yumetwins box in April. On April 14th my box was shipped. As of today, August 17, my box still has not arrived. I have reached out to YumeTwins customer service several times and each time the only responses I have gotten have essentially consisted of "keep waiting, your box should show up, if it gets sent back to us we will let you know". At least 2-3 interactions with them I have specifically asked how long do I have to wait for a refund or replacement and they have not ever answered that question. The level of customer service I have received about this issue is horrid. At this point I have contacted PayPal for a refund as it has now been over 4 months since the item was marked as shipped but has not arrived. PayPal thinks YumeTwins was trying to wait me out past the buyer protection so that I could not get my money back. I did order another box from this company between that box and now that went out through another shipping company. The initial box appeared to be stolen and they did sent out a replacement for that box after some frustration and making me do much of the work with communication with the shipping company and I did finally receive the replacement of that box. I strongly encourage buyer beware with this company. They have done nothing but give me the runaway and terrible customer service.

We are very happy with the subscription so far. Cute items and you can cancel month to month. You can get a idea beforehand what's in the next box... since you get weekly updates.

I always love getting my box in the mail! The box is durable and items inside are never or very rarely damaged. There is always something for everyone to enjoy in each months box!

If you like Sanrio and cute Japanese items, then this is for you. Get a sample of kawaii items from Japan every month! I do enjoy all the items I get.

Super cute items every month! Only thing is the boxes are sometimes late, and during this pandemic almost always late and come in wring order! Super rewarding to open every month!

YumeTwins was my very first subscription box for items from Japan. I've been a subscriber for a long time and i'm never disappointed. All the items are excellent quality and super cute!

I ordered the box and haven't received but they emailed me saying why and it was due to the typhoon that hit Japan recently. They let me know as soon as it happened.

Yume Twins is great! In each box you'll get super cute items and some stuff you can use around the house! Nothing comes damaged and everything in the box is high quality!
