Ordered many boxes and I'm never disappointed: Love the cute and kawaii goods everytime, not that expensive although the shipping can be a bit expensive but pretty fast for my experience: very good experience I recommend!
I signed up because I wanted a Ghibli extra they advertised. The box showed up, and it didn't contain any of the extras. It took a complaint and a "courtesy" from their customer service to get what I had already paid for. Most of the boxes went straight into the trash, with some items being able to be donated at least, most of it was simply cheap, unusable trinkets. When I thought I was finally done, they charged my card without authorization and then could only give me an equivalent store credit. WAT? Terrible customer service, fine little knick knacks. Save yourself the trouble and go to the dollar store.
My box shipped really quickly and arrived within a week and a half! Everything was really good quality (no Daiso things!) and excellent value for money.
Customer service was wonderful and the items are cute! I only wish that there was more in each box. I love cinnamoroll and got 2 cinnamoroll items in my first box so I'm biased!
If you want really cute item its really a great box! You always have kawai plushies from what us Popular for the moment! For your kid or your inner kids, its a perfect box!
It's like i have a present every month. I love all the items in the February 2020 box. And in the March 2020 the apron shiba looks so expensive looking. I love it sooo much.
I heard of YumeTwins from a couple of YouTubers I watch and I really desperately wanted to get a box, so I got one as soon as I could and I've got to say it was way better than what I was expecting I was thoroughly impressed. What I'm trying to say is that if you can get this box do get this box you will really enjoy it 10/10!
A lot of cute stuff, and I think it'll be fun to see what's in the future boxes. Will probably never regret getting a subscription.
My box arrived to central europe in a matter of 8 days from when I ordered it, the goodies are very cute and the items came completely undamaged.

Tip for consumers:
There are lots of items you can receive but you are not nessesarily going to get 1 of each. I did think i would receive 1 stationary 1 plushie 1 toy 1 candy and 1 stickers or home item looking at the boxes but you can view upcoming boxes but that rather spoils the surprise. Its good to know though if you are looking for something nice in particular. Very pretty packaged and colourful and cute as soon as you open the box. Includes a little newsletter with information on the items too

From january box, the shiba dog trinket and shiba bowl. I haven't tried the ghibli no face chopsticks yet as I never used chopsticks before. The daruma plushie magnet is stuck to my notice board and im keeping the new years plushie for my friend i haven't seen yet because of the corona virus.

Just received my February YumeTwins box. My daughters and I love it so much. Such kawaii and useful items. I love the pouch because it is made in vinyl, so it is easy to sanitize. I love to be able to wear the cutie Kuromi socks and use the Sumikoo Gurashi ceramic mug and towelette. The heart tin has a beautiful jewelry design, which I love. The Rilakkuma plushie is so cute and cuddly, and made with good quality. I am excited to received my boxes for the rest of the year!

I first signed up for Yuma twins in August. I really wanted the Totoro stuff. When I signed up they had a deal that the more months you signed up for the more Totoro stuff you would get. So I bit the bullet and did the 6-month option, even though I really couldn't afford it. That's what credit cards are for, right?
I thought everything was good to go. I received my first box, but didn't receive the extra things in it. I waited until my second box just in case that was packed incorrectly. Still nothing. So I contacted customer service and explain the situation. I was told that I had selected another option to receive an extra box instead of the Totoro items. If I did that, it was not clear at ALL on the website. But I doubt that I did it. She offered no help other than the information. And then told her that I wanted a refund on the remaining boxes that had not been shipped because I felt like I was being mistreated and I didn't want the boxes if I couldn't have what I actually signed up for. I was told I could not get a refund. And that was the end of the communication.
I really do not recommend these boxes, the customer service is horrible. Also the items are cute but they are NOT worth the amount that you pay for the boxes. I think after my subscription is done, I'm just going to start saving my money and go to Japan and buy everything I want. It would be a way better investment.

Double check, not triple check everything before you purchase. They will not help or change things after your order is in.
This was given to my as a bday gift. I've been signed up for 6 months of boxes and am looking forward to March's box.
