Ordered many boxes and I'm never disappointed: Love the cute and kawaii goods everytime, not that expensive although the shipping can be a bit expensive but pretty fast for my experience: very good experience I recommend!
I signed up because I wanted a Ghibli extra they advertised. The box showed up, and it didn't contain any of the extras. It took a complaint and a "courtesy" from their customer service to get what I had already paid for. Most of the boxes went straight into the trash, with some items being able to be donated at least, most of it was simply cheap, unusable trinkets. When I thought I was finally done, they charged my card without authorization and then could only give me an equivalent store credit. WAT? Terrible customer service, fine little knick knacks. Save yourself the trouble and go to the dollar store.
Everytime i get my monthly box is always super exciting. I love what I get in each box and can wait for the next one!
They give you cool products for a good price. They also asked me to leave a review, so make of that what you to think.
