Whenever there was an issue with an item or charges, the customer support team at Yummy Bazaar would resolve the issue and follow up to make sure everything is okay. The selection of items on the website is very good and free shipping is easy to get by purchasing certain items or making a relatively small total purchase. Yummy Bazaar also offers promotions about once a week that includes a free item or items with a purchase. I have found that shipped items are well packaged and protected.

So, they had the stuff I needed and I ordered. That would normally be the end of the story. But not with these guys. OMG! Talk about follow-up and customer service. Unbelievable! What a bunch of customer service pros. And when FedEx screwed up they actually cared enough to escalate the matter and find out what was happening. You're in good hands with these guys. I was a little concerned that a website called "Yummy Bazaar" was a scam. But I saw a few really good reviews and took the plunge ordering my favorite French and Scandinavian jams and Italian confections. They taste like the treats of my youth spent in Europe. Yummy also has the canned cherry tomatoes which Rachel Ray talked about one day on her show.
Everything shipped quickly. The glass containers were packed to perfection with lots of cushioning so nothing broke or leaked.

I ordered 4 packages of Droste Dark Chocolate pastilles, which were badly mishandled somewhere along the line. All were covered in that grey powder that aged chocolate gets and were completely inedible. That can happen, but since the product was within its printed expiration period, Yummy Bazaar refused to provide either replacements or refund. Very poor customer experience.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the sunflower seed bread and teh complimentary gift of Italian cookies. We've still got much more to try -- we can't eat it all at once but I'm sure it will be enjoyable.
It's great to find an import store with food from all around the world. My local import grocers usually only specialize in one region. Everything arrived quickly and well packed. I will not hesitate to order again.
I was looking for a nice french mustard and YummyBazaar offered free shipping with certain purchase amount.

Overall, satisfied with the purchase. I did have some concerns as the order took 5 days before being fulfilled and every time I tried calling the customer support number received a message that there were no agents available to take my call.

Products your can't find everywhere. Unusual items that are incredibly taste but not mainstream in the US. Shipping is reasonable and products arrived as described. What a fun website, especially if we cannot travel to these far away places we can bring the treats home.

Everything went very smoothly. The company was concerned about the chocolates traveling during warm weather (in Southern Florida it's pretty much always warm) so they gave me a heads up and wrapped them with cold packets (free of charge). They arrived in perfect form.

Shipment came very quickly! My sweets are always fresh and delicious, nothing is ever stale or poor quality.
All my treats were bundled up safely and undamaged, even though the box itself was mangled at some point. As a bonus, my cats love the long sheets of packaging paper that come in the box.
This is where I get my chestnut mochi. Its my favorite and I cant get it locally. I always stock up on sweets I cant get in my area when I make an order.
Your delivery shipments take forever now and it makes me sad. I can only get some of these snacks though you guys and the quality is always great. But its frustrating waiting for three to four weeks for sweets.
I treat myself to some goodies from Yummy Bazaar a few times through out the year. The treats are never stale or old, and usually very delicious. I especially love the cocoa mochi. Its like a cup of hot cocoa wrapped in a marshmallow.

I use Yummy Bazaar to share treats with a friend across the country. She has no asian market and I send her the Japanese treats I enjoy. She in turn sends me treats every so often too. Its been a little spot of brightness in the pandemic, sending sweets to each other as a pick-me-up.

I received an almost outdated product, which had coagulated and had a vile smell. When I emailed *, she basically told me to go pound sand. Then I posted actual pictures of the product on the site, which were deleted. They do not stand behind their product.
Here is * exact response: "Thanks for your input. We're sorry you were dissatisfied with the taste of this product, but unfortunately, since it was sent in good condition and with good date, we are unable to replace or refund this product."

I ordered 3 pounds of Del Verde pasta to be served on Christmas day. Package arrived quickly and the pasta was so well protected that all the noodles are intact with no breakage. Very impressed with this company.

I had a bit of technical difficulty ordering online (due to my ineptitude) but Arthur was extremely helpful and responsive. Haven't tried the acini de pepe pasta as yet, but am looking forward to making some Italian Wedding soup and am sure your product will be a key ingredient.

Love that this merchant carries a bunch of international hard-to-find products for anyone living outside of their continent, especially Europe, America, and Asia. Website is pretty easy to search and navigate. Fragile items are well packaged for shipping and they arrive fairly quick. Overall nothing to complain about.

This company does not publish reviews if they are lower than four stars. That certainly doesn't do their customers any good. It's all or nothing - you don't get to just publish 4 and 5 star reviews. I have complained about my two-star review getting ignored and they say they will look into but don't. It would appear that it is a purposeful omission. I will try to get product elsewhere whenever possible. Your reputation, your choice.

Beware, if you are looking for authentic products don't bother. While the company claims to sell products from a certain country, they are no more less the same 'fake' preservative polluted items you can buy at any local place. They claim the product is "From France"... "From Germany" and they are actually made in countries where cheap ingredients/chemicals are legal. And customer service seems to be quite proud of this as well.
