This latest order was placed on 12/11/21 and was not received until 12/23/21. It seems to me that it could have been delivered a lot quicker by USPS. Product is great, your service is very good but the delivery put a negative vibe on the entire transaction. Please do better.

The Fondue Cheese just arrived and I was amazed at how carefully packaged it was! They did not skimp on necessary materials to keep it safe and cold while being shipped. It had two Ice Packs in there to ensure it stayed cold. The care they put into this amazed me. This is my first purchase from them and I can't wait to go back and shop for more items as they have a new customer for sure! Thank you for taking great care of our order and caring so much!

The 6 jars were wrapped in something like 21 feet of bubble wrap. This was entirely unnecessary and destructive of the environment. I can 'recycle' it but there is no assurance that all this packaging will in fact be recycled and the damage from its production has already been done. I will have to think carefully about ordering more from YummyBazaar.

Appreciated the response explaining why I did not get the 10% discount on what I thought was my first order from YB. Your staff member explained that I had ordered from the company some years ago so I was not a first-time customer.

Was unable to find this product anywhere except Amazon which was way more expensive. I've never tried this company before decided that I would check it out. The product arrived quickly and without any issues!

When I first saw this website the YummyBazaar name made me a little leery about giving my credit card but I took a chance and everything worked out great. The can was double boxed and heavily wrapped in bubbly wrap. It was better packed than most everything I get from Amazon. Will definitely buy from them again.

I had a pretty good experience with this vendor.The order came well packed. I ordered all liquid products in glass jars and they arrived intact and not leaking. Better than I can say for other orders from other places. I would buy from this company again, but I will wait until things go on sale or they offer free shipping.

Buy food from these people when you want it to arrive in the worst way! I ordered numerous items almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't received them. When I call they can't figure out where they are or what has been done and they say they will put a trace on and I never hear back from them. If this company wanted to provide customer service they would've re-shipped the order in an expedited manner; but, they are too cheap to try to resolve an issue and I have stock payment on my credit card. I wouldn't buy anything from this company!

My items were shipped quickly and received without any delay. My only issue is that the items (tea bags) will be expiring in about 2.5 months. They come very well packaged within each box in foil lined packages and stay fresh. We will use them; we understand having to rotate stock and the short expiration date.

Sent items that were different than photo. Told them I wanted to return it and they dragged their feet. Was told to wait 2 to 3 business days and someone will contact me. Took 8 days to finally get a return label...but only after I disputed the charge did they then take action. Also, its a small mom and pop operation. They bite off more than they can chew. Understaffed. Not the best customer service. Friendly but not efficient.

Happy w/ delicious products and quick shipping (once it got out of the warehouse). Customer service was very responsive when I asked about the delay in fulfillment. Very well packaged and everything looks/tastes great!

Yummy Bazaar has a great selection, great prices, good promotions, and fast shipping. It's disappointing that sometimes a lot of products are out of stock, but I can imagine the supply chain difficulties during the pandemic make it challenging. Overall, always a happy customer.

I have never had such a quick response from any website. Ba-da-boom! A response within an hour and incredible follow-up.

Quick shopping experience and had what I was looking for. Product is good & received within time frame I was expecting.
NO customer service- phone numbers don't work, emails not answered. Was trying to find out if my order was sent and no way to contact them or response from email.

I would give the distributor a zero if possible. It's Xmas season and I ordered gifts. I ordered 6 candies in cans. 5 of them were dented, some badly. There was no issue with the box, so they were shipped that way. I don't know how to attach a photo, unfortunately.

All I got in response was this survey. Useless.

Can't wait to try this. I had used Melissa's and was having a hard time finding something comparable. I hate I have six packets that are best used by 4/2023. That seems like a very short shelf life, much less than Melissa's. I'm not sure I can knock them all out between now and then, but will try!

My husband and I have discovered many dishes and recipes on our travels through Italy and Greece unknown to us previously, and we've found that Yummy Bazaar s our "go-to" resource for the ingredients to make these dishes for our own enjoyment at home. Everything is delicious, imported from various countries, beautifully packed and quickly sent. Perfection!

The delivery service provided by YummyBazaar is excellent. All was well-wrapped and properly sealed. There were no things that were harmed. I took a taste of the white chocolate truffles and they were delicious! Following a rich meal, one with a small bottle of wine will be an ideal dessert. I will definitely return to shop here!

It's difficult to find some of the products I order and some that are available are more expensive than YummyBazaar. They have a high quality selection, great prices, and excellent delivery. I have never had experience with customer service as all my orders have been filled as ordered and securely wrapped with out breakage or leakage problems.

Looks like a good variety of products. Would like to see more Scandinavian/Swedish products.
In one of the calendars, it is rattling so the chocolates are everywhere inside. Probably that specific calendar is not made very well. I also wish since I ordered two, they would have been from the same company. Its for my two daughters.

It's hard to find these things around where I live and if they do have them it's a one off item the store is trying. I'm for sure coming back to buy from here the pricing is good and shipping was fast.

My order arrived a day or two later than I originally expected, perhaps due to winter weather - but I was very pleased with the products and the very careful wrapping that ensured nothing broke along the way!

The prices were more than fair, the website is a tad clunky but easy to navigate. The selection is pretty decent and it's hard to beat delivered to your door. I was surprised to get my package on a Sunday. It came FedEx, which can be hit or miss in my area.

I've been ordering from YummyBazaar for a long time. They've always gone above and beyond to make sure my foods are the best quality possible. If I ever submitted anything and it did it perfectly, they have always made sure to communicate with me to make the finished piece as great as possible. I love their various food. But I've also had them make us supply a pieces for chicken. They can do it faster.
