I have been buying items from Yummy Bazaar for a few years. I have consistently had good experiences. Whenever there was an issue with an item or charges, the customer support team at Yummy Bazaar would resolve the issue and follow up to make sure everything is okay. The selection of items on the website is very good and free shipping is easy to get by purchasing certain items or making a relatively small total purchase. Yummy Bazaar also offers promotions about once a week that includes a free item or items with a purchase. I have found that shipped items are well packaged and protected.
See images below - Yummy Bazaar refuses to credit me or allow me to return these. This is deceptive and this is the response I got "Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than that shown on our Web site. We recommend that you do not solely rely on the information presented and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product." So basically any thing you order could be something else?
Delivery was timely and I got exactly what I wanted. I also got a coupon for 5% off my next order which is good.

I ordered several goods. Nice products, fantastic and great customer service. I definitely suggest YB shopping.
I received a stale batch of powdered french hot chocolate, on their Amazon website as a third-party transaction. Even though it was well within freshness date, this does not guarantee the sellers store it properly or when it was imported, that it was packed in a cool and dry container. I used up most of the packets for a large batch of the chocolate for my family and I had a couple of packets left, which I chucked. When I tried to do a return/refund process, I was advised I could not send anything back and I only had a couple of packets. After trying to get a hold of them and several messages later, these jerks said they would give me a refund if I mail back the hot chocolate to some address. I have no guarantee I would get my refund, no time frame was given when I could expect refund, and I HAD TO COVER THE POSTAGE which would have cost half or so of what the stupid drink packets were worth, They still won't refund me, now I have to take it to the BBB and to court, if necessary,. They steal money for crappy beverages,.
I received several emails to update me on my shipping status (which was fast!) as well as an option to confirm the delivery arrival. I was impressed!
They responded quickly and helped solve my problem.
