I have been buying items from Yummy Bazaar for a few years. I have consistently had good experiences. Whenever there was an issue with an item or charges, the customer support team at Yummy Bazaar would resolve the issue and follow up to make sure everything is okay. The selection of items on the website is very good and free shipping is easy to get by purchasing certain items or making a relatively small total purchase. Yummy Bazaar also offers promotions about once a week that includes a free item or items with a purchase. I have found that shipped items are well packaged and protected.

This is deceptive and this is the response I got "Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than that shown on our Web site. We recommend that you do not solely rely on the information presented and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product." So basically any thing you order could be something else?

Yummy is simply the best website you can shop around if you're looking for Italian goodies. They have always freebies of some sort but this time they've surprised me with an amazing jacket from Loacker! I only wish they would have more availability on products, by I understand due to Covid it's not easy to get deliveries from Italy. Overall I'm a happy customer anyway and do recommend purchasing from Yummy!

This company charged my credit card with out permission. They have made it impossible to contact to resolve this issue and now I am charged 20% to fix THEIR mistake. They are so dismissive and unapologetic I can't resolve this situation the proper way. Customers can legally cancel their order at any moment, they only give you an hour window to cancel but make themselves unavailable for that hour so they can charge you a penalty. If 20% is enough to loose my loyalty then keep it but I warn others before buying here. I literally tried canceling the order seconds after it was placed there's not excuse for this lousy experience. Try mypanier, Marky's gourmet, or truly foodie for your international imports they won't do you wrong or blame you for anything.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from them. A problem will arise and you will have no one to help you. And it will turn out more expensive then it did simply because they can’t get organized.

I placed my first order with them. Since then I get all this weird emails from them and this last one is very disturbing. It tells me that I got my package a few days ago (which I have not, and per FedExp tracking it will be delivered sometime tomorrow) and to call them. With all the spams and fraud going on I am not sure if I will ever use this site again cos I am not comfortable getting all this weird notifications. It is too bad because they do have some really nice hard to find products. But in today's crazy world and news of hacking etc. I rather be safe than sorry. Just hope that my first order actually shows up.:-(
Wonderful site! Found a German Christmas cookies not easy to find in stores any longer. However, the order I placed was for the dark chocolate version but I received the milk chocolate instead. Not the end of the world but after so many years of trying to find Lebkuchen then to get a different version of the order I placed and have been salivating over the mere thought of, it was a little disappointing. Other than that, this site is great and I will definitely be back!

I placed an order recently and it was delayed because of everything that's going on. I reached out to customer support to make sure everything was in order and they responded pretty rapidly to assure me they were working on it. They shipped out and the product I received were fresh and delicious. YummyBazaar is a good place to do business!
Honestly, just did a Google search for Mochi and your prices were good and the shipping was good. Plus the selection was nice.

I placed this order based on their advertised handling time of one day. The order shipped 8 days after purchase. When I contacted them to inquire what was happening, I received an array of excuses ranging from Covid, to weather, to short staffing - all of which they could easily post on their website so that customers know when their order will actually ship. I asked why shipping wasn't upgraded in order to meet the commitment, and they said it's too expensive. Two stars only because nothing in the order arrived damaged.

I've ordered from yummy bizarre many times in the past but this shipment left me annoyed. The chocolate chip cookies from France were completely destroyed in transit. I had to throw the box out because the powdered crumbs got all over my kitchen counter & floor. It was a mess! The same was true for the 4 packages of Ines Rosales tortas. They were broken into 1-inch pieces so I was unable to use them for gifts as intended. I felt disrespected as a consumer for the blatant disregard to the packaging of my goods.
I sent an email but haven’t heard back from anyone yet so I can’t rate my experience. I would like to allow the vendor to make this right. Otherwise, I won’t be returning as a customer.
I’ve purchased from them before and liked many of the products that were offered as well as the chance to purchase from other regions.
Again, I already knew that the cinnamon tortas from Ines Rosales were delicious so I purchased several boxes of them intended to be gifts to allow others to sample these gems. The Parisian fruitcake & other items were new to me. Bi enjoy sampling new items from various regions.
I ordered a package of cookies as pictured on this website and was shipped an entirely different product and when I pointed this out to Customer Service they were completely dismissive. The manufacturer apparently discontinued a certain cookie that I wanted and came out with another cookie.
It was somewhat different but clearly not the same.
Yummy however, had no idea and continued to represent the old discontinued item on their website, but sent me the new product which is completely different than what I ordered.
More concerning is the customer service response. They are insisting that it was simply a package change despite e telling them repeatedly that it wasn't. It was a product change and they simply don't want to acknowledge it. But, they did say that they will update their site. Why would they do that if it's only a package change.
Don't buy anything from this site, you just can't trust it. It was also very poorly packaged and shipping was twice delayed.
Tip for consumers:
I honestly wouldn’t recommend using them. Their customer service is rude and condescending and repeatedly replied that this was a packaging change contending that the product was the same. But they just simply sent me a substitute product at their discretion and insisted it was a packaging change.

When I opened my well packed box from you, Almost all of my cookies were broken. I know they are delicate cookies, but they must be packed better, perhaps with partitions so that don't get all jumbled up and broken. It is very sad that most of the cookies were broken.
We chose Swedish Peparkakor because my aunt used to make them from scratch. BTW, too much Nutmeg in the cookies.

Was looking for specific ingredients and found what I wanted.
The sauerkraut was for a family favorite sauerkraut and dumplings and the pickles were for a recipe I just acquired and will try shortly.
I had put in a request to be notified when the product I wanted was in. I received the notification and the chocolate bars came in a great ice chest box that kept them in a pristine condition. Could not ask for anything more.

Google search of an item I wanted to purchase
Fantastic! We have Jungle Jim's International Market here in Cincinnati, but it has been easier to shop here. I love all the cooking hints, and articles. I can concentrate on one thing at a time, instead of PACKED shelves of product with labels I can't read.
Now if I find something I buy here at a store, I know what I'm getting!
Shipping took a while the first time, but I love all the items I got. The rice cakes are my new favorite.
None of the advertised promo codes worked. Yummy Bazar obviously knows what people crave from their home country that is difficult to find in the US. Great to have a place to order from, but the Yummy Bazar is extremely expensive!

Coronation Chicken no problem, whipped it up on short notice (and loved the take on seasonings inspired by the Commonwealth) I guess 70 years on the throne is a difficult enough task that it requires a difficult recipe to do it justice. But I've never made a trifle before, and after trying this recipe I probably won't ever again. I never even heard of a trifle until I was in my 30's or 40's...
Remember our saying is "as American as apple pie," and in the time it will take me to make this I could easily turn out half a doz apple pies (using my hand crank peeler, corer & slicer, of course). But thank you so much for having these UK products available on the internet--I wouldn't be able to try my first trifle without you.

I am so excited to be able to buy these product. Being French I grew up with all of them and thrilled I get to order them. Price is really high compared to the country's price. But at least I get to have them once in a while!
We have bought the olives several times. We had one delivery with a broken jar. One email response ended with a discount for the next purchase. Unfortunately when we were ready to reorder the olives were out of stock. This is the frustrating part of ordering from Yummy.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I had never heard of this site before so I thought I'd be more skeptical but I shot my shot and it was awesome! Love that they use Shopify so I could track my order and they came when they said they would!
They had what I was looking for
I love hard candy and unique flavors are something I look for too when trying to appease my sweet tooth. These do exactly that!
I ordered something from this company. Fortunately it wasn't super expensive. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive. When I checked the status, it was at a post office for pickup rather than at my home. I didn't know what post office and neither did the customer service agent who refused to either resend the package or refund my payment. Total rip off. Do not buy.
The product we received did not resemble the picture on the YummyBazaar website. Oil was very cloudy and all anchovies were in a "gob" at the bottom of the jar. Reported this information to Yummy Customer Service. We received a gift card in lieu of refund for this product. We discarded the anchovies.
Very courteous and seemed to be understanding about the defective product. I sent them a picture of what we received. We were issued a Gift Card for the amount of our purchase to be applied to future products from YummyBazaar
