I have been buying items from Yummy Bazaar for a few years. I have consistently had good experiences. Whenever there was an issue with an item or charges, the customer support team at Yummy Bazaar would resolve the issue and follow up to make sure everything is okay. The selection of items on the website is very good and free shipping is easy to get by purchasing certain items or making a relatively small total purchase. Yummy Bazaar also offers promotions about once a week that includes a free item or items with a purchase. I have found that shipped items are well packaged and protected.
See images below - Yummy Bazaar refuses to credit me or allow me to return these. This is deceptive and this is the response I got "Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than that shown on our Web site. We recommend that you do not solely rely on the information presented and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product." So basically any thing you order could be something else?
The product we received did not resemble the picture on the YummyBazaar website. Oil was very cloudy and all anchovies were in a "gob" at the bottom of the jar. Reported this information to Yummy Customer Service. We received a gift card in lieu of refund for this product. We discarded the anchovies.
Very courteous and seemed to be understanding about the defective product. I sent them a picture of what we received. We were issued a Gift Card for the amount of our purchase to be applied to future products from YummyBazaar

I purchased the Bechtel German Soup Noodles. I come from an Italian background and these noodles taste like the pasta that I grew up on. I also purchased the ravioli for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. I have never eaten a store bought ravioli before and I thoroughly enjoyed them.

I was cautious about ordering from the site since it's food, and I was ordering something I've never had before, but I was not disappointed! Despite the strange shipping situation (tracking not being updated and items being delivered a few days after the expected time), everything came in perfectly and there weren't any flaws! Food came in good, communication was good, everything worked out so that's a 5 star from me.
It's hard finding websites that accept PayPal payment, YummyBazaar had both, snacks I wanted, and a way that I could actually pay them!
I wanted to try mochi, plain and simple. Never had it before and they don't sell it around where I live.
I ordered a jar of Spicy Chili Crisp and a jar of Fried Chili Oil. The Crisp was sealed, but rancid when I opened it. Really rancid, the oil had turned. And my order was delivered to the wrong house, even though the address label had the right address on it. So, I didn't like that. Was it what I ordered? Yeah. Spoiled tho. Did it arrive reasonably quickly? I mean, kinda. Would I use them again? Probably not.

I'm just now ordering for the first time, and I'm sorry to say I'm a bit disappointed. I wouldn't be as disappointed if I actually got answers from their customer service team. I know they just moved factories, but for the love of God! It's not that hard to type out an email explaining why I have been waiting for almost 6 days for my order to even ship! I'm highly disappointed, and will likely not order for Yümmy Bazaar again...

Order organic caramel syrup. Came like water to just put in drinks.
I was looking for a thicker syrup-like I had from Sprout's organic syrup.
It was a replacement for Sprout's since they were out of stock.
It read and looked like a good product.
I received the items but some of them (cookies) were packed to tight inside a box and I noticed that the cookies inside were damaged. Maybe if the amount of package requires more boxes then Yummy should review their policy and use more boxes.
They are reliable and their prices are competitive.

Discount code I received from YB was not valid. Called several times to verify deliver methods. Each time, after being on "hold," I was directed to send an email. Tried to send email message but YB web site wouldn't accept my "valid" email address. Tried calling again, no luck! Then came a series of back and forth emails. The entire ordering process was very confusing. Still not pleased that the discount code YB offered and sent me was not valid.

I bought the 3 months gift package as a Christmas gift for my bosses. Biggest mistake and embarrassing thing to give to someone. What it's in box, 3 miniature chocolates Milka, a small bag 3oz of chips and another small 3oz bag of something Asian. Same things came in the two following delivery. In total the sum of the items would not add up more than 2/3$ since it looks more like a store samples. Very upsetting as well as a waste of money.
My second Yummy Bazaar purchase. Again, buying Kuhne Salata German Vinegar. First order was perfect! Could not believe how well it was packaged. Price and shipping is VERY reasonable! Thank you and looking forward to my new supply of German vinegar!

This order was for mothers day and deliverable across the water from New Jersey to Staten island NY. Ordered on the 6th however It was mailed out on the 11th and to prove my point received by my Mom on the 12th only a day later. I am Not happy, you guys were better in the past.

So happy to have found a place to buy items from other countries! I was able to take a trip to France and Germany recently and after having tried a few new foods and drinks while there, I found several things I really loved. Of course, I only shop on YummyBazaar and every item is so beautiful and incredible to receive! Not to mention every item is individually packaged so it is not to be damaged in shipping.

Great products, but this order arrived with the box open with one side not taped closed at all and the contents open to the world. Box appears to have not been properly taped and sealed at its origin. Second order in a row with shipping issues. Hmmm.
Last order contacted about damaged product (Spanish tortas that were smashed). Requested photos. I didn't want replacements, just to register a complaint about packing techniques and it wasn't worth it to me to go through the hassle of taking and sending photos. Did not contact anyone regarding current untaped box. All products ordered were present. What's the point?

The last two times I placed orders, items arrived smashed because they were poorly packed. This time everything arrived in good condition. Much better this time!
I was searching for some snacks that I had this past summer 2022 in France. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to find these. So many more things from other countries that I might get. I like the fact that these are from the countries where they are produced and not from some place else.

Shipment arrived earlier than scheduled, and was well-packed with no damaged items. Quality of products generally high and items are authentic. Wish there weren't so many out of stock items, but this is not the fault of the company!
