I have worked with Mr. Kush Kochar Sir and I must say he is a great personality. I'm lucky to have worked with a boss who's not only interested in company's bottom line, but also in his employees' personal growth. He always try to bring the best in you by making you understand all the business obstacles in simplest yet a unique way. I've learned alot as fresher, I could never in my life if I was working with someone else.
I purchased a $30 product that took nearly 3 months to receive and did not work. It came in a tiny white box & non-descriptive bag through USPS with NO instructions of how to use. Once I researched and realized it didn't work I contacted them. Their line was I had 10 days from delivery to contact for return. They do not do replacement or refunds and haven't answered any further emails.
This place, its work environment, the kind of knowledge & guidance and assistance you receive here is far beyond description. I extended my stride to this company as a novice. I mean as someone who was completely unaware of the way a B2B company functions. Alongside, I had one more internship to be taken care of, not to forget, my college classes were a thing too. I in fact had my college studies as my priority and I was never asked by Kush Sir to compromise with any of my prior commitments. Neither was I ever asked to shift my area of focus. This internship being a full time job starting from 10 am to 7 pm, I did get deterred for a moment but to my utmost surprise and gratitude, I was allowed to work as per my convenience. I loved working here because I received a sense of belonging here and trust me, you need nothing more than that feeling of belonging, to work happily and effectively. Talking about how much this organisation educated me, I would just say that no words can do justice to the amount of experience and knowledge I received here and I am forever going to cherish my journey with Yunic HR Solutions.

He gave me an adequate amount of time for my training and always guides me to correct my mistakes and encourages me to perform well. I always know what is expected of me when it comes to my day-to-day work to long-term goals. I am appropriately appreciated when I do well at my regular duties. I get adequate opportunities to enhance my skills. And the amount of work I am expected to complete each day is reasonable. Also, my day-to-day task are always clearly explained to me.
