I paid almost 200.00 for hair that was stolen. Y Hair uses DHL as their carrier and this company really dropped the ball on my delivery. The instructions were for them to deliver my package to my door. Instead, because the delivery person didn't want to climb stairs, he left my package in an insecured mail room where a person was caught on camera stealing my package. No one wants to take the blame so I'm out of 200.00 with no hair to show for it.
