Placed three separate orders and each of the orders was canceled within a few hours. They don't know what they have on hand, and don't have real time inventory analytics. They do not have a customer services number that you can call, and they do not respond to emails with an actual response- just an automated we got your letter. Do not waste your time with Zadig&V online ever. I was lucky they canceled- I was able to order from my local store and got my order less than 24hrs later. Also, Bloomingdales has a ZV in their store so you know what you are actually getting. The key word being getting what you order.
