Placed three separate orders and each of the orders was canceled within a few hours. They don't know what they have on hand, and don't have real time inventory analytics. They do not have a customer services number that you can call, and they do not respond to emails with an actual response- just an automated we got your letter. Do not waste your time with Zadig&V online ever. I was lucky they canceled- I was able to order from my local store and got my order less than 24hrs later. Also, Bloomingdales has a ZV in their store so you know what you are actually getting. The key word being getting what you order. Stay away from the online store- which has negative reviews on the BBB site.
Tip for consumers:
They don’t have a phone for you to call, they dont answer their email, and they are not the same as the brick and mortar stores. The store can not help with online orders, they are separate entities.
