Received a previously opened package with a missing part. I returned the product outside the return window, bc it was a Christmas gift. I returned it right and got a full refund. They earned my trust.
If it can't be done on the website, don't call. The wait times are long and the reps are rude. I have had a problem every time I've ordered a replacement with out-of-stock issues. Also, the shipping dates are never accurate. I paid extra for a 2-3 business day shipment that on the 5th day had not yet arrived. The rep told me I missed the fine print on the checkout page, not the shipping page, that said it was from the time they shipped. It took them four days to ship. The rep truly didn't care that I relied on that and with not time left to go shopping, had to head out to a remote location with a shattered screen. No refund, sorry chump. Read the fine print. Terrible company culture.
Bought 2 face screens from best buy on June 25,2022. Just 2 months ago, Best Buy Decided not to order anymore so now I have to order directly from you and paid $9 per each one to ship to my house. If the product was in the store it would be a easy swap. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and my teens daughters. If this was the case that Best Buy didn't want to buy it I would never bought the product.
I recently purchased a Zagg IPAD keyboard case on Amazon. I was shocked at the low price and was satisfied with the product. Unfortunately it began to malfunction making it unusable. I contacted the company for a warranty replacement. I replaced the product at no charge and received the replacement within a few days. However, I had made a mistake in specifying the replacement and the new one was incompatible with my IPAD. I contacted Zagg again and they replaced that unit with the correct one at no cost and gave me a credit for the postage I had paid. The customer service representative I worked with was fantastic. Helpful and proactive. I will definitely purchase more products from Zagg.
Had a Zagg on a phone, registered it and managed to break it after some time. Tried to get a replacement but was told I had nothing registered. Didn't pursue it, due to other life and death family issues going on. Couple of years later, got a new phone and tried a new Zagg (thought the last was a fluke), broke 6 months later. Tried to request replacement. Nope, never heard of me, no products register. I saved the email and the product registration number. No place to simply enter this number.
So many hurdles and roadblocks AND! You get charged an additional $10 if you can manage a replacement. I effing HATE Zagg. I will tell everyone I can.

Do not buy one of these, i purchased one from verizon for $59 because i thought it would be a better quality, it broke within 2 weeks, i went to the local retailer for replacement, they charge $10 weather they put it on or you just take one with you, my second one broke after 3 days.

I have been trying to get a replacement since the beginning of Dec. Zagg sent it to the wrong address twice, even after address was updated on their website. I emailed a total of 4 times and now they have just stopped responding to me. I won't purchase again. Luckily I'm only out the price of shipping.

I ordered a replacement Screen Protector on warranty and they charged me $10.79. For shipping and handling. I paid $45 for the screen protector and warranty about 6 months ago. The Site is up and it will charge your card and say it is shipped. The order was placed on 7/25/2023 2 days later on the website, the order status was set to shipped. It is now 9/16/2023. No one at ZAGG,com answers the phone or responds to customer requests on their web site. I have made requests 7-10 times and no response at all. All of the staff at ZAGG.com has either abandoned it or they are totally incompetent. There is certainly no one there who wants to be bothered by a customer.

I've had three of their so-called "rugged" book keyboards for iPad, and all of them have just died after a few months of light work in the home. Tried sending to a local repair shop, but they are, quote, "un-repairable" garbage in heavy rubber casing. Each replacement cost 10euro for "shipping" and now the warranty has run out I'm not entitled to another replacement. Ignorant, robotic customer services rep was more concerned about making me understand Zagg's pathetic warranty policy than in actually solving the problem of their defective product. Something has happened to Zagg. You cannot request a screen replacement on their site, so it took 45 minutes for CS to answer on 7/18 & it is 8/3, still no screen & the order says awaiting fulfillment! My phone now may have damage due to them not replacing the damaged protector. They said they have a new computer system, ok, so why did the older history transfer over & not the recent history. They maybe have to buy me a new phone now. They use to be wonderful, not anymore!

I purchased a charging cable at the Apple Store and it randomly stopped working 4 months later. It looks brand new and wasn't used often as it was a spare for my car. I contacted Zagg to submit a replacement through my "warranty" and they wanted me to pay $8 "shipping and handling cost" to send me another cable. Cable shipping costs are $2 at best, and for $8 I can order a 5-pack of cables on Amazon. So essentially they want me to pay more money for another cable, which may again break within a month or two. I do not have faith in the product and now the company and their scammy warranty policies.

This company does not provide good service, poor customer service, the owner does not contact you when there is problem with your phone, I will not recommend this place to anyone, this place is operated by a bunch of crooks, I went there to fix two phones screens there at the location in Smith Haven Mall, they fix the screens and messed up a few other things in my phones, the phone camera doesn't work, the flash light doesn't work any more, the volume is not working, please people if you want to fix your phone go else where. They are liars.
They want me to pay 50% of the price of the screen shield, to send me new one, when I got this from a store and the store applied it, so I have no fault in what is happening. Don't go for this company is not worth, just get a screen shield for $5 and go with it.

I should have checked the reviews first, because had bad experiences with Verizon. If it weren't for their coverage, I'd go elsewhere. I never should have trusted their strong recommendation for the ZAGG shield. I need a replacement and it's not in stock. The guy said they'd custom make one, military grade, and I'd get it in 3-4 weeks. It's ridiculous! The customer service person was very pleasant, but I'm very skeptical now.

Protect all of your electronic gadgets like the iphone or PSP - These guys are probably the best out there at making protective surfaces for all types of electronic gadgets. Don't bother going to the store to buy cases for your mp3 player, cell phone or even laptop, just go to this site they have protective covers for almost everything.
They sent me a faulty product. I returned it. It took them a month to register that it was returned (after the tracking number indicated they had received it) but they still never refunded my money, nor replaced the item.

Zagg's screen protector warranty is no extra charge only if the screen that needs replacing is still in stock locally. Otherwise, there is a $10 shipping charge. As a result of this overpriced shipping charge, it is pointless to pay the $30 fee for "free" replacement protectors.
Zagg also refuses to combine legitimate warranty claims into one shipping package.

Bought their iPad pencil for a pretty good price, it worked perfect, almost the same as the original Apple Pencil. After three weeks of using it, it broke when I tried to charge it. I know three other people that bought it around the same time as I did and the same happened to them.
Crap Product and worse Customer service. Got a new screen protector from them in January of 2023 and when my phone fell from my lap to the ground while sitting in a chair it broke through the screen protector and shattered my screen. I also had a phone case on too. Customer service was rude, petty and disrespectful. Offered me a replacement protector if I could provide a receipt... because everyone keeps receipts for 6 months.
