Received a previously opened package with a missing part. I returned the product outside the return window, bc it was a Christmas gift. I returned it right and got a full refund. They earned my trust.
If it can't be done on the website, don't call. The wait times are long and the reps are rude. I have had a problem every time I've ordered a replacement with out-of-stock issues. Also, the shipping dates are never accurate. I paid extra for a 2-3 business day shipment that on the 5th day had not yet arrived. The rep told me I missed the fine print on the checkout page, not the shipping page, that said it was from the time they shipped. It took them four days to ship. The rep truly didn't care that I relied on that and with not time left to go shopping, had to head out to a remote location with a shattered screen. No refund, sorry chump. Read the fine print. Terrible company culture.
Purchased this Junk and 3 weeks into it ripped putting it in my empty pocket. I went back to at&t thats where I bought they told me I had to go online and make a claim to get a replacement. At&t never told me that when I purchased all they said was a lifetime warranty. I went online to file the claim and had to jump all their hoops they said i would have to pay 10 dollars shipping which i did. I waited 3 weeks for a new one made an appointment for screen protector install then drove back to AT&T. The salesman opened the box and attempted to install and there was no screen protector in the box! Drove home to sit on the phone for an hour- had to email 3 different shots and needed all the paperwork basically a TOTAL HASSEL! They are going to send another one- BUT NOT GOODS SERVICE FROM EITHER AT&T OR ZAGG! Save yourself go another way!
Tip for consumers:
that the warranty is such a hassle and the product is junk no support from At&t!

I bought a Mophie travel charger from Zagg for my iPhone 12, iWatch and Airpods. Apparently, Zagg makes this device.
The charger stopped charging in the middle of the night and leave the iPhone at less than 1/2 charged. I returned the charger and Zagg replaced it, charging me $9.99 for shipping. Zagg sent a refurbished unit as a replacement. This replacement also failed to complete a charge. Zagg sent a second refurbished replacement and this one, too, failed to complete a charge.
Clearly, the Mophie is not going to work and I asked for a refund. Zagg refuses on the grounds that they only give refunds during the first 30 days after purchase. My purchase was more than 30 days ago. Zagg also refuses - now get this - because they say the Mophie was not designed to work with the iPhone 12, yet their own web site says that it does, as does my nearby Apple Store and a myriad of Google searches.
I asked Zagg to replace the charger with one they claim will work with an iPhone 12. They refused.
In reading other reviews of Zagg on this site, I realize I should have checked them out before buying. I do not recommend doing any sort of business with Zagg!
Tip for consumers:
Zagg is looking for an excuse not to give refund.

This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Buy a different brand! One that stands behind its products and cares about their customers!
Went to use my lifetime warranty today and:
1. Zagg site didn't recognize that I had ever made any purchases, it wouldn't recognize my password and wouldn't allow me to reset password for that email account that I've had forever, (a hotmail account)
2. I found a series of emails fr Zagg Customer Service fr around 4 years ago, i.e., that was the last time I used the lifetime warranty, IN THOSE emails Zagg confirms I registered the products, that I had lifetime warranty on them, etc.
3. when I emailed zagg back over last few days (4x over last 4 days, and 1 phone call to their customer service, after 20 min on hold and no person coming to phone I hung up) incl those emails from them 4 years ago that confirmed (then enthusiastically) that I had lifetime warranty and had registered the products - iPhone case and screen protector - and since I have done that Zagg has still not gotten back to me.
4. In my last 2 emails to Zagg over the last 2 days I asked Zagg if their company was still under same management and same owners because this isn't Zagg's usual customer service quality... then a friend told me Zagg had indeed been sold, and basically the new management and owners are not living up to the quality of the former owners and management but intentionally using/relying on the reputation of the former owners to compensate for their not now providing quality customer service. Really, really cheap.
The former Zagg owners who did so well by their customers should have required new owners make it very clear there are new owners new management.

I purchased a air of Airfrogz 2 earbuds back in November, 2021. They were faulty almost immediately. When I tried to return them to the Verizon store where I bought them, they said I would have to go through Zagg for a replacement pair. The nightmare now begins! Try calling the Zagg 800 number. Nobody EVER answers! I have been on hold for over an hour on 3 different occasions. I have been on hold for approximately 30 minutes on about 5 different occasions. I tried a different Zagg customer service number several more times, same results. Nobody answers. I have tried emailing them, with no results. Four months later, and I still can't get my earbuds refunded. I don't want another pair, because even during the few days that they operated properly, they sounded terrible. Tinny, low volume. The Verizon store says they can't help me, because "they have been in my ears." Where else would they be?! Zagg, in my email exchange, says that they can't do a refund, only a replacement, but they are vague about how to actually make this transaction, and I do not want another pair of their earbuds anyway! So, do yourself a favor, don't go through the hell I've been through, and STAY AWAY FROM ZAGG PRODUCTS! If I could give this company a ZERO RATING, I would!

Their products are subpar.
They say that their products are covered by a life time warranty.
This is a scam!
They will overcharge you for shipping of the replacement product to the point they are making more profit from defective subpar productd they sell.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE!
Tip for consumers:
Stay away from this company and their total crap product.

I have called customer service and have waited on hold for 1hr, 2hrs and left the phone going and clocked in at 6hrs still no answer. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I tried to replace it on line, but they said not available, call customer care. I bought this screen from Best Buy and they say they have no stock either to call Zagg. RIDICULOUS.
Terrible customer service as well product. Case broke in 1 week. Replacement has been in support for over a month. Ridiculous...

I tried to get a replacement for a cracked screen protector but Zagg's website is completely unusable. Do not buy.
They either don't have what you want or shipping takes more than 17 days. What good is a warranty if it can be backed up by their product?

Go somewhere else.

I have always some troubles with my unlucky mood with screen, they helped me twice. So mainly can recommend to others
Replacement warranty. The answer you get: out of stock
When you ask zagg to replace a basic screen protector. Never again
The free replacement warranty is not truly fee. They charge high prices for shipping and handling. Not a good company.

Hello, I would like to thank you for your service. The screen protector I bought for my old phone is great. It fits greatly.
UPDATE 6/14/2023:
After posting negative reviews and sending copies to ZAGG, I quickly received my replacement. It should not have to take this extreme action with any company, but they did resolve the complaint.
I have purchased Zagg screen protectors over the years. They do crack and break and instead of going through the process of replacement, I just bought another one for whatever device. They all crack, and I really take care of my possessions. I purchased a Zagg Active Stylus at a small shop at JFK airport, before boarding an international flight in Februrary 2023. The stylus worked as expected and I have been using it. I recently placed in a backpack with overnight stuff, nothing heavy, and the top of the stylus snapped. I decided to try the warranty. I registered the product and requested the replacement. I paid the postage and thought all was okay. I then saw my bank statement that they refunded my postage. I logged on to the website and they cancelled the return. I then went through the exercise of playing phone maze and was helped by a rep who said they needed the original receipt. I explained that I had purchased it at a small shop in JFK airport on my way out of the country and it was such a small receipt that it would be impossible to find, however, I did have the purchase on my bank statement, which showed the purchase price and what shop, but not the item, as it was my bank statement. She said that she would contact her manager to see what could be done. She returned and stated that I could send her a picture of the broken item. I did, with the original box and price tag. She said she could not 100% guarantee that would be enough, but would try. I again gave my credit card for processing. She advised me to see if I could locate the original receipt just in case. I received notice that the return was in process. Then a week later, it was cancelled. This is the last Zagg product I will purchase and I will advise others not to purchase due to inferior quality and hoops one has to jump to even attempt a warranty replacement.

They ask me to pay 8.00£ for "free" screen replacement postage. No way! Prefer 4-6£For brand new better quality from ebay.
Like others, the Zagg iphone 14 Pro Max screen protector that I bought for $60 broke in 15 days. It was a day past the refund period of my retailer so I had to use Zagg's warranty. It proudly boasts a NO QUESTIONS ASKED and FREE lifetime replacement.
Well, they sure asked a lot of questions, the replacement was not free, and they held onto it for almost a week while demanding information not required on their return webform.
Aside from charging $10 shipping and sending the package by the absolute slowest shipping method they could find (a week to get to Los Angeles?), Here are some of the questions they asked before honoring their no questions asked warranty: credit card number, reason for return, agreement to send back the old protector, proof of purchase, and of course, an address because they wouldn't let a retailer exchange it.
Ridiculously, they held my shipment without telling me because they were waiting for me to send them proof of purchase, which is not requested in their online return process. Why do they need proof of purchase if it is a lifetime warranty and you have to send the old one back or they charge you full retail for the replacement? And if they do, why don't they tell you up front?
Since the product is so expensive and the experience was so bad, I looked up the name of one of Zagg's execs and sent him a LinkedIn request to chat about customer experience "if he is interested in feedback from real customers." I am sure you already know how that has turned out so far...no response.
Do yourself a favor, you can get 4 screen protectors for what Zagg charges. Do it and just toss them if they fail. The Zagg no questions asked lifetime warranty is a bad joke.
