Received a previously opened package with a missing part. I returned the product outside the return window, bc it was a Christmas gift. I returned it right and got a full refund. They earned my trust.
If it can't be done on the website, don't call. The wait times are long and the reps are rude. I have had a problem every time I've ordered a replacement with out-of-stock issues. Also, the shipping dates are never accurate. I paid extra for a 2-3 business day shipment that on the 5th day had not yet arrived. The rep told me I missed the fine print on the checkout page, not the shipping page, that said it was from the time they shipped. It took them four days to ship. The rep truly didn't care that I relied on that and with not time left to go shopping, had to head out to a remote location with a shattered screen. No refund, sorry chump. Read the fine print. Terrible company culture.
I ordered the wrong product online. It has not been shipped. There is no way to cancel the order online. I tyried calling the sompany and after 30 minute wait someone picked me up and then hung up on me. Calling them a 2nd time and still on hold. I will send back and tell american express not to pay them. They are really the worst.
I bought one of this companies expensive screen protectors thinking it would be of good quality with the price and lifetime warranty. The damn thing cracked while in my pocket and I got a nice shard of glass in my thumb. Also the lifetime warranty is basically a scam because you have to pay $7.99 for shipping and then the thing takes 3 weeks to even arrive. When it said it came with the warranty I thought it would be free. Better off just getting a Onn $4.99 screen protector from Walmart works just as good or better and isn't a waste of time and money like this company.
I bought a screen protector from Zagg in May, 2022. The screen cracked each time it fell out of my hand. It fell lest the 3 feet and cracked. I had to pay $10 each of the three times this happened before the end of the year. I contacted their customer service and had to wait more than 30 minutes to speak to an agent. The agent blamed the cracked protectors on my iPhone. I had to make multiple calls, waiting 30 minutes each time. The agent blamed my iPhone for the crack in the screen saver. I had to submit copies of my receipt several times. Eventually, the supervisor agreed to waive the shipping fee but after more than a week, I have no evidence that a replacement has or will ever be shipped. I had greater success with $10 screen protectors that I bought at T J MAXX. I'm waiting for customer service now. Maybe, in another 10 or 15 minutes, someone will take my call so that I can experience their "world class warranty service".

I have purchased iPhone 14 pro max Gear 4 case. Its broken into two while taking off my phone. I want to order a replacement but ZAGG charges £11.99 for the delivery each time you order for a replacement.
I spoke with customer services via email - Nicolas from their team refused to give me a discounted delivery code so that i can save some money. Nicolas referred me to the terms and conditions while in past I was provided discounted code for the delivery of replacement product.
Nicolas is saying as they have provided me code twice in past like 2 years ago, ZAGG will not give further discount code for reduced delivery. I explained him this was a new product
It is ridiculous to pay £11.99 each time for replacement. Companies like MOUS don't charge you anything.
AVOID and Stay away from ZAGG. Pay £10 extra and buy MOUS cases or any other case with limited warranty so that you can get a free replacement in case of any accident to your case or etc.

My product arrived in the mail shattered. I tried to contact Zagg customer service twice and was on hold forever both times and then hung up on. Eventually, I just did what the instructions said and mailed it back and I ended up having to pay FOURTEEN DOLLARS to ship back this product. Total pain in the rear and will never buy from Zagg website again. I shouldn't have to pay to ship back my item that arrived shattered. Also the phones should be answered. Do better.

I have had this screen cover for 3 months and now need another replacement and find out there is expensive shipping fees. Wish I would have ordered a cheaper priced amazon replacement which is just as good. 3 covers for the price of shipping 1 replacement.

I paid $69 for a product that had bubbles and was coming off (applied at verizon store).
It started coming off so had to pay $14.99 for a replacement protector. I spent the $69 because i was told the screen was protected with a replacement screen up to $500 once a year.
1 week into the replacement cover, the screen broke. Zagg says no protection from breakage...so no reason to buy it go to walmart and get one that is protective glass for $13 and save you some money.
I had to pay $334 for a replaced screen and not such much as a sorry from zagg!

I filed a claim with Zagg on Jan 10th and was notified on 1-13-22 that is was shipped. Still nothing. Are they delivering it by mule? Seven weeks is a bit extreme and every time I track the shipment, it gets bounced back a week. I will never purchase another product from Zagg
If you like to be aggravated with a Bluetooth product that ceases to work after 4 weeks -then the IFrogz Flex Force is for you! After 3 replacements (all with the same problem of the headset not taking a charge and all becoming inoperable within a month), I'm throwing in the towel! This is an inferior, unreliable product.
Brought in a phone for a screen repair. After realizing that face recognition and other features were not working I went right back a day later. I was then told that the phone was water damaged after they realized they broke it. The phone was perfect the day before except for a cracked screen. Total BS and not a professional company.

I've used zagg's invisibility screen protectors for years now and I wouldn't switch to any other! One thing that keeps me from changing is the warranty they offer. I've broken my screen protector so many times that this warranty is such a nice bonus.
The website is easy to use and you can get a new screen protector with a few clicks on their website. They also used to require you to send in your screen protector when you get a new one but they stopped doing that this past year I believe due to covid or just trying to cut down shipping extra stuff.
As you can see in the photos, their warranty replacement packages are so nice too! It makes it super easy to replace. They used to have this other guide to place on your phone when adding a new screen protector, but they stopped including it which is fine because that's an extra piece of plastic that'll go into landfill. # environmentalism
Anyway, currently using their InvisibleShield Glass+ Privacy (black screen) and it's quite nice!

I purchased the clear case for my i phone promax 13 and after two months it looks like dirty, or a case found on the trash. When I tried to exchange according to warranty, I need to pay minimum 10 dollar for shipping. I will never buy this unless i want to cry for the rest of my life. Total rip off.

When i got my phone i registered it on the web site. 3 months later i was going to order a screen protector replacement. First they said it wasn't registered, so i did it again. Put in my order for a replacement and it's 9.98 for shipping plus a 5$ upgrade that you have no choice to decline. Wish i could get a refund. But it is what it is.
Mine cracked within 30 days but I dealt with it until it got so bad I couldn't stand it. What they don't tell you with there lifetime warranty is even though you show proof of purchase when you register it they want it again and expect you to pay shipping to get a replacement plus pay to send it back. Don't waste your money!
Zagg is I think a terrible company I paid $60 for a screen protector w a warranty if it cracks, why is it taking a month for me to get my product? I don't understand why I even had to pay shipping after paying $60! For a $5 screen protector. Zagg sucks.

We all know the iPhone battery is the worst part of the phone. We all know the battery dies halfway through the day if you use it at all. Mophie has this case with a built in lithium battery that is lightweight. Buy this and stop telling people your iPhone is about to die.

You have to watch the video. The cleaning instructions are very important. I would test fit the protector over the applicator before you put the phone in. If you have to force it on to the pegs in any way it will droop and it will hit the screen. Mine did not just drop on to the pins like the video shows. The one thing they leave out in the video is the bubbles will clear up you must make sure that the screen is absolutely lint free. But after 1 or 2 days all the bubbles will be gone
This company tried to charge me for shipping twice for warrantee replacement and then told me that they mailed me my product but they sent it to the wrong address and they sent it to the wrong address because it was my fault. Even though, they had me select my billing and shipping address as the same and they were able to charge my credit card. This place is a scam

I have Recently bought a iPad and needed a screen protector. Well, I stumbled upon zagg's website, and they had one for 20 bucks. LITERALLY ONLY 20 for their highest of the line protector series. Soooo, pretty cheap. After I was done ordering, I decided to inquire about my iPhones nasty screen protector. The screen protector for my iPhone had a bubble on the side. So upon registering my warranty, I contact customer service and asked them if anything can be done about the bubble on my iPhones screen. Quickly, without any hesitation they offered me a reduced fee for warranty replacement shipping, and a 50% off discount for being a new customer. Overall experience is a 10 out of 10

I have been a longtime customer of ZAGG (more than 10 years and 7 phones covered over my entire family all at one time). ZAGG screen protectors are good but when you crack them and try to get a warranty replacement you have a 50/50 chance of actually getting it without waiting 1-2 months and having to contact them multiple times. It is not good business practice to handle customers this way. "Lost" is the owrd they use when you call then to ask what is taking so long but I have had this happen to me more than 8 times and it is always the same response. BUYER BEWARE!

They will give you a hassle when trying to use the "free" replacement warranty. NOT worth the hassle as other companies offer same warranty and get you the replacement within a week.

Really its good service network, i wad submitted request and i got the product within 4 to 5 days from raised the request, i thanks to all the staff of Maxbhi technical and non technical staff all service delivery department for their service. And i wish to all staff for his good future.
I purchased one of the Zagg InvisibleShields at a mall kiosk. Less than a year later it had entirely peeled off. So I went back for a replacement, since it had a "lifetime warranty". They charged me to replace it. It didn't take more than a few months for the cover to start peeling off again. Back I went. Apparently, a "lifetime warranty" means they get a steady stream of income from people trying to keep their screens protected. They told me I needed the "deluxe" model, and charged me for the upgrade, as well as the replacement fee. This time, I hadn't even gotten the phone back home before the edges started flapping and peeling. I'm done paying them money, will wait til it falls off and buy a rigid cover from somewhere else.
I am a very positive person and you never see me writing negative reviews but they are scamming people at Freehold raceway mall. Apply some logic before going there (I did not), If their work is true and genuine, they will never rely on statement saying "Repairs, parts and work is non refundable". It is written full bold nicely colored. That should say something about these people. I got scammed today and obviously I have ways to get my money back but for all the customers out there, watch out this kiosk at freehold raceway mall. These guys should be shutdown and does not deserve to do any business which is where I am seeking legal help. When asked for customer service number, *******@freeholdracewaymall gave me his number (Funniest thing I experience in all the serious situation)
