If it can't be done on the website, don't call. The wait times are long and the reps are rude. I have had a problem every time I've ordered a replacement with out-of-stock issues. Also, the shipping dates are never accurate. I paid extra for a 2-3 business day shipment that on the 5th day had not yet arrived. The rep told me I missed the fine print on the checkout page, not the shipping page, that said it was from the time they shipped. It took them four days to ship. The rep truly didn't care that I relied on that and with not time left to go shopping, had to head out to a remote location with a shattered screen. No refund, sorry chump. Read the fine print. Terrible company culture.

I shattered the back glass on my 14 Pro Max. The repair shop recommended a Zagg Santa Cruz snap because it is advertised to protect my phone from a 13ft drop. Well I bought it, had the repairman put it on. The next day i had the phone on the bathroom counter 36" and knocked it off with my elbow. The zagg case cracked the glass AGAIN. You can see the impact cracks originate from the camera lens surround. Yeah, that back glass inside the case was cracked faster than a CSI episode. The warranty is only for the case, not the damages caused By THE CASE! So in conclusion DON'T buy the case!

Missing alignment tab which made proper installation impossible. "World class Website" which I heard about dozens of times (while on hold for nearly AN HOUR) was broken, not allowing a replacement order. Item purchased thru Verizon, ZAGG is requiring a receipt which I now need to contact Verizon to get.
Spending hours to get a $25 replacement for their screwup is ridiculous, will never buy their products again

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you get a receipt and save it! My box was missing parts but did not realize until opened after Christmas Foolishly assumed that the box contained the proper items.

Whatever you do steer clear of Zagg at all Cost they got me for over $200 after being a loyal customer for 7 years on top of that they lied and said they did not receive my original Morphy juice pack it was damage mind you so I had to have a replacement they then charge me an extra $106 I had to send the replacement back to them. So I'm out my original item, I'm out the replace my item I purchased, and Over 200 dollars just so they would stop charging my my card... They are the worst customer service and supervisors that I've ever dealt with in my entire 33 years of life it's a big money scheme and they will get you I promise

When I bought this very expensive cover and glass they told me I could replace them any time no questions asked. I went to the booth were I got them and they don't have anything for Iphone 8 anymore. I had to call and order. The cover and the glass. They charge for shipping 7.99 each and they don't have anything. They sent two glass orders and wasn't even the rose gold glass I had originally ordered and they didn't send the cover it was their mistake but they told me my mistake or theirs I have to pay shipping! I fought and they ended up not charging it but you have to send the old cover back to them or they will charge full price dor the cover they are sending. I wasn't told that when I bought it the first time. Don't buy this.! I don't think its worth the price and the hussle.

Tip for consumers:
If you think you can really change your cover and glass anytime you'd like you are wrong! a lot of hustle and a lot of questions asked and you have to send old cover to them

Calling this customer service is ridiculous - that term is completely wrong and missing from the awful after the sale complete lack of support. You want to actually speak with someone because the zagg web site is crap and you can't accomplish what you need. Be prepared to waste a ridiculous amount of time. Received a broken warranty replacement, wow just try to get them to even talk with you a out it. AWFUL, AWFUL NONEXISTENT service.

Pic shows broken screen protector on left and broken warranty replacement received on right. It should be easy to get this addressed, right? WRONG not with zagg! Completely and abisimally WRONG!

Tip for consumers:
Would like to use some choice words to describe how much I despise this company and awful service. Unbelievably awful...

I have been loyal customers to them for a long time but when this year they sent a bad cut iPhone 14 Pro protector and bad quality iPhone 14 Pro Max that was cracked the next day from a regular normal use and when I asked for a refund they said I have to return it and also pay for shipping, this how they lost me and filed a claim against with my credit card. Guys just don't buy their products and support their scam business.

I like the very well designed website of the store because it makes using it veyr easy and reliable. No one will find it hard ot buy anything from this store because it is straight forward. It also has a wide variety of batteries to chooose from. This shows just how serious they are with their services. I definetly recommend it.

Installation is a nightmare. This is a total piece of plastic film garbage. Don't waste you time with it. Installation is a nightmare and proper installation satisfactorily likely an impossibility.

Tip for consumers:
They make returns and warranty impossible to do. Also they don't answer the phone. Listened to recorded music for 2 hours with no answer. Gave up.

I ordered screen protectors and cases over two weeks ago but never received them. I called Zagg three times asking them to trace the mailing on the package but they refused to trace or mail replacements. When I told them that I don't believe that I should have to pay for items that I never received, they threatened me saying that "they take payment charge backs very seriously and contesting the credit card payment isn't allowed!" Apparently, sales revenue is Zagg's top priority while delivering product and customer service isn't even on their radar. I will be contacting the credit card company to contest this charge. Next time I will just order through Amazon Prime and get the items in a day or two or I could also go to one of the several local Zagg stores in my area. As I reflect on the headache of dealing with Zagg.com, I have to admit that Zagg products are way overpriced and the warranty process is poorly supported and also not really a warranty since they charge you again even under warranty and also charge way too much for postage on an item that weighs less than an ounce. I would rate Zagg zero stars if I could.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t order from Zagg.com unless you like big headaches, disastrous customer service, never receiving the products but still paying for them! I strongly suggest ordering from Amazon Prime which does deliver the products and has excellent customer service.

I like this store because it is honest with its customers. I had some issues with the detalils of one of the batteris that was in the store and so I called them and asked them to clarify of which they did and infact even gave me more information than I had though. To me that was a good sign and I know that I can rely on them to get me exactly what I want.

I loved my mophie until the day it died and shorted out. I had it for about a year and it was such a convinient battery pack and protection case. The extra weight was hardly noticable. I am writing this review to warn you that the day your mophie dies, it will short out your iphone such that your phone won't work. You may not know why it keeps crashing and dying but it could be your mophie.

I'm on my 5th mophie product. Hoping that one will work past a week. Seriously, a horrible line of products. They have all quit charging randomly. I don't like myself for being fooled again.

My brother got ladybug earrings and a tiger miraculous and on the first day the metal on the earring bent and the tiger miraculous broke into peices. They are very rude about it and refuse to refund. Never ever shopping here again and I wouldn't EVER ship here if I were you

I needed a battery for my car and I managed to get oe from thsi store at a very affordable price. It as delivered on time and I like it bvery much. What the store could improve on is th eresponse time bcause it was kind of slow and I did not like that.

My wife and I got screen protectors for our new iPhones from them. We were in the mall with the new phones and said why not. NEVER AGAIN WILL THE GET MY BUSINESS. Use BodyGuardz for your phone equipment. We should have never tried Zagg. Not even a week into having the screen protectors they started to bubble and come off or our phones. Horrible! We went back into the store to get them replaced and they were going to try and charge us to replace them. Stupid. Never use Zagg. Take your business to BodyGuardz

Done waste your money on over priced products that don't last. Their warranty is a a ripoff. You can get a better product for around $5.00 at other stores.

Although there is a warranty and it has been honored, I am on my 3rd Zagg glass screen protector for an iPhone 14 Pro that I just purchased a few weeks ago. The cost of the protector was $59.99. The 1st screen protector was good but only lasted for about two weeks when a bubble in the top right hand corner appeared and could not be corrected. I registered the screen protector on the Zagg website and used the warranty and got a new screen protector (paid $9.99 for shipping) which turned out even worse with air bubbles all over the screen that would not go away. I then ordered a 3rd screen protector (paid $9.99 for shipping again) and went to my cellular provider's store and paid $35 to have it installed and was told that they would not be responsible if it had any defects. Well, there is a large bubble on the top right hand corner. So needless to say, this is a disappointing screen protector and after spending $114.97 I have to warn everyone out there to stay away from this product. It's not worth your time or the results.

Tip for consumers:
If you have another choice for a screen protector, use it.

Not only does it cost $50 for a piece of glass but when it fails you're required to pay a minimum of $10 to have it shipped. Great scam with the company not taking responsibility for anything.
