ZAPPOS TAKES THE SHOES OUT OF THE MANUFACTURERS BOX AND SHIPS THE SHOES IN THEIR OWN BOX SO YOU HAVE NO IDEA IF THE SHOES ARE NEW AND NEVER SHIPPED OR IF THEY HAVE BEEN RETURNED AND NOW BACK OUT IN A GENERIC ZAPPOS BOX.
Excellent services provided by Zappos. I had two items I was returning together and for whatever reason only one was processed. I used the live chat feature to chat with Ariel and she was so nice and helpful, and helped me get the issue resolved quickly and easily! Give that girl a raise!
Zappos has agents who speak to you on the phone, which is hard to find these days. They have a good variety of shoes, and sometimes at a discount. They have a good return policy, which I know first-hand. I feel very confident in ordering from them, and I highly recommend this company.
Orderd shoes for my granddaughter; didn't fit, called them and they asked what size, sent out the new ones and trusted me to return the others -- who does that?! A great customer-oriented company, that's who!
I've been using zappos for years and I usually have 5-6 different pairs of shoes that I reorder as they wear out over time. I rarely find cheaper prices for my shoes anywhere else, including brick and mortar stores like Macys (Even during their sales).
My mother in law bought me gift card. I used it for several items. Returned an item. But instead of crediting me back with store credit, they return it to the CC of my mother in law. So I lost part of my gift, and zappos loses sell. That is seriously basic retail knowledge that they just screwed up. I am not going to my mother in law and asking for my gift back from her. So now I will consider how often I shop here because I cant trust their system. And I buy all my shoes here and some clothes as well
Amazing shopping experience and customer service. I recently ordered some new balance running shoes from Zappos. The pricing was great and since I am a VIP member I received my shoes the next business day. I also love their 365 day return policy. I wish more websites were like Zappos.
They're customer service is out of this world, I remember my first order like it was yesterday, very nice! And I love the fact that you can always make returns. I just sometimes wish their prices were more competitive. As of late I haven't bought anything there because I can usually find it cheaper elsewhere :( Awesome website though, I sometimes just browse because their pictures of the products are really good too... Why aren't you cheaper zappos? Lol, I guess you can't have everything!
I have been a loyal Zappos customers for several years now. I have a love for shoes and their site just is so easy to use and has such a great selection! I have very small and wide feet so shoes are tricky for me. With Zappos I can order a bunch of shoes, try them on in the privacy of my own home and then return what I don't want easily for free. I have had a few instances where I received something damaged or it was poor quality and got damaged too quickly... Zappos has never failed me as far as continually impressing me with their high level of customer service and integrity. They trust their customers and respond promptly and are more than fair. Love Zappos!
We love the generous return periods, but it seems as though the variety is not as good as it was previous to putting so many of it's competitors out of business. The selection they do have is less hip and more like the shoe department at Walmart.
I usually buy the same pair of sneakers over an over and zappos generally has the lowest price online (outside of Marshalls) and I get them in 2-3 days tops. Support is top notch anytime I've had an issue they've always made it right and corrected it.

I've purchased a few items and only once had to return due to sizing issues. Liked the 'free shipping' until I realized the free ship cost is built into the price of the otherwise costly item. Still, I was never disappointed by the quality of their goods.
Ordered a jacket for winter. Not only was easy to roam the site. It showed the models dimensions so it made it easier to see what it would look like on me. To top it all off, I received the coat the next day, the first day of snow. No question Zappos gets 5 stars.
I was online surfing websites looking for the best priced Men's 505 Levi's Jeans for myself. I am female and not to familiar with changing to mens measurements. First, Zappos website had the best pricing. Second, there was a large selection on Levi's Jeans. Third, (I may be wrong) the beginning price was also the end price. I think the beginning price included the taxes. I didn't cringe when I completed my order. Yay! Free shipping. Yay, 2 days until I get my jeans! Unfortunately, I started to worry about my sizing again. I panic, going through the website. I went to the bottom of website-CUSTOMER SERVICE 24 HRS A DAY-365 DAYS A YEAR. NICE. I called. I spoke with a very pleasant customer service rep. I asked her if my order would be delayed. She said, "No, in fact I upgraded your shipping to 1 day service". Thank you Zappos.com. I know where I'm doing all my shopping. Last but least, if I have to return my jeans-free shipping on returns.

I'm not sure Zappos is the least expensive shoe purchasing option, but I use it all the time because of the great selection and amazing service. If you don't like a pair of shoes or it doesn't fit, no problem. It's easy to return. Amazingly though, out of ten pair or so of shoes I've purchased, I've never had to return any because of fit or style. The website does a great job of letting you see what you're getting.
What you see is what you get, and products ship accurately and quickly. Site has a fabulous layout, tons of product information, great photos and even some videos, plus reviews. I've interacted with Customer Service a few times, and they are personable and very responsive. Products tend to ship quickly. Prices tend to be competitive. Highly recommended.
Zappos is a great go to online merchant to purchase shoes. We have placed many orders through this site with no concerns or complications. The website is easy to navigate, the prices are more than reasonable and its easy to find great brand name shoes! Love this site, would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.
I love this site; I spend too much time looking, but all of my favorite shoes have been found here. My current favorites are my La Sportiva trail running shoes, as they feel like they were made for my feet. Zappos.com is where I turn to first when shoe shopping!
Zappos is one of my favorite shopping websites. They have a wide selection of shoes, bags, clothes and housewares with very competitive prices, usually better than Nordstroms or shoes.com. The layout of the website is incredibly user friendly so narrowing your search for a specific item is simple. Once you click on the item you really can get a pretty good depiction of what the shoe is like, they give you several different angles: each side, top and bottom. But the best part is that they have a video of the shoe, someone describes it and they demo the shoe on someone so you can really see what it's going to look like, I find that the video is the most useful tool. Other people's reviews are also easily accessible.
Best place to buy stuff online in Las Vegas... Their prices could be better though and if they can offer free home delivery in Las Vegas then I could rate 5 star.The best part about Zappos is they always deliver on time and their product quality is so good.
I know this is nothing new, but I am so enamored with Zappos' return policy! It alleviates so much pressure when it comes to ordering shoes online. I never have to stress about them being the wrong size, because I can order two pairs and return the ones that don't fit! It's genius, and I will be a Zappos customer for many years to come.
I couldn't find sneakers that my toddler liked anywhere. I finally found two pairs on this site. They ended up not having one when I checked out but he was so happy when he got his other pair in the mail the next day. He couldn't wait to wear them to school to show them off.

They ship promptly, keep you informed, and the shoes arrive very well protected in their packaging. They have a great selection, and you can get different views of the footwear so that you know what you're getting.
I have mostly ordered shoes. They arrive quickly and there is no postage fee. Unfortunately, they often don't fit my hard-to-fit feet. However, Return postage is free. I would never buy on-line shoes anywhere else, for this reason.

I shop at this site many times. The shipping is free both ways. Since I am hard to fit due to my little, wide and flat feet. I love that I can try the shoes in my home. I can send them back if the shoes do not fit for free ship. I save a lot on shipping. We all win. Zappos has friendly and helpful staff. They want the custumer to walk away happy whether shoes are purchased.
I called to get help with an order i placed using a digital gift card i received as a gift. After i spent days searching the site for my price range and style, i finally picked 2 pair. The sale had ended by the time i could make the purchase. So the total went over the gift card balance. When finalizing the order, my gift card was not used, and my debit card go charged the full amount.
After calling to correct the issue, i learned that instead of reversing the charge and recharging my gift card, i have to send the shoes back, wait for my refund to process, before i have to go and reorder the shoes a second time and wait for them again.
Im very irrtitated with this. Very imnconvienent and the lady on the phone was not very friendly at all.
If i didnt have a gift card. I would not be shopping with zappos.
