I brough a pair of of 2inch heels, which ihavent been able to fine some, that fit and wasnt tight, these where perfect i could walk in them and still comfortable, and the service was great, i will order more shoes in the near future
Who couldn't love Zappos? They have everything you need in shoes and I accidentally ordered my Husband's Naot's clogs in the wrong size and they resent me the right size and they were there the next morning before I even had a chance to ship the others out! The free shipping and how fast it is just amazes me. Customer service is so polite and I have ZERO complaints! I recommend them to everyone.
They have great slippers for keeping my chronic plantar fasciitis at bay. These slippers remind me of the "Tide" style flip flops from this same company, except with wider straps and a memory foam footbed.
There she was eager to help, anna was her name. I had needed to make an exchange. They did not have my size at this time. I was given a refund. She tried to find some shoes close but no luck. I would try later, she asked if i was ok, i told her i was sad, i had lost my husband. She said to be strong. She was so kind as she said good by. Need New shoes? - quick cheap shipping, awesome selection for men women and children for all seasons and usually have some sort of special going on so you can save even more off thier already reasonable prices. Most of the products offered on this site have a pretty good track recored for durability and comfort with plenty of consumer feedback and reviews so you can get a more illistrated mental image of the product youre buying. If your looking for a shoe company that care about your comfort and posture check out Chaco footwear or Earth shoes.
I love, love LOVE Zappos.com! They have an unbelieveable selection, and have the fastest shipping I've ever experienced. The customer service is stellar, and they offer free shipping (even if you have to return the item you purchased). I've never had to wait more than one business day for my purchases to be delivered. The site is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I love it and highly recommend it!

I am a retired teacher who has been wearing New Balance 927 and 928's in double wide widths for many years. I have a lot of arthritis in my feet and need a deep toe box as well as a shoe that will work with custom inserts. I was paying $140 a pair.
I am very impressed with Propet Women's W2034 Stability Walker Sneaker at $74.95. This shoe is comparable to the quality and fit of New Balance at almost half the price.
Their return policy and customer service is truly awesome. The selection is great and to the point where there is too much to choose from.
Other than that, wouldn't consider buying shoes from any other online retailer.
I've bought so many shoes from zappos and shipping is unbelievably quick! I mostly just get shoes because other things are pretty pricy that they sell. One time it was a week before Christmas and I ordered my mom shoes and they literally came in 23 hours later! I was so surprised I wasn't even expecting them to come before Christmas! Would definatly recommend
My shoe size is rare enouigh the IF a shoe store has ANYTHING that fits me, it will always be a black dress shoe (at a premium price). However, twice I've found the shoes I wanted for a very reasonable price at Zappos. And they shipped immediately.

After a week of placing my order, I inquired on the status. Was told it was held up cuz of the Paypal payment. I used paypal twice after and already received both products from different vendors. I checked my Paypal account and it was "waiting for Zappo's to complete the order". When I told the rep that, she told me I could cancel the order. After I lost a week and need this for a birthday gift. Zappo's sucks!
Zappos has gone to pot! I have purchased from this company for years with no problems until 2023. I purchased 185 dollar shoes and received them and somebody wore them and it was it evident. So I called them to return and they said they would replace. So I returned the worn ones and got a replacement which was some ugly boots and not the HOKA running shoes that was to be replaced. So I returned the wrong shoes for a refund. I returned the ugly boots I didn't order and got a refund email
So it's been 3 weeks and no refund and I called and they said they said the refund yet I don't have it. I'm going to call these stupid $#*!s until I can talk to someone smart enough to do their job. Don't buy from this company! The people working there don't know what they are doing and they can't even ship the right damn order!
I ordered a belt from zappos.com and I had noticed it had been a while and had not received a email saying it shipped so I called. I was told my order was canceled and I asked why they said they were not sure and put me on hold to check. He came back and apologized and said they were not sure what happen but they would send me out the belt free of charge. I was never charged for the belt and got it completely free. I work retail and I think that is great customer service... excellent job
I purchased a pair of Heely's for my son's 6th birthday, needless to say they were too small when he tried them on. It was a Saturday night and he was very upset but I called customer service anyway. I told them the shoes were too small and he was really upset that he couldn't wear them yet. The gentlemen I spoke with was very understanding and over nighted me a larger size and we had them Tuesday afternoon. To my son's surprise, they arrived much earlier than I had expected. I would buy from them again without any question!
If you are from Puerto Rico of any outside territory from US, know that it will take almost a month for the shoes to be delivered. I'm very disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quantity of Kenneth Cole Reaction shoes that the site had, at cheaper prices than Kenneth Cole. I was a bit disappointed to see that one style of boot had been discontinued, but this is not the fault of Zappo's. Highly recommended1
Zappos is THE best site from which to order shoes and clothes. There is free shipping both ways but I've only ever had to return one item and it wasn't Zappo's fault but the shoe manufacturer's misrepresentation of their sizes which ran smaller than they stated. Zappos couldn't have been more helpful. It was as simple as clicking a box to return the shoes and they immediately responded, asking my preferences, I chose having my return shipping label emailed to me for printing at my convenience. It arrived immediately. My credit card was reimbursed promptly with no problems.
Zappos has put customer service at the top of their list in importance and it shows. A bonus: Not only are their representatives efficient and helpful on the phone, they're funny too! I would recommend Zappos.com to anyone anywhere any time. Order by 1pm and you'll have it the next day! It doesn't get any better than that!
With all my surgeries, I cannot wear just any shoes, I have to have some I can slide into, due to the fact I cannot bend over enough to put tie up or strap shoes. The Zappos (I've ordered 2 pair) have worked fine.
I purchased a pair of safety boots through the Zappos Amazon Fulfillment site and they really really hurt my feet but they were from 2021 and I wanted to see if they can exchange them for for the same boot but a larger size. I knew it was a long shot but it's always worth a try seemingly it wasn't a very long time, about 3 months and I couldn't wear them very much because of the pain. So, when the rep kept repeating the policy I was like okay then I just have to throw the $160 safety boots away bc I am unable to wear them and she said "let me repeat it to you one more time". It was like speaking to a robot, a rude robot. Carhartt is a great brand, but the seller sucks!
I have orrdered from Zappos.com several times and had a wonderful experience. I have only had to return something one time. It was easy to return with a prepaid label that was free to me. Also, I recieved a free overnight shipping code for my next order. Their customer service over the phone is Awesome! I don't say that about many websites or even stores for that matter. I was able to understand the lady that helped me with a question I had about things before I placed my order. I always recommend Zappos.com!
I have adored Zappos since I found their bit of shopping heaven for me! Their buyers were spot on for quality as well having an eye for forward thinking, as I purchased a wide brimmed hat in '09 treated with SPF! Plus, their Customer Service was outstanding! Yet, once Bezos purchased Zappos, I feel like I am shopping@ Amazon and NOT Zappos, that it was, but no now. I have kept TWO items in the last 18 months. Previously I took to Zappos for not only my shoes, but my handbags, sunglasses, swimsuits as well as active wear for hiking and gear. Now, I might as well shop on Amazon (which I will not), BUT I hate their Customer Service, as well as possible knock-offs.

Take all the positive adjectives in the English language that describe wonderful things and you'll have Zappos. I love them. I have never had a bad experience and I shop with them a lot. I love their return policy. (HerRoom.com could follow Zappos business model here, FYI). The employees are friendly, their site is friendlier. I rarely shop Amazon bc I don't like how things have to be returned. Zappos is the real deal. Zappos' business model is fantastic, a real gem. I just love, love, love Zappos. They're my BFF.
