The ruddiest employees I have EVER experienced! I got the wrong drink, wrong order, I explained this to the employee and she had me wait for 5 to 10 minutes just to tell me that the manager said that they could not make it right! I asked for refund waited another 10 minutes while three employees worked on refund, lines of cars behind me and while reviewing refund receipt, manager opens window to see if there is another issue with NO apology for any of the wait, wrong order or rude employees! I explained how RUDE THE EMPLOYEES WERE AND THE MANAGER SHUT THE WINDOW IN MY FACE. I will NEVER be back!

Went through to get a grilled chicken salad today paid 10 dollars for this salad to get to my house and find the chicken so burned I couldn't even eat it this is such poor quality of service because you know someone looked at that chicken and cut it knowing it was burnt up ridiculous— E nine mile rd Pensacola location beware

I wouldn't work at *******. Their manager is rude and not professional... Don't work there if you want a stress free job. Without dealing with disrespect & rudeness. They might need people and hire fast but, there's 1 person that needs to be fired immediately.& I see she started me off with 12 but they're starting off at 13 online. I also think she's racist. I didnt have a good experience and that was the 3rd bad experience I've had out of anywhere else I've worked. Don't recommend this one in Huntsville, AL.

We visited zaxbys on godwin lane in Pensacola. This smart mouth worker gets smart because i asked about the fries. They put 100 pounds of seasoning salt the week before so we were being sure before we left. Her smart mouth made me hot. And please dont order the brownies. Total bricks. Crumble as soon as you remove the plastic wrap. This 4:47pm crew needs to be fired. They're idiots. The young ones are too salty at the mouth. They won't be getting these $60 to $100 a week support from this family again. I said it.

My husband and I went to the drive through on the brown bridge location on September 25 at 930. After waiting in a long line when we got to the speaker we were told they were out of fries. We substituted the fries for coleslaw and then never received the coleslaw. Also we ordered a wings and things boneless and received regular wings not boneless. By the time we drove off and checked the food it was a 10pm and I guess that means they just stop answering the phone because I called several times and no one answered. I will call again in the morning because there is no way they are charging these prices for subpar service and poorly trained employees.

The service was horrible. I was appalled at how horrible the service is at this location. There were several workers that were rude. Neicey and Jamaya to be specific. They were the worst. From slamming customers bags on the counter to speaking to them as if they were children. Then there was a worker that stood in the lobby as constantly yelled back to the workers. The manager never addressed any of the behaviors.

The manager is a $#*! and she kicked me off the establishment just bc l didn't buy any food l was not causing any harm to anyone and zaxbys was my favorite place to eat not anymore bc that gracie $#*! can suck a $#*! bc l hate $#*!es.

Everytime I go to Zaxbys I get the wings and things meal. I love the wings but the chicken tenders are the best with Zax sauce, and tongue torch. I eat Zaxbys at least 3 times a week. Raspberry lemonade is the best drink they have as well.

This is the third time I have been to that one on West Highway 40 Ocala Florida they're rude is all get up. I got a cup that the lid was literally broken spilled soda all over my car asked her to change the lid and may I have some napkins and she looked at me like I was totally ignorant so I had to use a shirt I wiped the soda at bottom my car. When you order through the drive-thru chances are you're not going home so you need silverware to eat your food nope when I asked for silverware again I got looked at like I was stupid this is the third time in they're always like this always rude rude rude never do anything. And as for the fries they never have any seasoning on them you see absolutely no seasoning.

Calked in my order. Asked if I could pick it up at the drive through, was told yes. Got there was told I had to come in to get it. I explained what I was told, then was told ok, since I was told wrong. Ordered the grilled chicken cobb salad based on the ingredients on their website. Got home, order was NOT what was described. Price a bit high for the salad I got, which did not have all the Ingredients listed. Was just "ok". Will not be going back.

The Zaxby's at Flat Shoals Rd, they have great customer service. I had a free sandwich meal coupon from a friend and I headed to the restaurant. Once I made it to the window, I gave them the the coupon to get the chicken and waffles sandwich to the workers and the employees and I realized that the sandwich I wanted wasn't eligible for the coupon. The manager informed us that the meal I intended to get was a test meal. But, he was so generous and considerate to give me the meal and the free drink and fries with the coupon. I would come here again for another meal.

Dothan Montgomery Highway location order # 4372.11:51a.m. I get it things happen.waited along with 3 other cars directed to park in pickup spaces.waited a long time.brought out all 3 cars orders at the same time.not good.got home missing salad dressings plus paid extra for one. Missing zaxby sauce for chicken finger meal. Fries were soggy. Called about missing dressings & sauce. The lady that answered never said I'm sorry just are you coming back to today to get them, No I live out of town just wanted to let you know so whoevers job it is needs to be aware. She said okay...Click! Wow.The Ozark location has Great Customer Service. This is the 2nd time I've had an unsatisfactory experience with this location.

Went to the new zaxbys on ulmewrton in largo, FL. Will never go again. Restaurant was dirty, couldn't find a table that did not have gray or black curly hair on it. Got chicken wings and onion rings. Order was screwed up. I ordered sauce on the side and they put the sauce on it. When I addressed it they said they didnt hear me. Asked for a fork and knife, said they don't have any. Went to get a drink, kids were playing with the machine, people standing everywhere waiting for orders. Very rude staff. Need to clean the tables with water and soap, they were wiping them off with a dry napkin. Worst restaurant I have ever been in. Will not go back or recommend. Should be on DIRTY DINING.
