The more I look at the salad the worst it gets the edge is not even cut up the cucumbers are huge and the tomatoes taste like they're old I will never buy another salad from Zaxby's they are dead to me. Get a real salad come on now

I received a $25 gift card to zaxby. A place that I usually don't eat at because the prices are overrated. So with my $25 gift card I ordered a 10-piece bone wing, cheese balls and a funnel cake that wants it cools off you could turn it into a soul for the bottom of your shoe. This junk food cost me $25 the taxes on the food that I ordered was well above the 10 cents on a dollar. The people were wrapped around the building in the Drive-Thru you could see generation X really loves this food maybe I ordered the wrong thing because I felt robbed robbed of my 25.00. So for experimental reasons I'm going to go back to Zaxby's and try the chicken sandwich and the chicken tenders and see if I think this is what the fuss is all about because I was not impressed and this is probably why I have never been interested in eating at Zaxby's

I very rarely eat here. Why? Always disappointed. I like my wings cooked a little crispy. To these cook here, they take offense to that. So I stopped eating there. Then one year later, I decided to try it through Door Dash. I placed the order online PLUS I called to see if they could cook my order of wings a little crispy? The lady said yes. When they arrived, mushy as always. I give up. Zaxby's you have a signature sauce and brand. Please don't let mad offended employees mess that up for you. Hire employees who want to be there and who care about each customers needs. That's all we ask for. My order was over $35.00 and I really wanted a refund when it arrived. However the bread was good. I went to zaxby's in college park Georgia 2530 flat Shoals Rd and asked for the veterans special meal the employee at the service counter approach me with a very very nasty attitude and told me to go online to claim my food and quickly turn away. I tried to ask another question she stomped towards me as if I'm really bothering her. I just asked for the veterans day special I didn't asked to get my bubble crushed. Why do this always happen to me in the black community WHY!

O ordered the Loaded Fries from the South Sterling St. In Morganton, NC. Highly disappointed! As you can see below, the fries did not have the chicken, the bacon, or the ranch dressing on them. The fries had very little cheese on them. I paid $5.99 for an order of fries that should have cost no more than $3.00. Times are hard right now. When you receive an order like this, it is not hard to make the decision to not order again from this location.

Dillon SC Zaxby's is the Worst Zaxby's ever built. The Assistant managers are very unhelpful and lazy. All they do is sit in the cars and be on their phone fixing people food with gloves on NASTY... How can u work with nails on 3 inch. I will never stop at this store again.

My wife and I ordered a simple meal for 4 online tonight (8/9/2020). We were told it would be ready by 8:20 pm. It is now almost 9 pm, and when I called, I was told that it would be ready soon. No explanation as to why the half hour delay for an online order to be brought to the car. This location may have lost our business permanently, as this only compounds frustration for a very slow drive thru.

My husband said it was the worst meal from Zaxby's that he has ever ordered. We waited in line for 35 minutes. I ordered a salad because I am on a restricted diet. There was NO salad period. None! The chicken fingers looked like they had been cut in half to stretch it. The chicken tasted like fish batter according to my husband, and his 11 dollar meal was mostly fries. My meal was water only. I think in the future, we will just skip it. What a disappointment!

Zaxby is greedy with their sauce! Unfortunately with Zax Sauce they need to stop charging for additional sauce's/ Especially when you're buying for multiple people and platters. 1 Zax sauce for 6 people isn't realistic. I mean seriously, what company charges you for extra sauce for your chicken fingers? Come on guys - seriously. You're already more expensive than other chains - lighten up, and give your customers some sauce.

I asked what they were knowing for. They said chicken tenders so I orderer a 10 piece chicken tender and a 10 piece boneless wing to go. The tenders are cold, soggy from sauce, mostly balls from being frozen, and tasteless. And the wings, also typically frozen at fast food joints, but these wings, nothing fresh or hot. They are gross. I was just at Costco and could have done much better buying a frozen dish and heating it up myself. I have never ordered these and will never go back here again. It's just frozen, tasteless, expensive food. 20 small tenders and wings, no sides was $27.

If you want to get as much of experience as you can and make money, I don't recommend working there. There's a good chance you will be working one day a week for maybe 3-4 hours. They barely gave me breaks and they got mad at me when I messed up even though they knew I don't have any hours. Their pay sucks and they expect you to know things outside of your job position like for example if you're cashier they expect you to know how to wash dishes. When you ask for more hours it's a good possibility that they won't give it to you saying they have a lot of people working on the days you requested.

Today was my first time at Zaxby's. The chicken fingers were hot but not crispy. The fries were under cooked and soggy. The chicken was also salty. The coleslaw was good as was the bread. No unsweetened tea only sweet. Will not return 8810 Wesleyan Rd. Indianapolis.

Saint Andrews Rd. Cola. SC location is the WORST. Poor service and bad management.
Thursday's are nibblers night, they can't never remember that or charge you correctly.
Manager gets mad when they're correct and call you cheap and refuse to service you because you complain. General manager never contacted me back after I told him about his pm staff.
Save your money and eat at another location.

My experience with Zaxby's in the past I have always received "fast friendly service" 5 stars. Unfortunately since the pandemic 0 stars "waste of time & money"! I'm not sure if the employees/staff are over worked & under paid but the service you receive is horrible & very disappointing. It's almost like going to a playground or park & "teenagers" running wild misbehaving, vandalizing, destroying with no supervision. My last experience with Zaxbys was the worst & I will not eat or spend money with that location ever again. I spoke with the manager & also emailed corporate office. Good luck & Good bye!

Finally tried Zaxby's for the first time yesterday. Chicken fingers my wife ordered were tasty, however, my loaded fries w/ranch, bacon, & cheeses was stone cold; along w/the rest of my wife's meal (fries & tx toast). Restaurant was extremely cold inside which may've contributed to food not being hot enough to enjoy. Tea was great & most of the staff were friendly. Don't know if we will go back anytime soon however. $20.00+ for meal wasn't worth having to eat cold & didn't agree w/my stomach next day.

I needed online order. My online did not go through. When I went to the store talk to the manager he did not help me. Cashier gave me the number to call
I called. She gave me another number to call I called. And she. Said she will email me how to fix the problem
After that I did not heard from her no email
Again I texted to the previous manager but she did not answer. It is worse service

I usually enjoy the quality of Zaxby's service and efficiency but there standard was lower with their employee working the drive through... I understand the expectations of some consumers can be outrageous and provoke reactions but Taveeya confused me with her rudeness... She was abrupt and dismissive when I asked for simple condiments... I get afternoon rushes but she never made eye contact and was never polite in any capacity... She wasn't professional! To whom ever this may concern... The Zaxby on 640 w. Tennessee St will never get my business

Never buy anything again from this restaurant first of all they start taking the carrot out of The winds & thing plate then take the celery out also now they raise the price on the menu without tell anybody's not worth buying anything from this place people they work on their restaurant are kids. They have no people skills I will never buy anything from these stupid restaurants never ever and ever

I work at a house with challenged adults I have to place their order separately I only had to guys in the core and needed to place 2 separate orders and they said corporate said that they were not allowed to take more than one or at a time period when ever he other place that you eat at through drive-through is well how you to do more than 1 order at a time zaxby's refuses.

If you order online and then stand and wait while walk up orders are taken and filled and drive through orders are filled, something is deadly wrong with your system. Workers stare at me blankly when I tell them I placed and order and here is my order number. Zaxbys needs to ask Chick Fila how to do it. It can't be that difficult. This has happened to me at two different locations so it's not just one instance.

We picked up Cobb salads from the Browns Bridge location. It was hard to believe that it was from zaxby. The chicken wasn't fresh, the lettuce was limp, there were no crunchy onion chips and the boiled egg was not freshly cut. It was so far below what I have always gotten from other locations that I was Leary of eating it and threw it away. You should be reprimanded for serving such a poor product. It make everyone look bad.

I absolutely love Zaxby's i was so dissipated I live over a hour away from this location.
I ordered a blue salad which had NO blue cheese crumbles NO tomatoes and the lettuce was brown. Called the manager she told me to bring the salad and receipt back after I advised her I lived more than a hour away and was on the highway by the time I opened my food. I am not sure how to directly leave a review with the specific location but this location has horrible service and horrible ways of handling at work issues appropriately while I was waiting at the window after waiting in line already for over 10 min the drive thru worker was yelling at who I'm guessing was the person in the back making my salad not only just yelling but yelling over my salad loud enough to wear I could hear. I work for fast food so I understand to a degree but it then continued when she handed me my good she was extremely rude shoving me my food. My salad taste soggy and the cucumbers are also soggy and nasty tasting all and all horrible experience
