Zaxbys in Jacksonville Florida in the oakleaf towncenter pick up window young lady handed me my food turned to the side did not care how she handled my food. Pretty much did everything wrong enough to where i will never visit there again then get home and see what i paid my money for was throwed together

Selma Zaxby's is staffed with a bunch of morons. They couldn't keep a single order straight. They were not keeping the dinning tables clean. Had to wait almost an hour because they kept screwing up the customer's orders. That will be the last time I go to Zaxaby's in Selma, Al.

My husband and I went to the drive through on the brown bridge location on September 25 at 930. After waiting in a long line when we got to the speaker we were told they were out of fries. We substituted the fries for coleslaw and then never received the coleslaw. Also we ordered a wings and things boneless and received regular wings not boneless. By the time we drove off and checked the food it was a 10pm and I guess that means they just stop answering the phone because I called several times and no one answered. I will call again in the morning because there is no way they are charging these prices for subpar service and poorly trained employees.

The manager is a $#*! and she kicked me off the establishment just bc l didn't buy any food l was not causing any harm to anyone and zaxbys was my favorite place to eat not anymore bc that gracie $#*! can suck a $#*! bc l hate $#*!es.

The service was horrible. I was appalled at how horrible the service is at this location. There were several workers that were rude. Neicey and Jamaya to be specific. They were the worst. From slamming customers bags on the counter to speaking to them as if they were children. Then there was a worker that stood in the lobby as constantly yelled back to the workers. The manager never addressed any of the behaviors.

Everytime I go to Zaxbys I get the wings and things meal. I love the wings but the chicken tenders are the best with Zax sauce, and tongue torch. I eat Zaxbys at least 3 times a week. Raspberry lemonade is the best drink they have as well.

I just bought a Big Zac snack meal from Zaxbys and when I was almost done eating it I found a nasty penny in my fries. You people have to be careful with $#*! like this, this is so gross and I wouldn't go back for a free meal...

Went to the restaurant in Gulfport. Ordered two of the "new" chicken tlc's. Waited 10 minutes and both were cold. The French fries were cold and under cooked. The ketchup dispenser was empty and the ketchup packets were dirty. About the only good thing was the drinks and that's because they came from a machine. I couldn't finish my food that's how bad it was. Will not be back.

This is the third time I have been to that one on West Highway 40 Ocala Florida they're rude is all get up. I got a cup that the lid was literally broken spilled soda all over my car asked her to change the lid and may I have some napkins and she looked at me like I was totally ignorant so I had to use a shirt I wiped the soda at bottom my car. When you order through the drive-thru chances are you're not going home so you need silverware to eat your food nope when I asked for silverware again I got looked at like I was stupid this is the third time in they're always like this always rude rude rude never do anything. And as for the fries they never have any seasoning on them you see absolutely no seasoning.

I had to wait for 25 min and still never got my food! This is the second time that I have tried a Zaxbys and both time at 2 different locations same type of service! I will not be stopping at a Zaxby's ever again! One of the stores that I am talking about is in Wilkesboro NC the address is 1830 US Highway 421!

Calked in my order. Asked if I could pick it up at the drive through, was told yes. Got there was told I had to come in to get it. I explained what I was told, then was told ok, since I was told wrong. Ordered the grilled chicken cobb salad based on the ingredients on their website. Got home, order was NOT what was described. Price a bit high for the salad I got, which did not have all the Ingredients listed. Was just "ok". Will not be going back.

I ate at Zaxby's for the 1st time ever. The place was very clean, but the food was overpriced & bad! The Club Chicken sandwich was disappointing and the fries & fird dill pickles were so salty that they could not be consumed. I read up on the Company & they are known for there advertising, not there food. They are in the franchise business, not the food business.

The Zaxby's at Flat Shoals Rd, they have great customer service. I had a free sandwich meal coupon from a friend and I headed to the restaurant. Once I made it to the window, I gave them the the coupon to get the chicken and waffles sandwich to the workers and the employees and I realized that the sandwich I wanted wasn't eligible for the coupon. The manager informed us that the meal I intended to get was a test meal. But, he was so generous and considerate to give me the meal and the free drink and fries with the coupon. I would come here again for another meal.

Dothan Montgomery Highway location order # 4372.11:51a.m. I get it things happen.waited along with 3 other cars directed to park in pickup spaces.waited a long time.brought out all 3 cars orders at the same time.not good.got home missing salad dressings plus paid extra for one. Missing zaxby sauce for chicken finger meal. Fries were soggy. Called about missing dressings & sauce. The lady that answered never said I'm sorry just are you coming back to today to get them, No I live out of town just wanted to let you know so whoevers job it is needs to be aware. She said okay...Click! Wow.The Ozark location has Great Customer Service. This is the 2nd time I've had an unsatisfactory experience with this location.

Went to the new zaxbys on ulmewrton in largo, FL. Will never go again. Restaurant was dirty, couldn't find a table that did not have gray or black curly hair on it. Got chicken wings and onion rings. Order was screwed up. I ordered sauce on the side and they put the sauce on it. When I addressed it they said they didnt hear me. Asked for a fork and knife, said they don't have any. Went to get a drink, kids were playing with the machine, people standing everywhere waiting for orders. Very rude staff. Need to clean the tables with water and soap, they were wiping them off with a dry napkin. Worst restaurant I have ever been in. Will not go back or recommend. Should be on DIRTY DINING.

Zaxby's has always been my family 1at choice but lately it's been sad 2 say that I'm looking for a replacement of service. We have always use Zaxby's 4 catering & individual needs. For the last 2 months I have been noticing the change in prices and the quantity in the French fries when I know that we are still in a pandemic when the government has assisted business for payroll assistance & bailout money for business & Corporation under " The Care act". I order a 5 piece wing (traditional) with fries & I was totally disappointed again 4 $13.27 and I was very disappointed. I receive 12 fries with 5 wings... I took a picture again & my Facebook friends wasn't shock because it's the 3rd time 4 me along with 312 people who's been complaining about the same thing. U no it's sad when your employees complain!

Fries are cold…bread is not toasted and chicken is cold as well. The zero sugar strawberry lemonade tastes like I'm drinking water with a hint of lemon.

I'm not sure what happened to Zaxbys on Bradley Park Drive in Columbus Georgia. There service has declined drastically. They are EXTREMELY slow now. They have not always been this way.
I hope mgmt read this review and do something about their service. I only buy the salads. They have good salads but they are not worth the wait you stay inline in the drive thru.

Call In Order Hassel. Missing item. Was told it wasn't suppose to be with the order but it was supposed to be with the order. They make it difficult to contact. When it goes smooth, fine but when an issue, horrible.

Went to the Shelbyville, KY Zaxby's on Freedom
Way and couldn't believe how filthy the dining room was. Every table was dirty and the floor unswept. Used the restrooms and both were disgusting. I get that the restaurant may be busy, but please provide clean sitting area for your patrons. And shouldn't the restrooms be maintained? The dining room was not busy so I can only imagine how long they let the restrooms go.
As far as food, it was good as always. But we didn't get what we paid for. We ordered a 6 piece tender meal and got 5 pieces instead. Not worth complaining with so few actual employees. And we had a difficult time placing our order in the first place with the employee they had.

Can't use my new email address with my phone number that's tied to another email address and they don't have a way to send me a confirmation code to my new email address and they tried to send me the code to my landline ($#*!tards)

Chicken didn't taste good. Sauce was bad. Toast tasted like someone poured salt all over it. First and last time to ever get delivered. If you want great chicken tenders, go to Cane's

Have eaten Zaxby's salads for long time but after today I will not again.
Lettuce was going bad and the tomatoes were mush. Paying more and getting poor quality. Really disappointed in Zaxby's.
