I ordered online waited for 30 min. Then when I finally got it it was cold. Young black staff that act like they just did not care. And yes I'm black. Worst service ever. Will never go back. Food and service disappointing
Purchased the new Chicken Philly on two separate occasions. First time lacked ingredients hardly no onions peppers sauce or cheese. Second had ONE green pepper no red peppers onions sauce or cheese. Before leaving the store or drive thru I suggest looking at your sandwich before leaving. Definitely didn't look anything like their pictures, what a let down.
Had poor food and thought we would give them another chance. But it was the same result's. Cold fries and even ask to get them crispy. The toast also cold smd finally the chicken wings also had not much flavor. I love least then 3 minutes from the place. Should have drove back but just will not be back
I asked what they were knowing for. They said chicken tenders so I orderer a 10 piece chicken tender and a 10 piece boneless wing to go. The tenders are cold, soggy from sauce, mostly balls from being frozen, and tasteless. And the wings, also typically frozen at fast food joints, but these wings, nothing fresh or hot. They are gross. I was just at Costco and could have done much better buying a frozen dish and heating it up myself. I have never ordered these and will never go back here again. It's just frozen, tasteless, expensive food. 20 small tenders and wings, no sides was $27.
Against my decision to never go to Zaxby's ever again, I did today with the purchase of grilled House Salad. Once again I was disappointed with my purchase. The lettuce was limp and brownish, tomato was over ripe ( old) and just over all poor quality of product. I won't be going back!
I really like Zaxbys and was looking forward to the new Philly Chicken sandwich.
I asked for grilled with extra onions and got fried with no onions.
I also thought that the sandwich was small and not as much Chicken as a regular sandwich there.
I won't order another one!
Went to Zaxbys at 9556 Cliffdale rd, Fayetteville NC. Went thru the drive up. Wanted chicken & fries & sweet tea. Had to wait 10 minutes. Listened to a large & rude female employee about all her personal problems, loudly.
I needed online order. My online did not go through. When I went to the store talk to the manager he did not help me. Cashier gave me the number to call
I called. She gave me another number to call I called. And she. Said she will email me how to fix the problem
After that I did not heard from her no email
Again I texted to the previous manager but she did not answer. It is worse service
It tastes so bad I don't like the sauce. The sauce from the restaurant Canes is so delicious that it has set the bar high for me. However, the sauce I had recently tasted so bad that it was disappointing. I couldn't enjoy my meal because of it. The sauce was too thick, too sour, and too spicy. It completely ruined the taste of my dish. I was really looking forward to trying out this new restaurant, but this experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve their recipe and live up to the expectations of their customers.
Online order. Wings & Things traditional with honey mustard and ranch dressing. Didn't receive ranch dressing or toast. Drink machines that offer about 25 different types of soda had none available except coke. I ordered large and received regular size fries. It seems like someone would verify order before bagging it up.
The zaxbys on north monore move really slow i was out here for at least 45mins wating on our food this is very upsetting and aggravating. It makes no sense for them to have such poor customer service and they also pulled everyone to the front of the building
Drive thru only. Boneless wings were small and mealy. Taste OK... not coming back. Asked for coffee but they didn't have it, so we ordered water. They didn't tell us it was $5 til we got to the pay window.
This is my second review in the last month. This company has the worst service out of all fast food places. I cannot depend on them to get my food right so I'm going to stay away. I hope one day they can equal 10% of what Chick-fil-A is. I understand that Chick-fil-A has the best chicken, and an awesome service but every now and then we like a change. Our new change will not be Zaxby's.
This location offers poor customer service and the people who work there all have an attitude when you show up. It is as if they do not want you there. Every time I come here they always forget to give me utensils! How am I supposed to eat the food without utensils.
Every table in here is nasty, the drink machine looks like it hasn't been wiped down in a week and I'm pretty sure nothing is sanitized during this pandemic... very disappointed and will not be dining here again

If that's the guy handing your product you are set for failure be sides the 15 minutes wait time he walks away while taking your order and must have something wrong because he can't keep his hands out his paints. Your better off firing him and just paying him unemployment you would get better results
I love the chicken sandwich! It's so good! They give you so many fries, I have a hard time eating them all. Service was good too. Only took a few minutes to get our food. We at around 11 am. We really enjoy eating at this place!
My salad contained wilted Lettuce, tomato looked old & one egg instead of two, toast didn't look fresh. Cucumber were diced, and in a pile as were the tomato & eggs, etc. I felt like I wanted to take it back & just put it on the counter & leave, never mind making another one, never mind waiting to process the refund. The reason I rated a 3 instead of one, service at the window was fine.
Awful service, rude worker, turned away when asked about order delay, Yelled don't talk to me, another customer even told him to calm down. No response from restaurant after contacting corporate office.
This happened last night ……. My daughter went to Zaxby's. She ordered food for us all. They gave me a super large regular drink no diet. The equivalent of 7+ candy bars…., I lost my taste and smell in 2009 due to a skull fracture…. My sugar was 500+. Called the manager and he said there was nothing he could do. His name was Gregory. Not everyone chooses diet, people choose diet because they can't eat that much sugar especially In one sitting…… please be aware! Zaxby's will put you in the hospital!
