“There are few people who are falsely bad mouthing about...”

There are few people who are falsely bad mouthing about zbiddy. How can zbiddy charge you during registration when you never give any CC info to them? They never ask for credit card while registering. Zbiddy has shipped all the products which I won. Heavens! I really trust this site.

“The worst customer service department on earth”

Larry O.

The worst customer service department on earth. No one listens, they all want to talk and tell you why your wrong. Supervisors are never available. Hard to believe they can run a business with this set up but they won't have mine shortly.

I won several restaurant. Com gift cards and the numbers are bogus. When one goes to restaurant. Com they then have to purchase something more and then the gift recepit is deducted from the total amount. Plus 18% gratuity is added to the bill. Also i believe it is the employees of zbiddy who are driving up the prices on its Auction site, they call it a penny auction. The way the bids work for every penny bid they make 9 cents off of it, and if you win the bid, then you are charged handling and shipping fees, and they don't send anything to your physical address it goes to your email account. And then the set of numbers u need to put in on the restaurant.com site... Please Be warned about these so called Penny Auctions. They are total scams.

I get from some of these reviews that it takes time and patience to win. Unfortunately, I have neither. So my goal it to spend all of my bids and get off this site. What I don't understand is how they can charge me shipping and handling for bids I've one. I got charged $2.49 shipping and handling for bids that just got added into my account. That is ridiculous to me. Is it even legal?

Zbiddy was really cool. I am not sure what the other users couldn't see but the price was right on top of the place i put my Credit Card in. I didn't understand the site 100% when i signed up so I called the number on the page and a really nice girl helped me out. Then I tired it... I did exactly what she told me to do. I tried the beginner auctions first and it was an easy win. I won 20 Bids. Then I went for the $25 american express credit card. Tonight I think I am ready to go for the iPad... I love Zbiddy.

I did what so many people have done... I fell for the oldest trick in the book. If it is too good to be true then it is a scam.!. Seriously, think about how many people are on this site and how many bids they get at $0.60 a pop. I am really scared to see what they charged me to sign up. I was just fishing around and found the site. I wanted to bid, so I submitted my credit card info. I really am experiencing buyers remorse right about now. WISH I DIDN'T GET INVOLVED IN THE FIRST PLACE. If you enjoy flushing hard earned money in the toilet then maybe this is for you.

These people will take your money without notice. They lead you to believe you have to enter your card info to just look. When you do they take money out of your account without your consent. It took a lot of doing but I got my money back, but some people did not get their money back.

I was using Zbiddy for the first time and thought I was bidding on a tablet and ended up winning the bid on 250 bids for $99. I immediately sent them an email saying I did not make that bid and if I did it was done in error. I asked that they release my money and that did not happen. I am disputing the charge. They steal your money. I bought an expensive lesson.

I accidently went on this site and they charged my acct $99 for something they said I bought, I never bought anything from them and now I can't get out of this stupid site. Help! This zbiddy sucks. It should never have been on the web, it is a rip-off. Be careful when you hit it, it will suck you in and charge you for nothing.

Only gave one star since you have to give something. Won a $10 gift card in December and an iPod with over $200 in January. Kept using live chat and got the same response. Wait 3-5 dats more. Finally on 2/4, i got an email from Zbiddyrewards.com. Filled out the form and waited for email confirmation stating when ut will be shipped. Tried live chst now disabled and website has no auctions. Got an email from zbiddy billing saying they are refunding the cost if iPod but nothing about shipping and handling or missing gift card... the saga continues

This is THE WORST online bidding site... they have no products worth 1/2 of what they say they are worth, the couple I did win arrived a month after paying for them, and only after many contacts to their customer service department. The poor girl who has that job should get a raise as obviously those who run the Bull$#*! site don't give a damn about customers or feedback. Check out the BBB rating on this company and you'll see they currently have 186 complaints against them, one more as soon as I go file mine!

I didn't anticipate being charged for bids when I was registering. Thought I was just providing inf in case I win an item. They hit my debit card IMMEDIATELY for $159. Thought maybe I could recoup by winning an item. Unbelievably frustrating. You have to be glued to the computer for hours to have any chance. If you glance away, you may waste all your time and bids. I was bidding on a 22" LCD TV last night. I clicked immediately when the timer said "GOING", which I have done several times, but this time they closed the bidding. That happened to me twice, and both times the item went to someone with an 'auto bid'. I am very suspicious the company 'bought' the item, since it closed IMMEDIATELY.
I tried to log on this morning (6/4/11) and my AVG blocked it because of a virus or malwear threat. Never going back

Bid and won numerous restaurant.com gift vouchers. Took a lengthy period of time to get the vouchers issued (as a matter of fact,... I'm still waiting on a $50 one,... been waiting nearly 6 weeks). I've redeemed all the other vouchers and enjoyed the restaurants. I recently tried to get the name of CEO or head of Customer Care & an address of the company but got the run around by the chat line representative (Nancy). She did finally give me the mailing address but wouldn't give me the name of anyone at the company that I could address my letter of concern to. Things that make you go Hmmmmm!

Lousy selection of items, so the few decent items they do have; run forever. I have been watching for a month for a few specific items (a dyson vacuum, a laptop, etc.) I had the day(s) memorized for when these items would be available to be sold. For instance, I knew that today at 1PM one of my items would be at the final countdown and ready to be finally sold. I was shocked when I went to my "Watch List" (a month old, mind you) and saw that all of these items had another (at least) 2 weeks tacked on to them. Fraud? I think so. This isn't a good sign for this site. I'm spending my remaining bids and getting out while the "going's good".

That's right it doesn't get worse. In the mice type that is so hard to read they exsplain how they are going to rip you off. Read it all. If not you will be angry that you got ripped. And ripped you will get. This site is an absolute scam.

Thought I was getting bids for 60.00 but was charged 60.00 plus 59.00. Also bidding was crazy with. 60 a bid for individual. 01 bids for these products. Near the end of auctions I was blindsided by the 10 second extension of time for last bids and when the bidding stopped a lot of the same people were winning. I won one 5.00 auction for a Chilli's gift card that had a seven cents bid on the books for
6 hours. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I used it, won several auctions, received some of the items that I won, but did not receive many more items. I called customer service many times, and they always said, "They will be sent next week". Well, that was last Summer, and I am still waiting. A few other things about the site: If you bid on Ebooks, the ebook site you have to choose from only has old, classic literature, not any new books. Another tidbit: I got charged a small "International Bank Fee" for items that I won, about $1.99 or so, that they tacked on to the charge of each item. I'm not quite sure why, they tried to explain it to me, saying that it was because of their banking issues, but to me, it's just another ripoff. I will never use them again.

I have been violated with nada, zero, no foreplay... not even a kiss. They owe me a bunch, they should be in court and if CLASS ACTION suit comes to be, count me in. How does our "protectors" allow this to occur... over and over and over. Gary b jorgensen

This is a business that sells bids for $. 60 apiece that yo can use ot bid on a product. It is set up so that your chance of winning is remote and that the bidders (Bettors) will cumulatiely spend much more than the item costs.

Calling this gambling game an "auction" is a perversion of the language. It is a scam through and through.

I registered happily and then found out it had taken $99 out of my credit card! After three days of sending them friendly emails asking for a refund I was mad. My daughter Found the customer support number and called it, since she is only 11 she was to scared to yell at the lady, first they offered a gift card and she told her no, then they offered 85% percent back she said no again. Then they told her that it clearly states that you have to pay $99 dollars when you register, she believed them and told me that's when I got on the phone. I yelled at them saying that I wanted my $99 back and that if I didn't I'm taking them to court. They agreed to give my money back. They told me to wait 2-3 business days. It's the second day now, if I don't get my money back I'm calling them back and if I then don't get my money back, they are going to court! DON'T JOIN THIS SIGHT!

I also clicked on the site to just take a look and the next day I was charged 99.00. I did nothing but put in my credit card info and when I found out that I had to pay to bid I got out of the website. I thought I took out my info but I guess it really never comes. I never bid I never purchased bids. They just took my money right out because I checked out the website. I am going to report them to the BBB. This is definitely a fraud. I did not give them the authority to take any money out of my account. I better get that money back.

Raleigh Boyz say kudos to those scammers for finding a way to rip off the dumb sheeple of the internet... Anyone with a brain can see these penny auctions are as safe as going to the casino. Yes there are winners but for every winner there are 100 losers...

Craiglist rant &raves is the same way there are 100s of sheeple wandering around addicted to rants looking to be owned by a few smart trolls. The raleigh boyz own many R&R boards, I sure would like to own zbiddy... easy $$$$$

ZBiddy is a scam - I have been onitoring this auction (I did sign-up and I bought a 'bid-package.
I NOticed that the same 'bidders' seem to be bidding on the auction running up the price - and eventually winning, over and over. They are obviously 'bots' - (roBOT bidders - not real people)- so the real people who bid, have no chance of wining. Unless it's for a $5 Chilis Gift card - big deal...
Total SCAM - don't waste your money!
