Received faulty merchandise. Initially was able to email company and get a response. I returned item and have gotten no satisfaction. All calls are unanswered; emails are ignored. I have filed with BBB. Horrible that a company is allowed to do this and keep a customer's money.
Zetronix's website was very user-friendly and straightforward. The online purchase was fast and easy. Price was excellent with discount. I was very happy with the free and timely shipping delivery to Hawaii. ZPen-HD 720 feels great of good quality. There were two very small minor nicks on the pen which is tiny enough that I can live with.
I placed an order for the first time, face masks. They advised they were delivered and I responded, advising I had not received them and I gave them three days to respond to me. Their response? They did not respond!
Even though the product had every feature I wanted, I wasn't able to set it up despite following the steps to the letter, and I was never able to contact anyone for support, which apparently is a common problem. The hassle isn't worth it.
I bought a clock with a hidden/surveillance camera. It was retail over 250 but on sale for 169. It was very discreet and exactly what I needed. Worked once with an SD card. Their customer service was non existant via phone. But they did return my email. They claimed the SD card was too big. I did my research and disagreed, but bought a smaller one. Didn't work for a few days and then it worked once. Stopped again. They sent me a 2nd, and the same thing happened. But from then on, absolutely NO response. I also asked that they refund me the $50. Difference since it was now reduced to $119. No response. Oh, and the clock is super cheaply made.
I just received and installed in my home. It was rather simple to hook up. I am not sure if it will work on the second floor as I couldn't set it up on my second floor but was able to when I was a few feet from my router. So as of right now I'm a little concerned if the 2nd camera will work when it's further away then my first camera which is within 50 feet of the router. I do have a call into tech support to ask some questions but it seems they prefer emails then returning phone calls
I have spend 3 weeks of my time trying to get this company to respond to me. They sent me an order I did not want and now they want to charge 15% restocking fee. Would love to charge THEM for all the time I spend asking questions and getting NO RESPONSE. Products will be obsolete when 5G hits. Requests a return authorization but no one will answer the phone.
Laizy customer service or non existent. Late orders but they always take the charge from you. I will never buy from them again!
My package is a week late, still not here and i paid $19.99 for 2 day shipping. I called to ask them to refund my 2 day shiping fee and left a voicemail. Nobody ever answers and nobody get back with you. Think twice before you order anything from this people. They are not serios and based on all the reviews they have on BBB they fail as a business. If i knew this before i gave them my money i would've never even go to check their website.
Keeps going out and several calls to tech support go unanswered. Manual does not come with cameras and these are not worth all the money I spent.
I bought glasses. Four working days later the package was in my mailbox in perfect condition. All the accessories were in the box. I had trouble setting the date. On the site I found a zUtilityapps application. Among the applications there was one that set the date and time. I followed the intructions. In a few seconds the problem was settled. The picture quality is excellent and the sound impeccable. I got a quality product for $ 150. I am very satisfied.
When I ordered it didn't look like it took and I clicked again, apparently I order twice. I received clock plugged it in set it. It wouldn't stay connected to my wifi. I woke up at 3:30am and the whole thing was hot. I immediately unplugged it. When it cooled down it wouldn't turn on. I pushed button on back and reset. I set it down and after a little while I started hearing a hissing sound coming from it and unplugged and it then stopped working. RETURNING

I purchased the audio video security pen. It did not come with correct instruction sheet. Took over a week to get some instructions thru email. Their email contact efficiency is not good. Too long between emails. I requested a refund for product due to direction sheet for operation of pen was not done properly or complete. No diagram for operating parts of product. After 5 weeks I still do not have refund for product. They have product. I sent back and returned thru mail. Their address and my return address were very clear on package. They won't tell me if they have received package. They have not refunded yet. Over $100 Canadian. They do not communicate thru email. I have sent 3 emails over 1 1/2 weeks and no response. I would suggest to myself that they have no intentions of refunding money paid for product but they are not going to tell me that. Their integrity is terrible. So how do I get my $100 Canadian funds back? Done thru credit card. They keep the returned product and the money and I get nothing. Their email communication is uncaring. I am George. I am in British Columbia Canada.
Nanny cam clock. Worked well for 6 months. APP no longer connects remotely. I can only use when connected to house wifi. Totally useless for monitoring house when out of town

I bought a product from them and wasn't satified. I returned it for an exchange and I have't heard from them since! I have called and stayed on hold for at least an hour and then was hung up on. Talked to no one, only heard music. I have emailed a person that emailed me about my 1st product asking about how it worked but I told him I was sending it back for an exchange for another product and have since emailed him back about 3 times and still no response. I emailed there sales team, customer service & their contact us email but still no reponse after about 3 weeks! They have my money so they are happy i am guessing but looks like they aren't concerned about satisfying their customer! Sad!
Prior to purchase I asked if the unit could be plugged in (difficult to access location). Was informed it could be. Purchased this along with USB charger and assumed I had time to plug in the unit, as the ORIGINAL posting stated 6 Month Battery {company has since changed this "misinformation"}. Unit needed recharging every 1-2 weeks. After many emails regarding that, I was told battery was only good for 6 months, if it wasn't used (NO Motion Detection?) Excellent news for a "Hidden spy cam". Informed them that while plugged in the unit strobed a green light. Was told they would look into this. I finally received an email claiming that "they covered the unit in Black Electrical Tape", hoping to fix the issue. Indeed, nothing like a HIDDEN smoke detector covered in black electrical tape to remain surreptitious. Yet, this does not stop light from around the base (where it attached to wall or ceiling). On top of this, the plug into the unit is 1/2" deep and can NOT be used while attached to the base. Not even worried about picture quality - nice pink\purple\magenta shading on everything?, or the fact that recharge takes 1-2 days and unit needed to be reinitialized each time. To return, they want a restocking fee and I need to pay for return. Even though I was given false information prior to purchase. Also, should I return and purchase something else, I will pay a second import tax (Canada). Understand Zentronix is not responsible for initial tax however, if given correct information in the first place I would've purchased something else and paid this tax the once. Guess next step is to contact Master Card nd dispute the purchase.
Received and followed all instructions. The recordings are black and have static. The camera position seems to be positioned too far down in the case.
Received what was ordered and everything working well so far after 3 months or so. Website was easy to use and product was delivered rather quickly. No complaints!
