Thank you, helped me make a CV within 10 min including 13 years of experience and a detailed description of all the information that are needed for every job title.
Today i tried to update a few things and at the end i had to pay 2,70. Which was fine until i received an email saying 'Your payment was declined', and at the same time i see the transaction as finished in by bank statements. Not only i could not download the PDF but also got scammed into some kind of subscription.
Another pseudo-scam resume website. They first tell you its free, then after you worked 1 hour on your resume in their website and are ready to download it, surprise surprise, they now charge you 2,5 dollars for a subscription you need to download all your work and don't just lose the past hour of work.
You pay them the 2,5 dollars, download your resume and go back to their website to cancel your subscription, because if you don't cancel in 14 days, you will get charged 17 dollars. Surprise surprise #2 they "Cancel my subscription" button doesn't work. You can't press it with your mouse.
There are thousands of websites with this pseudo scam. Try to aviud them

I called Zety on Wednesday morning with every intent to cancel. I spoke with Jackie who was not pushy, but was able to talk me into keeping my subscription because I was getting an amazing deal. She was so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable! I ended up keeping my subscription off of the strength of her service alone! Thanks Jackie!

I gave Zety a try for its resume-building and career services. While the platform itself offers a range of attractive features, my experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
Upon realizing that the subscription was not meeting my expectations, I promptly sent an email requesting the cancellation of my account and unsubscribing from their services. To my surprise, I received no response whatsoever. Concerned about the lack of acknowledgment, I decided to send a follow-up email in hopes of getting some clarity on the matter. Unfortunately, the follow-up email also went unanswered.
This complete lack of communication from their customer support team has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It is my hope that Zety addresses this issue and places a stronger emphasis on providing timely and attentive customer support in the future.

Waste of time for me. Its mentioning free on google and then we are investing our time to build a resume and then you come to know its paid to download. In the name of free download they are allowing to download the text in raw format without the template. Complete waste of time.

On 7.29/2023, I started a 2-week trial of Zety. That means subscription is from 2023/07/29 to 2023/08/12. After subscribing for this 2-week trial, I didn't receive any e-mail of informing me of a auto subscription of next month. I never expected to be scammed. Today I received a $23.7 bill for subscription for 2023/08/13 to 2023/09/09.
You got to be kidding me! And I can only contact the customer through e-mail, (I don't have a US phone number), I don't know when will they respond to be.

You pay $2 for a two-week subscription, then try to cancel; the cancellation button DOES NOT WORK. I had to call customer service to get it cancelled, but I can still not remove my card details from the website. Although I have not used the website in a month, Zety charged me $35 without any emails confirming beforehand. So please DO NOT support zety as they are a huge scam.

I used this service in august fir a few days after purchasing the service in 1.7$. Stoped using it and was amazed to see two charging of 25.7$ each month - why don't you send a notification that the service was automatically started again! And why as if i wanted to use it i would select this option - wrote to the customer service with no responce.

I payed R40 to save and download my resume I created. My card details was saved and all of a sudden R400 is deducted from my bank account (without ANY warning, no email, no SMS) just a direct deduction.
They do not warn you, they just charge you.
Take my advice and never purchase the "14 day trial"

I got the 14 Day Full access for $2.70 on August 17 2022, I cancelled it on August 30th (1 day before trial expires) and assumed it was cancelled. After 11 months I when I was going thru my credit card statement I realized a charge of $23.70 for the past 11 months by Zety. I tried contacting them and they were not helpful at all. After repeated calls they agreed to refund 3 months amount. What about the other 8 months? I tried contacting the Bank as well to dispute but they said I needed proof of cancellation and ofcourse I did not receive a cancellation email from Zety. No where during the 14 day Full access it was mention that they would charge me afterwards and that too $23.70! Total SCAM, don't fall for it.
