Thank you, helped me make a CV within 10 min including 13 years of experience and a detailed description of all the information that are needed for every job title.
Today i tried to update a few things and at the end i had to pay 2,70. Which was fine until i received an email saying 'Your payment was declined', and at the same time i see the transaction as finished in by bank statements. Not only i could not download the PDF but also got scammed into some kind of subscription.
No replies to my emails, no one picks up the call. I have been trying to cancel my subscription as soon as the free trial was finished by guess what you can't. I assumed I had already cancelled my subscription and then I get a notification stating that Zety has taken so-so$ from my account. Imagine my shock when I had already assumed it was cancelled. Since then I have tried contact their support and their has been no response from their side at all.
I saw them responding to some reviews here so I am hoping they do the same for me. This is causing undue stress and its about time it ends.

There's no way that I can cancel the subscription by myself and I call my bank. Now I have to change my bank details. I Had to order a new credit card and individually inform all my associates and clients. Nightmare! There is no possibility for unsubscribing. And their advertised price of $5.75 per month turned out to be misleading. After my trial ended, they charged me 25 eur instead and did that three times, With my stolen 75 eur I wish your boss to buy medicines for his children!

I was very disappointed to find out a subscription I thought was cancelled had been charging me all year on a monthly basis. I tried to explain to the refund department that I wasn't aware I was being charged and urged them to consider the last time I logged in (which was in 2021) to refund me the entire year of 2022 (to date). They refunded me 2/9 months I was being charged. Very poor customer service, make sure you cancel your subscription with this sketchy company.

Zety CV's advertised price of $5.75 per month turned out to be misleading. After my trial ended, they charged me $23 instead. Their customer support was slow and unhelpful, offering no explanation or resolution. This deceptive pricing and lack of transparency wasted my time and money. I strongly advise against using Zety CV and suggest exploring alternatives with better business practices.

I've had good experiences having Zety's resume builder. It's prompts and templates are applicable to many job fields. I've used it to jobs in education and well as sales. It may be less beneficial for fields of study such as professional psychology jobs. Certain jobs are so specific on formatting that they may not work as easily with the beautiful template choices from Zety. Ive been able to create and save several resumes and cover letters that stand out among other candidates. I'll be back! Maria made canceling for now very easy and gave me options for changing my plan if I wanted to still keep zety.

In the name of full disclosure, Zety and I parted ways. Not over anything lacking in their platform. I just didn't need a resume software anymore.
I will say that even from a product standpoint, their platform is top notch.
What really pushed this rating to a 5 star was the impeccable customer service they provided.
The rep I worked with, and I feel horrible now because delivered what unfortunately tends to be rarity in today's business tendencies. The gentleman gave me his name but I was in motion without a pen when he gave it so I forgot it, but he's a true value to an already impressive organization with tons of value.
Keep it up Zety! Great job!

Absolutely terrible customer service and technical support. I have been paying $6.99 USD for months now and recently I can't download any of my resumes as an error message pops up stating that I need to "renew my plan". I have all receipts available to show I've paid my monthly subscription fee. Zety's response… "we'll give you 12 hours of free premium service so you can download your resumes". This does nothing as I can't even access the premium site, again the same message pops up, nor does it fix the issue I'm having with this Classic site. Close to 10 (or more) e-mails have been sent to support and every one of their responses has been automated with a "we'll respond within 24-48 hours" and "we have escalated your issue". Two weeks later and still nothing! My resumes are being held "hostage". I'm very dissatisfied in their level of professionalism along with technical knowledge of their own product. Very, very frustrating. I would not recommend them.

They've kept my card details without my consent, although I requested to delete them, and then they've stolen the money from my account. I hoped that it's just a misunderstanding, and emailed them expecting them to apologize and give the money back like any adequate company would. They did not. I've reported it, and hopefully, they will face the consequences, but the money is gone. I've talked to several people, and apparently, they do that all the time: that's how they earn. DON'T deal with them if you don't want to become a victim of fraud. This is a scam.

It's a scam! They will charge you for subscription which you did not want or authorize without providing any bill or invoice. It's not possible to cancel the subscription on their website and nobody picks the phone when you want to call their customer service. I will demand a full refund and if it's not granted I will take legal actions.
